Dont like cod or destiny?....dont buy them!

If this is true then its an extremely welcome change and something other devs/publishers should be doing...ive lost count, especially over the last few years, of games that i feel ive played before they are even released...yes im aware that no one is forcing me to watch videos and read articles but should vids like "watch the first hour of assassins creed" be released anyway?...i think it does more harm than good

The beta was pretty great so im Strangely excited for black ops 3 (£80 on ps store...sharing it between our 2 ps4 so 2 games, 2 season passes bargain!) maybe because i missed the hype for AW last year as i was in Philippines
Treyarch seem to be doing everything right co-op campaign, mp, zombies plus a couple of other modes in there and loads of customisation and the focus on current gen and pc(pc gets even more with mods and maps coming later) ..cant wait

@Star-Lord ill just watch a play thru of season 1 somewhere online,dont really want to spend money on it and people say s2 is way better is that right?

Nice surprise having dragon fin soup and magicka 2 is really really good fun, i bought it when it came out, co op is just brilliant.
I dont want to buy the walking dead season one, think I'll be able to understand whats happening if i play season 2?

Really love warriors(playing dq heroes at the moment and its soooooo good) style games, but i think a star wars one would be dull, im a HUGE star wars fan but i just think sticking to the main films wouldn't be good but if they used the clone wars animated series it would be amazing...so im saying clone wars animated for the warriors treatment

Not at all surprised...cant really put NMS and dreams in a direct comparison but at least MM have been honest in wording their pressers..."running on ps4 with no external assets"..hope so much that everything works out(nms is my most wanted game) but this news might go some way to explaining seans nervousness when hes been showing the game off😉

Not bad, i thought they might have dropped one bomb shell but given that the waaaaay more glitzy, shouty glamorous ps ex is coming soon its hardly surprising...and to be honest maybe people were expecting too much from a fairly low key games show

I was playing diablo quite a bit last week and i hadnt given the difference in fps a second thought until you just mentioned it but now i think i about it, im not sure its that noticeable given how differently paced both games are(diablo3 is quite a sight when things get really busy right?)...totally agree about it being better locked at 30(which it seems to be) than skipping between 30-60

@kyleforrester87 ive been playing it since yesterday morning, NWN and baldurs gate are 2 of my fave western rpgs and im really loving divinity...frame rate is steady and i havent noticed any issues, is it being 30fps such a big deal in a slow paced rpg? (asking out of curiosity)

I so want this to be true, but the realist in me says NMS being shown on usa tv shows is nothing more than another ride on the hype train(there wasnt that much new stuff shown) and that the game is still some way off release....REALLY hope im wrong.

Wonder how long it took to film it all?...i would have thought it would have to have been done in short flights so they could get the eagle back like in falconry...Eagles dont have a homing instict like pigeons lol, actually imagine having a flock of homing eagles that were kept at your house like people do with pigeons...be a lot less stray cats and dogs wandering around...

Ive played it a fair bit and i really enjoy it...it is a bit of a strange one though, im running around soloing stuff even though i know its an mmo and knowing that makes the soloing feel quite lonely...i know any mmo can be played solo but it just seems that the emphasis in eso is the solo stuff, the group part feels a little bit tacked on at times. I would definitely recommend it, even more so if you can pick up in a sale

@Matroska people do seem to forget that sometimes...i paid £200 or £300(i forget which, it was a loooong time ago) for a sega megadrive before its European release and when i got a uk megadrive i clearly remember paying £39.99 for games...

Wouldn't NMS have to be different if it was on ps vr?...as its like a separate console as opposed to just an add on type thing
I think its very possible they will announce something beyond price/release date(beta maybe) as the game is almost approaching myth status...its Without a doubt my most anticipated ps4 game, it reminds me of games i played as a kid..elite, hunter(c64)and for some reason i, robot plus a few others. I think the thing games like that have in common with NMS is their gameplay is very pure and simple on one level but also hugely complex on another....im sure people over a certain age will get what i mean

Had the beta trial and it was pretty impressive, and whats £12.99 packet of cigarettes and a pint(i dont smoke so its 4 pints) a month, pretty good i think, i would give it another go especially as my ps3 and all 90 odd games (not including ones on hdd) are in manila now

Not really an issue and certainly hasnt stopped me from pre-ordering, but has there been any mention of mods for the ps4 version?... They seemed to make a deal about xb1 supporting mods(actually they made a big deal about fallout during MS presser at E3,even though it was the exact same demo as the Bethesda presser, even down to the wording of it)

Awwww...no onigiri for europe, i played the Japanese version for quite awhile when it came out, its really good fun...Maybe have to download it from usa store.
Dungeon defenders 2 pay for a game thats eventually going to be free?... I assume any extras you get for paying dont carry over to the full release because its pre-alpha so anything could happen, including a wipe of any progress youve made in the game...

Please, please DONT be farcry...i was same as the guy above, soon as i saw it i thought turok which would be awesome...i hope ubisoft arent trying to get the jump on guerilla games(would be easy to reskin fc4 using their engine) with dinosaur/man/technology type thing..(yes.. I realise turok was that kind of game, especially the later ones, but you get what i mean...)

Problem?

Id say for me personally its a slightly better month than September...ps plus could always be better(same goes for pretty much everything else) but ive never had any real complaints about it, my sub is renewed automatically each year, i dont even realise the money has been taken until i see my bank statements and i share to my kids ps4 so they get playstation plus as well...2 ps4,ps3,ps vita for £40 a year...

I think the list is pretty good...dark souls is a good choice at number one given the purity of its gameplay...no one will ever make a totally impartial list, there will always be a touch of bias...and the witcher 3 ISNT the greatest open world game ever made...

Got a ps one on day one with a free ps one branded courier type bag, couldn't afford a game though so only had the demo disc for a couple of weeks, wipeout was the first game i bought

Registered my code for 'guaranteed" beta access months ago, still waiting for the email with the actual beta code...love rainbow six series(vegas 1/2 not so much love)but i really wanted to try siege as im getting mixed feelings from what ive seen and heard so far...People saying its been dumbed down and doesn't have that classic rainbow six feel,the maps in the beta arent very interesting and one of my concerns is that siege might become a little repetitive quite quickly...still hoping my code will arrive and the game is still a likely buy for me

Lets hope its going to be smoother than the RS siege closed beta has been so far...actually from what people have said the game is pretty solid(even tho i personally think its not going to be back to the RS glory days) the only real problem so far is that many people havent received codes after being told by ubisoft they would be guaranteed beta access on 24/09/15(i registered my beta code in june)..beta was originally going to be a couple of weeks,i hear now thats only going to be 4days(not confirmed by ubi tho)..still looking forward to trying siege as a lover of rainbow six series, just cant help feeling its going to fall a little flat...so excited for the battlefront beta, starwars was the first film i saw at the cinema(i was 6yo)and its something that has been a part of my life ever since, it really seems that EA/Dice are doing everything right...roll on 8october!

Loving the demo on eu ps store...played the hell out of disgea 3 on ps3 but havent played any others...very tempted to buy this one

Im really enjoying it as ive always enjoyed destiny...40quid is probably a bit steep but i shared it to my kids ps4 so...i dont smoke so paying 40 quid for a "game" is easily justifiable

@WARDIE and you find yourself deleting stuff to make room, then once the game is installed, your hdd space could have easily accommodated the game you just downloaded AND the one you deleted before downloading/installing..

@Jambo4170 basing the price on game sharing wasnt my intention,sorry if thats how it came across, i would have bought two TTK at full price to be honest(one this week and one next week).

@Jambo4170 yep of course...and my opinion is that im just tired if hearing and reading about hatred for destiny,everyone is entitled to an opinion but now its just seems like hating for the sake of it...and TTK does have a lot of content, is it worth the £40(actually 20 per ps4 for me)?...and say yes it is, is it good how activision have handled destiny?.. No its not, but its no worse than what pretty much every big company gets up to,major supermarkets are among the worst

Ive never complained about destiny or bungie...ive enjoyed the game since alpha and ill continue to enjoy and support destiny for as long as possibe...but what do i know?... Ive only been gaming since 1977...

Im personally really enjoying the taken king, paid £40 shared it between our 2 ps4...bargain!...and i can afford it

@Matroska there was a recorded conversation doing the rounds awhile back, a guy called a gamestop store and spoke to an employee about ps4 and xbone, the employee was really offhand about ps4 and was saying that the console doesnt sell well but she was really pushing xbone, in the end the guy got the employee to kind of admit that gamestop employees were getting a bonus for selling xbone...not sure how genuine it was, the conversation might still be knocking around online somewhere... Here in uk(in my hometown anyway) Game seem to favour xbone, the ps4 display is quite small with stock on the shelves all cramped up...not that i buy stuff from Game, its awful

I voted for this straight away and im really surprised it didn't win...Unless it was never supposed to win the "vote"...just seems odd that an almost throw away game(1-2hours in length) won and armello(deep, strategic, pretty with tons of reasons to keep coming back to it) didnt, i even thought the viking game would rate higher than grow home

I love the little things about the game, like collecting the music tapes and then choosing one to play on the helicopter when you arrive at a mission or back at mother base...europe-the final countdown is blasting from my chopper at the moment

Got my day one edition today, haven't played much so far but what i have played is really special
