Re: Resident Evil 4 Fans Aren't Exactly Thrilled with Microtransactions on PS5, PS4

@KundaliniRising333 Digital Foundry couldn't detect anything and i think a big problem is most don't know what dead zones actually are, not saying you're one of those as you're not but i've seen many complain about "dead zones" but are describing something that isn't dead zones. The games default aiming and camera control settings are awfully done and it requires a fair amount of tuning but it helps a great deal.

@KundaliniRising333 The aiming is fine on PS5 the issue is you with it and the deadzone issue a Xbox issue is meant to be fixed in this patch. If reviews were redone the scores would be the same as the MTX don't impact the game and the game hasn't been designed around them, if the game was the same but the MTX didn't exist no one would care about the so called grind just like they haven't cared about it for the past 2 weeks.

Re: Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's PS5 File Size Might Be Ridiculous

@KundaliniRising333 You do realise most players are excited about the cosmetic side right? Respawn aren't making the game just for you in mind. Cosmetics especially non paid ones are always welcome in games and if you want the generic look with the generic blue lightsaber then just use that.

Re: Random: Sony Shoehorns PS5 Ad into Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Trailer

@AverageGamer Difference is the Marvel's Spider-Man IP is held by Sony, Sony funds those games with zero input or money from Marvel/Disney. You're confusing one contract where Sony had clear restrictions and terms and another where Sony had more sway with. Marvel's Spider-Man will only hit Xbox or Nintendo if Sony wishes it, i'm 100% certain Sony would have made sure they had full control over these series of games to avoid such hassle. Your logic suggests Ubi could now publish the new Jedi Survivor if Disney says so, sorry but contracts don't work like that and there's usually clauses to avoid such a thing.

@nomither6 We have had two games so far.

The Activision games post SM2 and Ultimate aren't great, WoS is ok but very overrated by fans despite its bland world and bad web swinging. The Amazing games range from ok to awful and while Shattered Dimensions is pretty good its sequel was cash grab bad. Marvel's Spider-Man is leagues above anything Activision put out not called SM2 or the two PS1 titles.

Sony own Marvel's Spider-Man, they created and funded that IP and own it. Spidey can appear elsewhere like MAU3 or Midnight Suns but the Marvel's Spider-Man games are Sony's like Halo is MS.

Re: PSA: Resident Evil 4 Remake Has a Super Specific Game-Breaking Bug

WallyWest

@KundaliniRising333 The technical issues are minor and the game is perfectly playable and still looks really good, they are most likely saving all the big fixes for the Merc update later this week. The state of the games visuals has been blown way out of proportion mostly by those who haven't played it or DF who really exaggerated things.

Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give Resident Evil 4 Remake?

WallyWest

@DETfaninATL My issue with RE5 is its awful to play as a single player game, having to micro manage a really dumb AI who will fail the mission and use up your ammo and herbs is just really annoying and the game never feels balanced for SP. RE4 though is a SP game and while you have to look after Ashley she never gets in the way.
