FFVII "Remake" and Rebirth are my teenage self's dream become nightmare.

I always wanted a proper remake, and they just pulled the ending of "The Substance" with this.

Still taking my time with Romancing Saga 2: RotS and then I'll go to Bloom Town for a bit as I really enjoyed the demo. Dragon Quest will be next (probably).

I would also be interested to know if they addressed bad geometry and unrealistic lighting in any way.
The pop in is laughable indeed.

I'm deffo having a lot of fun with it. 12h in so far.

Soon I won't be able to fart in my own house cos Alexa will scold me.

It's going to be more of a DLC to IW type of thing, so they better not charge full price for this...

An easy 10 for me. 10 isn't a perfect game, as those don't exist, but it is just sooo freaking fun to play, and judging by the size of my smile while playing, it definitely deserves a 10.

The lack of the disc drive for that price is absurd. Not buying.

$699 = £699 is some right bull though 🥲

I play all decent/good jRPGs, as it's one of my favourite genres.
Picked up Visions of Mana on PS5 yesterday for £42.

I'm craving a new RPG, so I pre-ordered this and am looking forward to playing it on Thursday. Although I was a bit disappointed discovering there aren't any indoor areas to explore in the demo.

@ShogunRok Is that the case in other locations as well?

Story summary: Fal'cie this, Fal'cie that.

It's a lovely game, and I'm pretty excited for it, but I have to admit that my hype was tempered quite a bit when I realised that none of the interiors are explorable. It really kills the immersion for me.

During the last sale i scored Yakuza 0, Kiwami 1 and 2 for £10.47 🤓

EA BIG made some great pure arcade games nobody makes these days. Really miss them.

This is such an irrelevant example.
See, this game is like a neon pink, wooly, turtleneck vest that says "❤️ Taylor Swift".
It isn't my style, i don't like how it looks nor what it represents by just looking at it and i don't need to wear it to know that.

I don't play FPS games anyway but even if i was, i really don't want to support games that cost money and contain mtx.

Oh man. I was actually more excited for Lost Records than LiS, so not too happy about the news.

Arise was great. I would like a remake of my beloved Abyss at some point.

Finished it once and came away disappointed.
I was surprised by how much of a non RPG this game was.
It's an alright action game, but a rubbish Final Fantasy.
