You know it's bad when even Square admits that the game wasn't as great as they tought it would be. Heck, on Marvel's Avengers reddit page, I already seen some posts on how much of a better game Guardians of the Galaxy was compared to Marvel's Avengers.

It's a shame that Marvel's Avengers didn't do so good since there are some good ideas here and there, as well as the fanservice. However the GaaS model really held the game back, and knowing that Babylon Fall will also adopt that type of model too, I'm really worried. Square should really need to abandon it. The model, I mean.

As someone who's been getting into boardgames like Bloodborne, Fallout, Horrified, etc., I'm definitely will be keeping an eye out for this one.

@Shigurui ah okay. Not gonna lie, I've played bloodborne for so many years, and I honestly did not know I could do that lol

@Miketimothy820 imo i prefer a Bloodborne remaster. The game looks fine as it is. Just needs a resolution and framerate boost, with minor QoL additions (i.e. letting you telerport to any lamps without needing to go to the Hunter's Dream) and a photo mode.

@Subsided it's only the first level. Not really the actual entire game.

Also what I like about the demake is an item that lets you use your health as ammo in case you already spent all of your quicksilver.

@get2sammyb would love to see Sony or Bluepoint hiring Lilith to work on their games.

It's about time we get ourselves a chinese monster hunting game. Combat still needs some weight but regardless, it looks promising.

That's pretty solid. Until You Fall is one of the few PSVR games to have some really good melee combat so I definitely recommend checking that one out.

Feels like I'm one of the few who liked Let it Die despite its glaring flaws lol Imo I'm interested just as long it doesnt have any of those pay 2 win mechanics.

I'm interested on how well she plays. A shame the uodate ain't nothing big, but hey, I'll check it out regardless. For real though, in regars to NFTs, I really don't know what's so good about them. It's an image where one could easily find a way to save it without needing to pay so much on it. Especially when some of them aren't even worth a dime (like that lion head nft that's garnering a lot of attention on Twitter just for how terrible and hilarious it is).

To be fair, it's still a better anime arena fighter than some of the more lacklustre attempts, like One Punch Man or Jump Force.

Imo, battle royale games like this and Fall Guys are the ones that I dont mind slolely because it's not another "battle royale shooter".

From what I have read, voice acting is in consideration if the game does well.

Dang. I remember watching the trailer for the game since Sony's first state of play back in 2019. Honestly wished they released some demo to listen for the feedback cause I like the concept (the closest thing we can get similar to Tokyo Jungle) but man, this game really needed more time in the oven.

A shame cause I really love the characters' designs. Still interested on getting the game, atleast for the Switch, but I'll definitely wait for a sale.

Forgot that the game even existed lol out of all the tie-in games, I'm surprised this one got the remaster treatment. Then again, the jumanji movie is a sony movie, so I'm not surprised it's getting an exlusive (for now, I think) ps5 re-release.

What I really want to know if it's going to be open world or an linear action game?

My guess is that it will come to PC later, which comes to no one's surprise considering that Sony is porting their games to PC. Not that I don't mind btw. Would love to see it come to other platforms but seeing it as a Playstation exclusive at launch no doubt caught me by surprise.

It was a solid 7 out of 10. Not amzing but not bad. Better than the previous playstation showcase, especially with surprises like KOTOR and Wolverine catching me off guard.

However, did people really need to be reminded about GTA5 and Deathloop again? Also, why Uncharted 4 and Lost Legacy? Why not the entire collection? The rest ranged from okay (RS: Extraction, GotG and Borderlands) to very promising (Forespoken and Project Eve). Though that's just my opinion.

Either that or a Legend of Dragoon remake from Bluepoint would be cool, but that's just wishful thinking.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind a remastered collection of Infamous for the PS5. They could even hire back Bluepoint to remaster the first two Infamous games.

I'm glad to see that we only got a good chinese game but also a good China Hero project game, right after Hardcore Mecha. I guess it was a good move for Sony to promote this game.

Moments like this are why it's important to speak up.

Honestly, with so many korean games focusing so much on hack and slash, I think this could be refreshing lol Hopefully it will be fun and won't suffer ththe same fate as most other live service looter games like Anthem.

Though I'm not too big with the main character's design. Looks too much like the og poster protagonist of FF14 lol

Guess I'm not surprised. Just the concept alone felt too ambitious even as a PS4 game. Honestly, don't be surprised if Deep Down follows suit.

Not surprised if it's true that they'll choose XDEV for wipeout, considering some of those veterans have already worked on Wipeout games. Just hope it does better at launch than Destruction All Stars.

Speaking of which, I'm still surprised that Sony haven't made a new Twisted Metal game. Instead of Hardware Rivals or Destruction All Stars, why not bring back the iconic TM franchise back?

Glad that the dlc harkens back to the old Assassin's Creed playstyle. Interested on checking it out now.

@darkswabber I remember when they offered Holfrain, a PS Talents hero shooter game, for free, and honestly, it's still nothing to write home about. It was functional but I'm not sure if the developers are still providing support for the game.

@Jayofmaya The reviews for Waves Out says otherwise though lol Though I'm interested for your thoughts on it if you managed to try the game out.

Combat needs a bit more "oomph" when hitting enemies but regardless, this is really promising. Reminds me of Xuan Yuan Sword 7 but slightly more polished haha. Wonder if Sony Asia will pick this and possibly Black Myth for their China Hero program?

I'm interested in Hunter's Arena but its steam score makes me a bit cautious.

Imo, what this game needs is 1) better single player content (even the character's arcade stories aren't worth writing about), 2) more varied maps (like maybe one taking place at a beach, or warehouse or the likes), 3) some sort of range weaponry, as to take example from Twisted Metal's gameplay, and 4) speaking of twisted metal, a Twisted Metal collaboration would help boost the game's popularity a bit.

Not adding a one handed sword in a viking rpg is like not adding a claymore in a medieval rpg.

Honestly surprised to see Hunter Arena there. Kinda wished Moss 2 did better but oh well. Kudos for FIST, Sifu and Death Stranding though!

Seeing any sort of Half life content on Playstation is fadcinating to see. I think the first to do this was Fall Guys with his Gordom Freeman skin, which was later added on the Playstation version.

Such a cool looking combat system.

A shame it's being wasted on a moba/battle royale F2P game. And as much as I support chinese games, when it comes to F2P games, especially competitive ones, they would one way or another implement some annoying or scummy monetization (all while not bothering to care for the balance of the game), and this one probably won't be an exception. The fact that it has a 6 on Steam definitely makes me all the more cautious. I might still try it out but I won't hold my breath for something spectacular.

Also, I like they shown off more the male characters then the female characters, possibly because a lot of them are sort of very...well, revealing lol

Seems like the kind of game I'll see someone streaming just for jokes.
