Re: Mini Review: The House of the Dead: Remake (PS4) - Faithful Arcade Recreation Is a Bit of a Misfire

I'll stick to the collection I have on Wii. As for coming here I'm going to be taking a break, there's certain things here which I'm not getting into I'm not happy about. I'm still suffering the long term effects of COVID after recovering from it recently and my physical health must come first. I just can't afford to be stressed anymore so a hiatus is needed. Sorry for slightly going off topic but I just needed to let off a bit of Steam and I hate Twitter.

Still no exclusives or games worth speaking of on the Platform. The situation game wise as far as current gen gaming goes is the exact same seeing as most if not all games available to play on Xbox Series X/S are also available for Xbox One. This man's words means nothing to me and Streaming is just a Cancer in my eyes that needs to be destroyed. Every one I know in real life have no interest in Streaming at all and no doubt as many people if not more to the figure he quoted there don't either.

Stranger of Paradise cracked me up from start to finish. Honestly it was nice to play a Final Fantasy that didn't focus too much on the doom and gloom going on in the World.

I recently finished Crash 4 and holy moly the amount of times I died during my playthrough was insane. It's a lovely looking game but good Lord 100% it is just mentally and physically exhausting. That being said it was worth it though. As for Ratchet and Clank I recommend playing it on the hardest difficulty if you're finding it too easy.

I can't see this version being much fun when played with a Controller. This definitely needs VR support at the very least otherwise I don't think many people will be that interested in it.

Edit: oh that's right Move Support would be more suitable for this game rather than VR. I agree with Sammy it would likely be a big task transforming this flat screen version into a full VR game.
