Would prefer a new one but I'll definitely get this, I've already done all the exploration and all the side quests of these games though the first couple times so there's not much else to do with them

THQ Nordic has been a pretty decent company, not always quality wise but microtransaction wise they've been pretty decent so this doesn't bother me a whole lot

Not a fan of racing games but these guys seem so obsessed with every detail, both a positive and a negative as they take so long that it's arguable that Forza has surpassed them

MLB didn't like their games having exclusivity but they also weren't dumb enough to take the franchise away from Sony considering they've been doing the franchise justice for so many years and there would be a steep drop in quality to switch. All in all it benefits all parties I'm sure

Life is strange and BTS were both fantastic, haven't played the 2nd one, mainly I just feel like it was a one off that can't be duplicated, and to try is to make it artificial and just about emotional manipulation. Some things weren't meant to be recreated, and as for DONTNOD theyve been getting worse and worse and are fading away so no big loss

PS5 better get VR, especially when it comes to RE8, this gen is kinda a step back when RE7 had VR, but now RE8 doesn't

I don't expect much from this, to ambitious for the team, from the get go the sub-$60 price tag was a red flag, add in the delays and I think this will be pretty meh.

@MemSec ya they really went with a bare bones launch, you'd think they'd have learned from now, also waiting for a media player so I can stream my music from my phone to it like the ps4 does

They should just cancel last gen, continue patching but otherwise relaunch in February for next gen

@Floki those other people did their due diligence and still bought, tough for them, they made their choice

Way I see it the fault is the consumers if they Preorder a game l, it's reckless and doesn't involve Due Diligence like people should be making with all purchases, Of course Sony doesn't wanna give back millions of dollars for what is still a playable game

All in all pretty lame, nothing major announced and TLOU 2 didn't deserve GOTY, it's a pretty boring overly long game, not terrible but not GOTY

Reviews are incredibly bias is why, people need to stop pretending reviewers are any good at what they do, anyone can be a reviewer, it's just personal bias and opinions at play, not to.mention more then a little of just going with the crowd

Just finished TLOU2 and pretty overrated, more then anything it's an absolute slog, should've been 5-10 hours less if you ask me, and I love long games normally

Ya they went down hill for sure, Life is strange was really good but it was a once in a lifetime thing, they can't seem to come up with something new, and imitating LIS would just seem cheap

Leave the multiplayer for the multiplatform developers, exclusives should be single player almost all the way...I do want a new Killzone though, problem is first party can't compete with the popularity and word of mouth of games that are on every system

@Sissyrobyn996 nothing worse then a dope pretending he's smart, and actually truly believing it, Gamepass is a great deal and easy to get cheap, it's the cost of 3 games a year and has a massive library allowing for tons of savings, if you only at 1 or 2 mainstream games a year then ya it's not good but how pretentious do you have to be to not comprehend that people have different desires and some people will easily play many games in a year more then justifying the price especially when it will has new releases like this and every Xbox first party game including all of Bethesda past present and future

I thought BoTW was completely overrated with bland story, Terrible enemy variety, pointless transversal and exploration, but this game seems to fix or at least improve upon all of those so excited to give it a try

That's just sickening, one games offering subscription for dlc at the same price of netflix, gamepass and other real subscription services, just gross

Exploitive practices like this that are obviously targeted at children need to be banned ASAP, the entire money for cosmetics should be banned because it's not simply a "well if you got the money to spend" type of thing, obviously always meant to target the children

@Th3solution doesn't really effect Sony, these will eventually reach consumers hands, not to mention there's probably only 10,000 of less in scalpers hands worldwide, thats paltry in comparison to the 10 million shipped and 100 million lifetime

@Matroska the average person also doesn't use the PlayStation to make a living like scalpers do so it's not the same, no one needs to play on a shiny new console, scalpers like everyone else needs money and they use ps5 to do it

@JJ2 those paying scalper prices are either rich or impatient, and they certainly don't need a ps5

@MichaelHawj true gamers don't use the term true gamers because they're not children that have completely random ideas of what someone who plays videoges is that lets them pay themselves on the back, you could just as easily say true gamers will do whatever they can to get a new system
