Take the real Aloy and fan made Aloy here but with switched facial expressions. Both will look better with a pleasant happy smile and both will look less attractive with a grumpy face.

As for the real life person used for facial scanning to create the new Aloy my quess is NFL quarterback Andy Dalton.

I love the FC6 map from what i have viewed in this and other videos. For the weapons, pet gator, cute dog, 50's car, and the use of the Macarena song i give 2 thumbs up. The game play looks like more of the Far Cry fun formula that started with FC3.

One question. All of the FC6 videos i have viewed are wide ratio with black bars and probably captured from a pc. What's the deal? When playing on my PS4 i want a full screen image on my 16x9 ratio tv.

Definitely my kind of zombie game. Looks like hours of fun that will keep me up all night.

Is there no grappling hook in DL2? Parkouring in DL became awesome after i got the hook.

I am hoping for an urban setting for 6. Either one large urban area or multiple towns along with some jungle/wilderness areas. That could make 6 feel fresh when compared to previous Far Cry maps of jungle/wilderness with only small villages.

Interesting video. The retro looking real wood housing definitely looks better than the wierd ugly design Sony chose. The digital model was used here. Could the model with a disc drive have worked as well.

With the matte black plates and tape it looks a little better, but still too wierd looking for me to pay 500 bucks for plus the cost of the plates and tape.

@ YurtleTehTurtle, the headaches may be from the head bobbing/camera wobble and the camera motion blur. It takes me about an hour to adjust to the bobble/wobble, and i reduce the #%€{} camera blur with settings my tv has. Also, i found the parkour much smoother after remapping the buttons.

Big Dead Island fan here too. Played on PS3 and the excellent PS4 versions.

Pay for a bundle or current gen upgrade? Start talking 60fps, no wobble, no blur, and i will start considering. That is when i can get a PS5 or an X.

Looks like it may be interesting if it was not a top down game. The camera is so high that the people and animals look like large bugs scurring about on my screen.

The demo played and looked very good in performance mode on my PS4 Pro/ 1080p tv. Smooth fps and no camera blur. However the demo did not fire me up to " i want it right now". Then there is that giant woman that creeps me out.

I want to play it, but i can wait for a price drop.

Looks like a good lineup with a good variety. Stranded Deep has my interest. I may also take Wreckfest for a spin. I will pass on B5.

Interesting dynamic theme but a bit gloomy. I prefer one of my own screen shots like the one with Deacon and Rikki on motorcycles with clear sunny weather and a pleasant looking location.

Fixed camera angles? Ok maybe, depends on how well it works. This video does get me interested. The perma deaths along with good puzzles could offer an interesting challenge.

Non combat sounds like conventional weapons are not effective against the adversaries in this game. That could be interesting.

PS3 Naughty Bear Panic In Paradise. I have had the demo since 2013 and $15 unlocked the full game a couple of days ago. The game was released in 2012.

It is a stupid fun simple game with cartoon bears that looks good and with smooth frame rates. I am glad i purchased the game.

If i purchased a current gen console today it would be an XBox X. So to me Sony has lost ground. The reasons are size, looks, and features. Exclusives are not an issue as almost all of the games i play are multiplats. However the lopsided stick placements on the MS controller may be an issue for me as i was born with symmetrical hands.

Overall i believe that when compared to 5 months after release last gen that MS has moved up a notch or two while Sony has dropped a notch or two this gen. Those notches probably mean more to some while less to others. To me right now those notches mean enough for me to dump Sony for MS this gen.

OMG!! Now i will not be able to sleep tonight as i wonder what this all means.

Borders on photorealism is maybe on my list of desires after: not blurry, smooth 60 fps, interesting to play, actually tested and actually ready to play on release, ui that has large readable print, ui that is simple to use, custom mapping the controls, short load times, options for fov, dof, motion blur, not too short if full priced, replay value, and good dlc. Also without the need to wait for next gen power to have the game perform well. After all that then i might start to think about photorealistic graphics.

What was suppose to get me interested here? The blurry screen shot, the camp fire, the voice over?

I voted PS3 games, however i could not vote for how much i would pay. I need to know the quality of the emulator to answer if or how much i would pay.

At first i thought i was watching Onion News, but no its all for real with those guys really thinking they are being clever, cool, and funny.

Why do i replay games? Well its like why i drink beer, sleep till noon sometimes, eat burgers and fries, watch Soprano reruns, ect, ect, ect. Simply because i wish to do so.

Nice screen shots. The one with the elk looks like it could be from RDR2. The hound dog looks like my camp dog in RDO.

I may play this someday as the detail to hunting with proper gear and hunting laws along with pleasant locations looks interesting.

Nice feel good story. Maybe RDO can also be aided by that programer.

Mouse and keyboard? For using a console browser i have become accustomed to using a dualshock. It is slow to type like i am doing now, but comfortable to use while i am seated on my sofa or recliner.

Hopefully open use of the browser is added soon to the PS5. Current gen XBOX not only has a browser but will also soon have an upgraded version of that browser released.

Like Fallout 76 i keep forgetting about Cyberjunk 2077 until an article or youtube video pops up. Videos comparing CP to RDR2 and GTA 5 are interesting comparisons/ contrasts.

TES and Fallout. That is the next regular single player version of those 2 series. However when will i miss them? 2021, 2022, 2023....? Then too Bethesda needs to start releasing any good/great games for those without a system to play them on to feel like they are missing something.

I got the itch for an old favorite, New Vegas. My last save file is from 2016. Switching over to my PS4 and i plan to finally start Assassin's Creed Origins.

I can easily imagine a R* poll having the same results as i read here. That is that an all new game, GTA Six, made only for current gen is what most desire instead of any form of remaster or remake of GTA 5. Also that desire is not new news.

Remakes of GTA 3 or Vice City remade like the original PS2 Mafia game was remade would be nice but an all new story and location is what i want. However a Vice City remake that includes new locations would work. New locations like small towns, country, and islands.

There will need to be a significant amount of new content for the PS5 version to offer freshness for me. I have had GTA 5 since September 2013 and have the PS4 version. The PS4 version is basically 1080p instead of 720p and smoother more consistent 30fps with no significant added content.

Then too if the PS5 version turns out to be all that Stauss Zelnick says it will be there is still the issue of of having a PS5 to play it.

All this monthly free money paid for my submarine and new helicopter. Thanks R*, now pleeease tell us about GTA 6.

I have experienced stick drift on 3 0f the 6 DS4's i have had. That to me indicates a problem with design. IF the DualSense uses the same stick design as the DS4 then i am not surprised by reports of DS stick drift.

Want to really stick it to the PS5 scalpers? Don't purchase a PS5 from them. Let them eat their PS5's.

This is why i wish controllers would be made to fix and clean more easy by the consumers. That would include easy replacement of the stick, triggers, d-pad, and action button assemblies.

How many have a controller that is rendered unusable because of one drifting stick or one trigger not working? Being able to pop out the broken and inserting a new part would be nice to be able to do.

The fact that other companies have problems with stick drift with their controllers leads me to the conclusion that easy replacement of sticks by the consumers should be an industry standard.

After binging Better Call Saul i am now midway through the 1st season of Breaking Bad. It all has a GTA feel. GTA6 ABQ ?

I prefer a smooth non textured surface for the console and controllers. Smooth is more easy to clean, with the contoller smooth feels cleaner.

The light, short handled, smooth DS3 has never slipped out of my hands. The smooth surface of the DS3 only needs an occasional quick wipe of a damp cloth to clean. The textured DS4 needs cleaned every day as the texture seems to scrape off tiny amounts of skin, sweat, and oil from my hands that results in my DS4 feeling like it needs cleaned.

A PS5? Maybe in in 2-3 years when there might be an all black slim model. I have no desire to spend $500 for how the current PS5 looks, its size, and lack of some features.

Maybe too this gen i will pass on Sony and go with MS. That all black rectangle shaped box is a thing of beauty compared to the present PS5 and is smaller in size. The XBOX X also has bc to 360/PS3 gen games, better external storage, and a web browser.

On one hand "near future" sounds like a red flag. On the other hand DL 2 released late this year or in 2022 as a PS5 only game may be worth the wait. However my gut says i'll believe it when i see it.

In the meantime good zombie fun can be had at cheap prices for DI, DI Riptide, and DL. The DI games play and look better on PS4 compared to the PS3 versions and the duplication trick still works. DL plays good on my PRO.
