@Anke that’s a good point but I use to be able to get some cards and deals on them from some local stores. I went to all of them and they said they no longer will be having sales or giving out the old retail cards. It’s pure greed but I’ll definitely be keeping my eye out for cards online but sadly no longer in stores.

Looks like this is a way for Sony to stop people from stacking and getting any type of savings towards these new ps plus subscriptions. Can’t get more greedy than this. I went to both my local stores and they both said they no longer will be selling cards or deals on them like they always use to do. I guess I’ll just have to keep my eye on the online marketplaces and see what deals I can find around Black Friday.

I recently just finished GOT and wow what a game. I couldn’t be more excited for the sequel and what the wizards at Sucker Punch have in store (fingers crossed for more Infamous).

@TheCollector316 I completely agree and was thinking the same thing. Maybe they will see how the launch goes against the competition that they are already up against when it comes to monitors. If successful, I could see them changing it.

@KidBoruto it depends on if they overall the entire combat system and change the game enough to warrant a full price buy from me! If not, I’ll probably wait until it’s on sale!

As someone who recently finished FF7 Remake, does this happen before, during, or after the Remake plot line? I’m fairly new to the whole Final Fantasy Universe and was a bit confused.

2023 is shaping up to be one of the greatest years in gaming history!!!!!!!

I don’t get what people continue to complain about when it comes to this generation of gaming. If you don’t want to pay full price, wait a a few months and get it on sale and keep checking those backlog games off your list while you wait. If you are a massive fan of the series (like me), then I find value and entertainment in the remake and will gladly invest money into it. Enough of the whining people and just enjoy the hobby. There are enough bad things happening in the world to complain about.

Love the better graphics and AI but honestly prefer the way Tess looked in the original. Am I the only person who finds it odd that no gameplay has been shown yet? Something fishy is going on lol

I was not impressed with this showcase at all and actually am happy that Sony doesn’t forgo any quality by putting all there games in a subscription service.

If Sony can keep these types of games coming with there first party exclusives, we are in for a heck of a generation!

Did anyone else see the post that The Last of us 2 has sold over 10 million copies worldwide? Impressive stuff!

Honestly I’m appreciative that Geoff does this event for the medium itself but I was half asleep through the show and in my opinion needs to be cut in half.
