Interested in the free form climbing system. Is it somewhat similar to Breath of the Wild's?

Imo, it was most certainly expected. Since we have yet to hear anything about Ragnarok, it's quite obvious that a delay was inevitable. But oh well. I rather have them have enough time to finish their game instead of rushing it out because of the public's demand.

Such a big shame. Was really enjoying the berserk manga (and it still needs a good modern anime adaptation). Rest in peace, Kentaro.

This does shed a bit of light on the future of Sony's japanese IPs, so I'm hoping this means we'll get to see more of these.

I really would love to see a new Twisted Metal game, whether it's a reboot, a spinoff or a sequel.

While it's nothing much, I do hope Sony considers on bringing the IP to Playstation platforms. Sunset Overdrive was one of the better Xbox One exclusives, and it's a shame it didn't do well for Microsoft.

Sounds nice, however, the reviews for the game, according on metacritic, don't look so good. I guess it was slightly more positive on Spain?

@nessisonett Yeah, I can see why. Still, good for them for managing on porting the game to consoles. Even if I'm not entirely interested on the game (is not bad, just not my cup of tea, as the true fun is when you and the rest of the players are socializing).

I remember there was an article about the devs saying that it was impossible to port the game to the PS4 and Xbox One due to the reliance of the keyboard. Guess that article (or interview to be exact) is now poorly aged huh lol

Since Sony is now seeing the fortune they could get with Fornite, I wonder if we could get The Last of Us, Uncharted or even Ghost of Tsushima characters for the game. Seems like a no brainer if you ask me lol The closest thing we could get for a PS All stars (featuring Master Chief from the Halo series).

I dunno why but I got reminded of that Yander Simulator meme twitter account, where the account user posts stuff that has happened before the Yander Simulator game finished development.

Awesome. Been so long since we heard anything from the game.

Hope it doesn't turn out as a mess like Sword and Fairy 6 (since both Xuan Yuan Sword and Sword and Fairy are from the same devs) considering how overly buggy and glitchy that game was at launch.

Also, from what I have read, the game suffer from pacing issues, as well as the combat suffer from button mashing issues, as you can spam a certain attack over and over again, making the enemy get stuck on a stunlock. Hopefully, they listened to the feedback and fixed some of the issues. From what I have read, the bosses were atleast good. Last i also checked, they kept adding new stuff like new bosses, minigames, and even an arena mode if you really don't csre much for the story and just want to duke out against waves of enemies.

@chicken_chaser That's good, because the game is definitely gonna need that considering how much the hype or interest for the game died (or at best, is slowly dwindling). I hope the developers can continue to improve on the game or else it'll suffer the same fate as Anthem. Imo, I would have enjoyed the game a lot more, even if it got repetitive, if it wasn't for the "always online" requirement. Same thing with Outriders. Did games like Nioh and Borderlands not show that you can make a loot-based game that you can play with and without online?

I about time they will show something about China Hero Project. I was expecting we could have gotten more about their games in ChinaJoy 2020 but it sadly didn't happen. Not to mention we haven't heard much about Lost Soul Aside since early last year or probably since 2019. Also, Pervader VR has yet to show anything new since 2017. I wouldn't be surprised if the game was probably put on hold for PSVR2. Regardless, I'm interested on what they'll show. From the second batch, I'm already excited for Anno and F.I.S.T., but the rest like Convalleria and Evotinction (what's with chinese games and their dumb titles lol) leave a lot to be desired, so I'm hoping they'll show more this time around.

I guess even after Activision leaving as the publisger for the game, it's still not free from rather scummy practices.

@Muttt To a degree, maybe but you can't really blame those who didn't buy it because of the bugs and glitches. Not every games are as lucky as Days Gone to recieve additional support to fix many of the game's shortcomings. I mean, just look at what's happening with Anthem. Despite buying the game at full price, hoping that they'll improve on the game, they sadly canned the support for it, meaning that my money wasted on it was all for nothing.

Days Gone just happened to be one of the fortunate ones. Regardless, it's quite sad that the sequel won't happen. But who knows, maybe Sony will reconsider it in the future? Especially after Jim Ryan finally listened to the complaints in regards to the PS3 and Vita store shut down.

Hope its a better Resident Evil throwback than say, Dawn of Fear.

While people like David Jaffe will obviously not like this, personally I just hope this helped Sony to understand more about game preservation. I wouldn't even mind if they add many of these PS1, PS2 and PS3 games through PSNow.

I'm guessing the skins will obviously be them without the ranger suits.

Regardless, this is pretty cool. The closest rhing we could get for a SF character in an MvC2/3 style gameplay. I just hope this isn't the only dlc we will get for the game, as it's labeled as a Street Fighter collab pack, and not Season 4.

A game within a game is always a great bonus.

Happy to see Soul Sacrifice getting some love. If only Marvelous bought the IP, so that we don't have to rely on Sony deciding on making a new game or not.

Don't forget that some of the costumes have a near similar fiction as the other but much better, making that costume rather superfluous.

What I find weird are the user scores. They're weirdly positive and a lot of them are broken english. Spams I guess? Or someone with dozens of multiple accounts? Either way, is weird, especially when the game got easily forgotten.

No matter if it's 30 fps or 60 fps, just as long it's stable.

This wouldn't be so bad if:
1)Sony still offers the option do download past purchases, and,
2)Sony actually bothered to put all of their games, from PS1 to Vita, through PSNow so that anyone from the big platform can enjoy what they were missing out on...or you know, just release a big collection a la Rare Replay.

@Porco i think this is why Sony admitted that their take on online multiplayer games have been rough as of lately. A shame cause they gave us some gems like Everybody's Golf.

I mean, at least it's no Knights of Brittannia, Jump Force or One Punch Man.

Still, a 6 is an decent score for a game like this. Let's just hope the developers continues to communicate with its playerbase and improve many of the game's shortcomings if we REALLY don't want this to become the next Drawn to Death or Hardware Rivals (I'm still surprised that game still has its servers up). Like you said, there's potential here, but we have to wait and see what holds for the game in the future.

@Katsuhono Yeah, I can see your point. And yes, that Darth Vader grind was super tiresome. Although, in the case for this game, is just to see some story challenges with very few cutscenes that one can see on Youtube, which kinda sucks (for me) cause I want to earn these by myself instead of having to rely on someone uploading videos of these lol
