Re: Mortal Kombat 1 May Hit Your PS5 SSD with a Fatality

Nintendo4Sonic

Why are beat em ups becoming such SSD killers, I don't get it. I already found it ridiculous that KoF 15 takes around 75GB.
Star Wars 150GB..... I get the feeling they really want us to buy bigger SSDs with games unnecessary huge.
What's next? Uncharted 5 bigger than the internal PS5 SSD?

Re: New Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Patch Is Out Now, Focuses on Bug Fixes

Nintendo4Sonic

After downloading the new patch, my PS5 audio is glitching with this game. 😑
OK, it's actually not the game. My PS5 has a weird sound bug. After a few minutes, the console completely mutes. I can fix that by unplugging the HDMI cable or change HDMI mode, but the problem returns very shortly.
Great, after 2 1/2 years OS use(not every day) It seems the system starts to break.
My guess is that thanks to the high heat in the system, the sound chip is damaged.

Re: Best Fighting Games on PS5

Ok, that's really not an order for everyone. Guilty Gear is nice, no question, but I would put KoF 15 on 1st. Why is WWE 22 in that list and not WWE 23πŸ€”?
This list is either way useless in a few months with SF6 and Tekken 8 on the horizon.

Re: Gran Turismo's Movie Adaptation May Actually End Up Good

Nintendo4Sonic

Yeah, why don't they put it as a free update inside GT7. The game can't be big enough, it's only taking 122 GB and they are still adding updates. Come on, put the Movie inside in 4K resolution in 10 languages. We all want to buy even bigger SSDs πŸ˜‚
Jokes aside. Games like GT7 or Star Wars Jedi Survivor are scaring me with their extreme size.
I already switched from a 1TB to a 2TB SSD and if the games keep getting bigger, maybe this won't be enough in the future.

Re: Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's PS5 File Size Might Be Ridiculous

Nintendo4Sonic

I absolutely don't believe it will be near 100GB.
But in general, my additional 1TB SSD isn't enough for me anymore. It really sucks that a lot of games are so huge now.
Alone GT7 and GTA 5 are real place drainers. Even fighting games are pretty huge now, KoF 15 also takes around 70GB. There are games, I don't want to delete. So I won't have another choice and have to replace my 1TB with a 2TB SSD.

Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Resident Evil 4 Remake?

@TooBarFoo @NeonPizza
I'm playing in resolution mode, Ray Tracing on, Leon's hair off(I don't know why this exists, the effect on looks awful) and the game runs really fluid. But I'm playing with VRR.
I can't say that Ray Tracing is something, which I don't use. It's maybe a luxury thing in gaming. But as far as it is available, I like to have it.
But I really think, VRR is the game changer here, which makes Ray Tracing with great fps possible even on a PS5 or Series X.
