Really enjoyed the first game, unfortunately not that bothered about playing anytime soon, I'll enjoy it even more when it's either free or had a nice big discount. Tales are exactly the type of games that would do really well being massively subsidised and churned out for game pass and ps plus.

Yeah, I mean I own a lot that I picked up in digital sales for less than a tenner or a fiver, most of my hundreds of library games are either ps plus or sales buys, I can count on one hand the amount of full price PS4/PS5 games I've bought. My split is probably closer to 50/50 on actual sales I'd guess personally.

Not sure that every game has to be 'great' to be enjoyable. I mean I enjoy the Call of Duty campaigns when they drop but they're fairly garbage, plenty of other examples out there.

@TheMysticOne nah, Apple sell their movies at one price and loads are on sale, free upgrades for newly upgraded 4k movies, audible offers books re recorded by new narrators, as for music most people are very happy with very basic quality, comparing free new formats for music is bizarre. plenty of physical media you buy also include a digital copy, this would never happen with a video game, the closest we get is games that invite you to play with a friend for free.
