My hope is that this new Spider-Man can actually be better than Incredible Hulk Ultimate Destruction. That is still my all-time favorite super hero game. The versatility of the 100+ different moves for unique attacks, movement, and weaponization is incredible. I can't believe no other game has tried to copy that weaponization system.

I know Amazing Spider-Man 2 gets a lot of hate but I remember really loving the web-slinging in that game. Am I just crazy?

I really want Gang Beasts. I don't want to buy it for 20 bucks because I'm sure I'll be done after a couple hours playing with my kids.
This is my final month of PS Plus ever (I'm not renewing) so it would be great to get something I really want to try.

Maybe they are hiring this position to help finish up Ace Combat 7.

The remakes I still want are Maximo and the Skate trilogy.

In general, I feel there are way too many remasters. But that's largely because I don't care for most of them. However, when it's a remake I really want, I do get excited.

I used the discount to buy Burnout Paradise.

YES PLEASE! This looks fantastic.

While I admit this is initially disappointing, the game looks well made and I'm still optimistic. For all we know... This is the next great idea and we should be ashamed for wanting just another racer.
Soccer with cars sounded pretty weird too... Until people tried Rocket League.

I'm doing my second playthrough of Breath of the Wild and an enjoying it quite a bit more than my first playthrough. The first time, I went in blind and some things I didn't figure out for a very long time. Most notably, I didn't know how to cook until I got to the end of the game. And believe me... Going through the whole game (especially early on) without cooking is a much more frustrating experience.

I'm interested. I like the combat of dark souls but not the darkness and gore.

Finally, I get my face on the front page of Push Square!

Since I missed the original release, I really want Burnout Paradise. But no way am I paying 40 bucks for it.

Skate trilogy!

@Rogueleader76 Lost Ark is certainly confusing at first but if you stick at it, the experience of figuring it out is very satisfying.

@carlos82 Raiders of the Lost Ark on 2600 is awesome. I spent years uncovering all the secrets in that game (pre-internet).

My guess... They die at the end of the game.

I am really excited for this. Reminds me of Excite Truck for the Wii.

For me personally, Spider-Man and Shadow of the Colossus are the only two PS4 games I'm excited about this year.

Hopefully this is real. And more hopefully... This will be followed by a Skate trilogy collection.

Reminds me of Trackmania and Burnout. Definitely an exciting prospect.

I love the visuals of this game but the gameplay looks boring.
I love 2D platformers, but I've played so many at this point, I've gotten quite picky on what is quality enough to be worth my time.

Celeste for sure. I wouldn't be surprised if it's my favorite new game of 2018.
I say "new game" because SotC is one of my favorite games ever, and the remake is incredible but not altogether a new game.

As far as I'm concerned, this is a modem classic of 2D platforming that deserves to be listed amongst the greats like Mario Bros 3 and Donkey Kong Country 2. It's that good.

Celeste on Switch. It's a masterpiece of 2D platforming.

Not that it really matters. I pre-ordered this the second it went up on PSN. A remake of one of my top 3 games ever...of course I'm buying it.

I'm glad I don't make video games. It would be terrible choosing between making the kind of games I love vs. the kinds of games that are most profitable.

The original SotC came out when I was 20, and I didn't buy a PS2 until I was 28. But I felt like a giddy 5 year old when I played it.

It's an incredible game and one of my favorites on PS4, but I prefer digital.

I hate how they've handled the 4 week sale. The sales keep stacking, so I can't figure out what's new for week 4 because it's all mixed up with weeks 1-3. It's fine to have the sales continue for multiple weeks, but at least make it easier to sort through.

This was the first game I bought when I got my PS4 two years ago. I play it semi-regularly but just in bite-size chunks. It is a perfect game to pick up and play but never run out of levels to play. I've beaten many hundreds of levels and still am years away from finishing the game. Apparently, now I'm even further from beating it ☺️

I helped kickstart Praey for the Gods and am super excited about it. It's coming along nicely. I'm glad they added a glider just like Breath of the Wild.

I'm also excited about Death's Gambit and Celeste.

This is a good game but no way is it better than Horizon Zero Dawn. People will still be talking about HZD for years to come. Lost Legacy was just a very good game that will fade from memory.

I had high hopes that this would be a big step up in regards to my complaints about previous MH games. But nope.
Super clunky, and it somehow manages to be overly simplistic and yet overly complicated at the same time.
It's probably a good game. It's just not to my tastes. I'd much rather take down machines in Horizon.
