I watched some of this. It's a puzzle platformer?
The music, while beautiful, is exactly the stuff that puts you to sleep.
The gameplay appears similarly slow.. I would try it on PS+ , but I don't think I could keep awake enough to play it.

I need to recharge mine and hack it so that I can use a memory card adapter. That 16gb I have is a pain to manage, so I just gave up. Sucks that the only option they gave me in the end is to hack it to make it useable. If only it used microSD cards from the get-go, I'm sure it would have been much more popular than it ended up being. Its quite a neat little device.

And last thought... PS5 games will be remastering of PS4 games, and PS4 games have been remastering of older games.

So so tired of retrobit graphics.. it just screams "do not touch" to me.
I do appreciate (and buy) new artistic "retro" interpretations though, like The Touryst on switch.. but these chunky bit gfx hiding the art, will always be a pass.

Nice move on the selection. I've played them on PS3 and I bought them on PS4 to play again, bc they were worth playing again in 60fps at 1080p. But for people who are watching their money, don't have any spare $$ - this is a good choice. There's 3 full games in here which gives you a lot of time to spend with the title.

Might install this again and try it. Picked it up for $9 thinking it might be playable some day. How long has it been?

You get to hit on a woman after she's been sexually assaulted, while her face is still bloodied up? Well that's some great story design right there. And you get to help a guy who just took a big dump and needs toilet paper? A game like no other here!!

@Hengist Agreed 110% .. it is a glaring omission in an otherwise well supported game.

Does it involve games? Does it involve VR? Does it involve taking risks in ideas and IPs to bring gamers something different?
The XB1X had around a 2 teraflop lead over the Pro as well.. but the lack of anything unique to play on it meant that it just smoothed things out a little more over the Pro for multiplat games. But oh man.. those Sony exclusives really gave me what I want.
Feels like MS is going into next gen with the same Pro vs. 1X baseline but the games are what make these things chooseable.

It was a fun game. I got the N64-Racer combo which is still in its box in my basement.
But a re-release of this game makes me wonder why we see so many re-releases. Will we see even more with the PS5 ?

Still don't know how you find this stuff. When I log on I can't seem to find anything interesting outside of promoted older creations .

I'm genuinely interested in how "takedown-party-pooper" Nintendo will come down on all the Nintendo fanmade stuff on Dreams. There's a ton of it, and some of it is really good.

Back in the Dreamcast days, the Shenmue people looked good .. now they all look like monsters. Monsters... all of them.

How do you even find things like this on Dreams?? Everytime I log in, all I find easily is mediocre creations that are published recently. Half creations and "WIP" ones. Its pretty hard to find these gems.

@Marios-love-child I've had one since 2017, and liked it so much, I upgraded to the 2nd version as the single thin cable was a lot more "free feeling" than the double, heavy, thick one.
Motion Sickness is one of the biggest challenges of VR. You have to "train your brain" to not make you nauseous. You have sight and sound telling you that you're moving, but the rest of your body tells you that you aren't.
This causes nausea initially untill your senses understand that this sensation is okay. You do get used to it - it doesn't take a long time, but it still takes some understanding that this is a normal initial response.

All VR headsets have this problem, so it presents the biggest challenge. Once you get over it though, its a wonderful experience being IN a game. It's like youre experiencing a game rather than playing it flat on a TV.
... and games like Resident Evil 7 make you INCREDIBLY uncomfortable being in that world. VR is amazing, but it absolutely has its challenges.

I have to admit the "You were almost a Jill Sandwich" throwback made me LOL. In my mind, I heard Barry's voice say it too. RE was so unintentionally hilarious in its cheese, but so good in its suspenseful delivery for the time.

PSVR again I hope. Being right IN a RE game - even if its not traditional - was the craziest, most intense, stressful experience ever had in all may years of gaming. And it was insanely fun.
Its too bad that more gamers haven't experienced it .. its incredible.

I may be one of the few which are on the "meh" side about cyberpunk. Just not into that dystopian future mumbo jumbo.
But I'm sure that delay will make it better.. PS clearly thinks it needs it.

I have so many games on backorder thanks to previous sales, that I'll only be able to finish them after half of the PS5's lifecycle. I'm a sucker though for a good price... so I'll likely end up getting more. The shame.

Poorly written article which does not mention what it is nor what it will cost. I have heard of the back button, but was unclear of what it does. Thanks to the comments, I read it is a self-mappable extra button for games. I'd be interested in this as well. Again though - poorly written piece here, Pushsquare.

Digital Foundry did a peice on the rumored 9.4 Tf PS5 rumor vs the 13Tf Xb Series X. They surmised that the PS5 is going for a $400 price point, while the SeriesX will be a premium console with a higher cost. The yet-unrevealed lower-pricepoint Xbox console may in fact be the competition to a 9.4Tf PS5, rather than the (expected) more expensive Series X.
..I guess we'll see how it all comes together. Should be interesting. I'm sticking with PS either way.

Picked this up to replace the aging Uncharted limited edition I had. The Pro is great and its really enhanced just about all of of the VR titles I own. One of the best looking Pro limited editions

This game seems to be the divisive PSVR game that Death Stranding is on PS4. Polish Paul gave it 10/10 and PSVR without Parole gave it high marks throughout with only a couple squabbles. 4/10 is really really low, considering the other reviews. Mind you in reading the review, it seems like Graham was just angry and trying to shoot down the game as much as possible without giving it much credit in anything.
...I would have liked to see Sammy review the game and get his take on it. I think it would have been a little less drama.
