Still dont get what all the fuss is about...if sony do go ahead with this and get it right(which at the moment is very likely) then great, doesn't really matter what it is, a new model ps4 or a separate box that boosts the existing ps4(like some lap tops can use) there will still only be one version of any game so no one will lose out.

Just to add that game looks cleaner and sharper after the 1.02 update, better looking all round actually.

Ive lived in Thailand and the first step when making thai food is take 15 chillies (prik kee noo-mouse s*it chilli) and then the second step is usually take 10 chillies and add to the first 15 and while thai food can be incredibly hot from the amount of chilli in it, the heat doesn't overwhelm the taste and freshness(chillies are often used raw) of whatever it is you are eating but in things like this the heat is overwhelming(obviously!) and it spoils the taste of the food and it becomes unpleasant, heat for heats sake? Think id probably pass although if my kids heard about this they would bug me into trying it and sheffield to leeds isnt that far...

Meh...films get shifted around to accommodate other films quite a lot,its the same for UC4, its been shifted uto accommodate ratchet, darksouls 3...i havent checked but what's releasing in may with uc4?

@BAMozzy there are some stats on the items ive seen so far(like knee pads lol) things like that boost crits and stuff and there also cosmetic items, ive only got one so far(a trendy brown puffa jacket that actually looks quite nice) dont think its got any stats on it tho...im enjoying it which is a surprise because i was actually sick of hearing about it

As much as im enjoying the witcher i think sometimes the effects are little bit ott, like the sunsets, at times they are just too much and look kind of ugly so it detracts from other areas like the buildings for example, there's a few other things that make me think the effects are just too much at times...dragon inquisition maybe just edges it for me in the looks department

Dont care about any of the things listed and ps4 certainly doesn't "desperately need" any of them ...maybe folders to streamline the xmb a bit but i actually really like the ps4 how it is right now, its not overly messy and cluttered, theres not online notifications popping up every second and i like my psn name. On a different topic i thought bloodborne was my game of the year but having bought Tearaway a couple of weeks ago from argos(£12.49!)and really giving it a go last night....WOW! Its simply brilliant.

@kyleforrester87 im optimistic but i remember the VR push years and years ago with the big arcade units which you had to climb onto and then you were basically fenced into a small circular area,obviously the technology is much more powerful(and smaller!) now but the basics are the same, helmet and a controller in each hand,but this never really took off and was never close to being in people's homes so this year could be VRs time to shine...but i feel your "not this time around" could turn out to be right, and if anything i think we have a way to go before VR becomes the norm

Bloodborne is my game of the year but i really hope from software dont make bloodborne2 just because they can or worse make it diluted like darksouls2(which i also love but it did feel a little bit like diet darksouls) if i were from software id leave it at bloodborne

Its not bad actually if you are a new ps4 owner(especially if the offer runs through Christmas) or if like us you have two ps4's in the house and you are sharing

Price is maybe a little bit expensive if sony convert it to £10-£15(which is usually the case, they most have their own exchange rate) but i personally would pay it especially for something like rogue galaxy...Actually if you look around for ps2 games here in uk some of them are around that price anyway, i suppose you could always buy a ps2 and get loads of games for less than 10-15 but you would also need to get an old tube tv too as original ps2 games would look horrible on a modern hd tv(i imsgine)...so £10-15 is maybe a tad expensive but not too bad when you consider what you are getting.
On a side note i noticed how the ps+ area on ps4 has been cleaned up to show just this months ps4 freebies, maybe they made some room to throw a couple of ps2 games in there..

Havent really noticed frame rate dropping too much, its not a big deal really in a 3rd person game anyway and im pretty sure i havent had a load time over 60secs(although i havent done many challenges or played for longer than 90mins at a time) a few slight technical hitches can be forgiven i think as the game world is enormous...biggest open world map on console so far right?

Battlefront...What an awesome way to show off your new ps4.it looks and sounds so good and plays pretty well too.
I really enjoyed knack even though i didnt finish it a very solid day one game and id actually like to see knack 2

There was an interview with mark cerny after the ps4 reveal, on neogaf i think, in which cerny went into real detail regarding ps4 architecture some of it went over my head but what cerny was saying is that ps4 has things built into its architecture that could be "turned on" to boost the ps4,he also mentioned that this could be done years into the ps4 life cycle, so devs being able to use the 7th core isnt really surprising

Pathetic that scee wont support the private access(closed beta) thats now in its 3rd phase

Business as usual this month...another solid line up,there isnt anything great but also nothing truly bad, then again i never complain about ps plus(been a member since the start) the cost is literally a few pence per day, no matter what games they put on there its always been great value for money and i honestly cant remember any "terrible" months

Never had plans to buy this day one as i knew it was bundled with the star wars ps4 we had on order for kids xmas gift(3rd ps4 in the house now..) but after playing it for a bit i might ask the wife to get it me for xmas as it is a huge amount of fun and what dice have done visually is stunning, playing in 3rd person(never 1st person) i cant help but stare at my character outfit and how it gets covered in dirt/snow and stuff...if your not sure try and get some more time with it before you buy or even better ask for it as a Christmas gift, you wont be disappointed.
And if anyone from DICE is reading this PLEASE make next years battlefield entry BAD COMPANY 3

Played the very first CoD on pc and then rest on console, ive never completed any of the campaigns(except for mw) , i usually get about halfway through and switch to MP, im fairly certain I'll see bops3 to the end but only because im playing the campaign online with my brother which is making it fun...im pretty sure that the criticisms leveled at bops3 campaign can be said about all of the CoD campaigns and in fairness pretty much every military based fps(possible exceptions being bad company 1&2)...just disengage brain sit back and enjoy the explosions and expletives for what they are...silly, sometimes fun bits of nonsense (and for me personally usually boring)
On a side note its been awhile since a CoD mp got me hooked like bops3 has,...bops2,aw mp were ok, ghosts and mw3 mp were simply awful so it would be back to bops or mw2 to find an mp that has the same addictive hook as bops3

@AcesHigh73 i love spelunky...i downloaded a free to play version from Japanese ps store which im assuming is spelunky world(in uk and us) can't wait to put more time into it and understand a little more lol...im same as you an absolute indie nut and if the 73 in your name also has something to do with your age you are 2 years younger than me and will have been part of the public domain years, for me personally that was mostly on commodore amiga and pc later on...i think "indie" is a little over used these days especially regarding consoles as there are very few true indie games

Played about ten hours(so far) of FO4 and is it just me or does the game world feel...dead/lifeless? ...im really enjoying it and its one of those games that has me thinking about it while im at work but this site(and a few others) hyped it like it was the second coming of christ...and its just not.its another solid fallout game

Giant bomb are pathetic...just imagine for a second that blops3 didnt have call of duty in front of it(because people will always jump on the bash cod bandwagon)...its absolutely stuffed with content compared to battlefront(the other big fps this year) which has multiplayer and...? If you dont like cod then blops3 wont change your mind, if you're knocking it without playing it just because its cod then its your loss...easily the strongest call of duty this generation and stronger than a couple from last gen..playing it and loving it

If you still got ps3 or 360 and didnt watch these silly comparison videos would you even care as long as the multiplayer still plays well...i personally couldnt give a rats ass about how they differ, its all about how they play and even after watching this it wouldn't put me off buying it on ps3 if thats all i had
