@Orpheus79V the "original gameplay" disclaimer and the fact they said they had more to reveal about the collection at a later time makes me think they're not ready to show Sonic 3 & Knuckles running in the Retro Engine like the other 3 games. Maybe when that's all sorted out they'll come out with a big trailer showing all the games looking as they're supposed to.

Sonic 1, 2 and CD seem to all be based on the Taxman remasters, of which 1 & 2 are currently only available on mobile. Hope S3&K gets the same treatment.

They did it with Forces with the Joker costume for the Avatar and the Sonic Morgana costume in P5D, why not something in P5R or P4G on PC

@nessisonett Honestly I actually kinda liked Devil all the Time and even though Cherry left me heavily mixed, Holland's performance was actually really good for the material he was provided.

Chaos Walking was about as much of a disaster as I expected with how long that film spent in development hell

Honestly I tend not to judge movies based on stills or 2 minute trailers.

This is an out of context picture from a scene in the film and we have no idea when it takes place or its significance in the plot

I'm not the biggest fan of either Holland or Wahlberg's castings in these roles even if I think they're great actors, but I'm not jumping the gun on stuff like this. I need to see tangible footage first. I'm also surprisingly not that bothered by Sully not having his mustache and for me it's not going to make this movie crash and burn or raise red flags or anything

I am concerned about the choice of director, mostly because Ruben Fleischer imo hasn't made a good non-Zombieland related movie and I just didn't really like Venom outside of the chemistry between Eddie and the symbiote.

The titling makes it sound very "FF1 remake"-y but I definitely wasn't expecting this.

I wonder if it'll follow the Warriors of Light or if it's a new story in the FF1 world. Nioh is an action-RPG but also very different from what you'd expect out of one with the FF name.

@nessisonett Honestly if it weren't for my boy Taskmaster being in it I probably would've skipped it. I'm glad out of the current slate it's the one getting a simultaneous Disney+ launch because it's the only one out of the lineup I wouldn't be bothered to see in theaters

Each update, this game's inherent desperation to basically just appeal to the MCU crowd just becomes more and more obvious. It doesn't even do it well

@suikoden You know what I can actually let Dante as paid DLC slide because they probably needed to get back in touch with Capcom to even get that to happen in the first place and some royalties probably had to be paid as a result of Atlus not owning the character rights

Everything else is inexcusable but I can understand the licensing jargon behind Dante, especially since it looks like they also got Rueben Langdon to re-record all the original dubbed dialogue from the English PS2 version

I'd be so down for that. Especially if they let you do things like have custom engravings on your controller or being able to customize stuff like if your buttons are colored or single-tone, or the color of your touchpad and light bar

Honestly even though I didn't love Days Gone at all I might get this on PC to have something pretty to look at because Sony seems to have gone all out on the extra performance tweaks and features here

I think a collection of the Zenithian trilogy games for Switch is pretty likely now that they already got I-III

I hope they remaster the 3DS versions of VII and VIII and put them on console personally. I also think Heroes 3 would be nice to see

Ok. Now I NEED to get this game. I love Gravity Rush and if this game follows a similar style of gameplay I'm totally behind this.

I might never use Discord on the console itself but honestly this is a much better alternative to some of the social options they had on PS4 like Communities imo

@Rob_230 The demand for Switch ports definitely is more Western-centric compared to Japan. Joker being in Smash definitely exposed a lot of English speakers to the series who previously never heard of it or Megami Tensei, so most of the outcry for Switch or even PC versions of these games definitely came from English-speaking audiences

Despite the story playing it incredibly safe, the game itself surprised me through and through with how closely faithful it was to what made turn based Persona so much fun with a more visceral sense of style thanks to it all being real-time

Definitely deserved. I intend on picking it up for PS4 now that my PS5 has come in but I played it first on PC and it was definitely worth it

@Spiders MvCI's emphasis on characters relevant in the movies really destroyed any semblance of diversity. Especially given this franchise wouldn't be what it was without X-Men Children of the Atom and X-Men vs. Street Fighter, omitting them felt like a giant slap in the face to the legacy of the series, and it was all because they were among the characters Disney didn't have control over regarding the movies

I'm pretty sure the Demon's Souls trailer was re-uploaded with that entire byline removed so it's still billed as a pure PS5 exclusive

Here's the thing though

It's still being released at full price on Series X, and at some point, it's probably going to leave Game Pass especially given how much Xbox likely had to pay for an MLB-published game that was at the end of the day, developed by Sony themselves. I wager it'll probably even leave before year's end. After that, Xbox owners will have to pay up like everyone else anyway so no use complaining about it. It's not like paying monthly for a subscription to play the game until it goes out of the service for an entire year cancels out paying a one time full price to keep the game for good

@Kang81 An Anniversary Collection 2 with either the Igavanias or the 3D games like CV64, Legacy of Darkness, Lament of Innocence, Curse of Darkness and the Lords of Shadow duology seems like the likliest outcome to me
