I've recently 100%'d this game, not only from a trophy stand point but an in game one too and it's quite possibly one of the best games I've ever played. It's the first mainline FF I've played since XII on the PS2!! The change in combat took a while to adjust to as I do prefer the turn based style, but what a game once you nail the mechanic's. So, the more people that can experience this game, the better, and no, I don't work for SE....

I have a feeling they're going to ruin the single player game with an online mode, just like they did with 5. If they keep the two game modes 'completely' separate, I may buy it.

Saw this, this morning. Standard edition is sold out already! Hopefully they'll restock or other stores will sell it. I'm only really interested in VI anyway so I'd only get this for my collection.

I don't know if its because I'm old, don't care or bad eye sight but I can't see a difference between 30fps and 60fps 🤷🏻‍♂️
It hasn't stopped me from buying this game anyway. Just hope it's on the door step when I get home.

Looking at the Cons, shouldn't the "Multiplayer mode is missing" bit be in the Pros section? 🤔

I enjoyed Crazy Taxi but I'd rather have a reboot of Virtua Tennis and Sega Rally 🤷🏻‍♂️

@theheadofabroom thank you for the detailed reply but it doesn't make sense, Ubisoft can do it with the likes of Far Cry, Watch Dogs and Fenyx so why can't Guerrilla Games? Surely it can't be that hard.

Why does save transfer only work one way in most games? Ubisoft can work both ways with certain games, as does Hitman 3. Is it just laziness?

Not played a CoD game since Black Ops so it's no loss for me. If they purchase Ubisoft next then that's when it'll become a problem, whatever happens, I refuse to purchase an Xbox.

@UrbanPlaystation hit the nail on the head mate, as I've gotten older I get less and less time to game, so I like to game at my own pace and not want/need the inconvenience of involving others. Hopefully one day online will be separate.

@UrbanPlaystation ahh sorry for the confusion, I meant from a trophy stand point, I know they're meaningless but I dislike online trophies to the point where I don't want a game with their inclusion.

Unless GTA 6 is separated completely from GTA Online, I won't be buying it. I skipped RDR 2 for that reason! I understand its a good game, I just don't want to support multiplayer in any way. That's just me 🤷🏻‍♂️

@thefourfoldroot I'm rowing that same boat mate, single player games are where I'm at. The day gaming goes multilayer only is the day I quit gaming.

Am I the only one that really enjoyed it? I played on PS5 and only had the crashing issues and maybe a handful of the weird glitches where guns float in midair etc.... I'll definitely be playing the PS5 version when it releases, I had fun going for platinum.

Does this have a free PS5 upgrade via disc version?

GoT for me, I loved GoW but Ghost just edged it for me.

I'm seriously loving this game, some bugs are comical but not to the point annoying......but those crashes 🤔 always at the most inopportune moment for me! I'm still experiencing them in 1.06 which IS annoying but I'm lucky to be playing on PS5 so it loads in seconds. Still, it's very much my GotY.

Has anyone in the UK got this game early? I received an email on Thursday saying its been despatched via RM first class (from The Game Collection). I suspect they'll hold it until release date though, but I hope I'm wrong.
