I want to see more Sonic games like this but better. In fact after playing this game through to the end I actually found most of the classic 2D and 3D games that came before this rather boring in comparison and this is coming from a guy who has played all Sonic games and has been playing Sonic since day one.
Fantastic. Admittedly following the disappointment I felt with the Resident Evil 3 Remake I was quite nervous for this one but after reading this all of that doubt has completely gone away now.
Thanks for the Review I look forward to playing it next week.
I did buy it yes. I played and beat the original years ago when it came out and had a blast with it but my one gripe with the game are those borderline infuriating Regenerators. They are especially annoying when trying to figure out where it is you're supposed to go and if anything they just end up distracting you completely.
Love the way people come here and brag about their stupid PC. I mean this is a Playstation website not a PC gaming site :/
I have a gaming PC too but I like Playstation for its convenience. Sometimes I don't always feel like tinkering with my Nvidia RTX graphics card to get the "real next gen experience" if you even want to call it that, what does that even mean anyway? eyeroll
I used to play the Sims on PC in the early years when they were starting to become popular and I used to love removing the toilet from their home or trapping them in a room with no door for no reason 🤣🤣
Looking at these screenshots makes me want to buy this.
He did the right thing leaving. You can't fix that which is unfixable. I've been on Twitter since 2007 and it's gone from being a friendly Community to an absolute Cesspit now. It's a sinking ship it's inevitable and I look forward to the day that ship sinks to the bottom.
I haven't finished Sonic Frontiers yet but I have to agree the game was such a nice surprise. The boss fights are quite a spectacle and I'm looking forward to seeing what they have in store for the game in 2023.
Wasn't sure what to think of this at first when I heard it was going to feature a card turn based combat system but after watching some gameplay of it I liked what I saw, in fact I liked it a lot.
@avatarian I don't recall anyone queuing up for this but I certainly remember queuing up to play a game called Operation Wolf, that being said I do recall seeing the game at Arcades here and there but I don't think it was as popular. I ended up buying the Master System version of Operation Wolf because I had the Light Gun for it.
I'll stick to the collection I have on Wii. As for coming here I'm going to be taking a break, there's certain things here which I'm not getting into I'm not happy about. I'm still suffering the long term effects of COVID after recovering from it recently and my physical health must come first. I just can't afford to be stressed anymore so a hiatus is needed. Sorry for slightly going off topic but I just needed to let off a bit of Steam and I hate Twitter.
@ZeD He basically gave his own personal opinion on the Vita. Because most people here disagreed they ganged up. Why? I do not know. Seeing his original comment removed disappoints me because I don't want Push Square to become like Twitter.
I was going to extend my current sub which is just the basic PS Plus but it doesn't look like I'll be able to do that now until it ends. What a stupid situation this is, Sony should have seen this coming a mile away.
@Uncharted2007 I agree with you. Don't know why people are hostile towards you because support wise the Vita was dreadful, it was just a total flop. It makes me mad just thinking about it even yet.
I agree with the top commenter. As a Vita owner it may have had SOME good games but the support it got or lack thereof was just dreadful. It still makes me mad thinking about it.
It's to stop people getting Premium at a much lower Price. They'll only have it for the duration of their current subs which to be frank is understandable from a business perspective but that doesn't mean I agree with it, in fact they can have my middle finger if this is their intention.
This game has my attention now however I'm still going to wait for it to be fixed completely or at least close enough. Lol not being able to move after being revived when hordes of the Living Dead are charging right at you must have been a pain 😅
@dasd2 You know as much as the rest of us here but that is highly unlikely. The same thing was said by people when PS4 came out. If something sells they'll keep making them and PS5 demand is very high still atm.
Still no exclusives or games worth speaking of on the Platform. The situation game wise as far as current gen gaming goes is the exact same seeing as most if not all games available to play on Xbox Series X/S are also available for Xbox One. This man's words means nothing to me and Streaming is just a Cancer in my eyes that needs to be destroyed. Every one I know in real life have no interest in Streaming at all and no doubt as many people if not more to the figure he quoted there don't either.
Stranger of Paradise cracked me up from start to finish. Honestly it was nice to play a Final Fantasy that didn't focus too much on the doom and gloom going on in the World.
Ratchet and Clank (PS5) Just Cause 4 Moss Book 2 and if I'm in the mood more Kirby. I had to stop with Kirby for a little while as admittedly I was beginning to find some of the missions in the game needlessly annoying.
I recently finished Crash 4 and holy moly the amount of times I died during my playthrough was insane. It's a lovely looking game but good Lord 100% it is just mentally and physically exhausting. That being said it was worth it though. As for Ratchet and Clank I recommend playing it on the hardest difficulty if you're finding it too easy.
Perfect I still have my Move Controllers. I was going to sell them as I recently finished Playstation Move Heroes which was one of the worst PS3 games I ever played but I got a good laugh out of it and I'm glad I kept them now.
I can't see this version being much fun when played with a Controller. This definitely needs VR support at the very least otherwise I don't think many people will be that interested in it.
Edit: oh that's right Move Support would be more suitable for this game rather than VR. I agree with Sammy it would likely be a big task transforming this flat screen version into a full VR game.
@Ristar24 Lol oh my goodness I thought I would be the only person here who remembered the Commodore 64 version of Ghostbusters 2. Lmao oh man thank God loading games from Cassette Tapes is no longer a thing. The loading times with some games was just absurd 😂
The only good Ghostbusters game to me personally was that PS3 game. Everything before and after that has just been mediocre at best or outright terrible. That being said this is only a Teaser so I can't really form an opinion yet.

Re: Sonic Origins Plus Catching Heat for Using Zoomed-In Game Gear Versions
Love the way people here are just perfectly ok with the inferior product but you know you do you.

Re: Resident Evil 4 (PS5) - A True Masterpiece Made Even Better
@LiamCroft Ohh that's fantastic. I had a blast playing Resident Evil 7 and now Village in VR so I can't wait to play this in VR too.

Re: Dead Space (PS5) - Faithful Remake Brings Back a Classic
Will be playing it as soon as I get home tomorrow evening. I'm off for the weekend so I'll have plenty of free time for once to enjoy it.
Re: Hitman 3's Huge Freelancer Update Is Out Now on PS5, PS4
@theheadofabroom Ahh gotcha. I was just a bit confused by the way it was worded here but then again I have been feeling really tired today.
Re: Hitman 3's Huge Freelancer Update Is Out Now on PS5, PS4
I already own the previous 2 games on Steam along with 3 so does that mean I wasted my money?

Re: Game of the Year: #9 - The Last of Us: Part I
I mean it's a great game definitely but it's a Remaster of a Remaster it's hardly GOTY but whatever floats your boat I guess.
Re: Soapbox: Help Me! I'm Hooked on Genshin Impact
@thefourfoldroot1 My thoughts too. A game like this requires far too much of your time and I simply don't have it anymore.
Re: Soapbox: Help Me! I'm Hooked on Genshin Impact
Played it at launch for several months and just got bored if anything. Didn't find it addictive at all.
Re: Random: Infamous PS3 Hacker Quits Twitter After One Month
@FatalBubbles Agreed.
Re: Random: Infamous PS3 Hacker Quits Twitter After One Month
@mechayakuza It was obvious it was sarcasm lol

Re: God of War Ragnarok: Is It Good on PS4?
I'll be playing it on PS5 but I'm pleased for PS4 owners though.

Re: The New Era of Call of Duty Awaits in Modern Warfare 2
Modern Warfare is the only COD I really like campaign wise. I don't care about the Multiplayer though. I'll keep an eye on this.
Re: Tales of Arise Tops an Impressive 2 Million Sales
It's a very nice game so I'm not in the least bit surprised.
Re: Unbelievably, Narrative Horror The Quarry Will Have 186 Endings on PS5, PS4
So by the time I beat this game fully I'll be dead 🤣
Re: Virtua Tennis Star Tim Henman Returns for Matchpoint on PS5, PS4
Ahh yes Tim Herman the Player everyone named a hill after despite him never winning the Title but he was such a nice person though.
Re: Virtua Tennis Star Tim Henman Returns for Matchpoint on PS5, PS4
@Wiggo I do but I never played it though.

@Ryany Starfield will be massive alright, a massive bug filled mess just like any other Bethesda game.

I thought it was pronounced COW like Chao (CHOW) from the Sonic games. I guess I was wrong.

Ratchet and Clank (PS5) Just Cause 4 Moss Book 2 and if I'm in the mood more Kirby. I had to stop with Kirby for a little while as admittedly I was beginning to find some of the missions in the game needlessly annoying.

Re: Poll: When Do You Think God of War Ragnarok Will Release?
I would love the game to launch in June for my birthday but realistically I think it will be between September-November.

Nvm this I would like a proper Godzilla vs King Kong game instead.
Re: God of War Ragnarok Still 'Coming This Year', Says Dev
I'm just going to wait for a release date to be announced but due to the current climate of things I can't help but cast doubt over a 2022 release.

I can't see this version being much fun when played with a Controller. This definitely needs VR support at the very least otherwise I don't think many people will be that interested in it.
