@Lovespuds the GoW’s soundtracks are amazing. Looking forward to playing the new one and hopefully it’s soundtrack will be just as memorable.

@Turismo4GT I didn’t even think about the PS2 on PS4 program. Yeah, you’re probably right about it being a business decision. Possibly Sony check with the ip holder, and in this case Capcom said ‘no thanks, we’re going to release them ourselves’.

@Turismo4GT yes, these are the original 3 that released on PS2. I have read that this current gen release will be 60fps.

GR: W is not my sort of game, and thus I’ve never played it, but this is an awesome sounding event to get into. Hope those that play it enjoy the hunt!

@BladeRider base game is DualShock 4 only, so I’d imagine this is too. Awesome game imo, by the way, if you like horror 👻

@johnny30 yeah, I know what you mean. I enjoyed Second Son, it had great gameplay and the graphics were amazing......but for me it wasn’t a patch on the the excellent story from from 1 and 2. And I think Cole is a better protagonist than Delsin, and I’d be stoked if Cole came back for another game.

Sony could have more money from me (and I would think a lot of folks think similarly to this) if they drastically reduced the price of the PlayStation Now subscription, at least by half.
It’s a similar scenario to how incredibly overpriced the Vita’s memory cards are, and how that possibly hindered the Vita’s sales 🤔

Seriously though, describing VR to someone who hasn’t tried it doesn’t work because, as you know, it’s such a subjective experience, so I think this is great move on Sony’s part.

@Fight_Teza_Fight “Who buys VR titles physically?” - Me, if the option is there, so that I can part-exchange them at a later date. Skyrim VR is on my to buy list. And hell yes to Fallout 4 for PSVR!

I live in the UK, but that’s an awesome saving for you folks in the USA. Any idea if you can buy multiples to stack the sub up or are you limited to one purchase?

Very tempted by Skyrim VR, because VR....but it’s such a time consuming black hole and I’ve a monumental backlog of games already...and all the micromanagement used to bug me. Decisions, decisions 🙃

I really enjoyed the God Of War games and I’m absolutely sure I’ll love this new one too as a day one purchase....but from this snippet, the boy’s modern sounding words with an American accent seem really out of place in a story set in an ancient Nordic culture 🤔

What I’d really like Konami to announce is that they’re investing significant resources in a brand new Silent Hill game (not pachinko!)

I love the survival horror genre, but I have such a monumental backlog of games to play (and hardly any time to allocate to them) that I’ve purposely not bought TEW2.......though that’ll probably change before the week’s out.

Great that there’s a plethora of support, but l’m personally missing ‘The Persistence’ off that list. Like you indicated in the last paragraph, Sammy, maybe it’ll get announced towards the end of the year.

Looking forward to getting these 2. I was holding off finishing Fallout 4, hoping for a PSVR release...heyho. Still, going by Skyrim VR being a separate release rather than an update to the existing version, I'd probably have to buy a Fallout 4 VR version anyway.

Already preordered, and I think the combat looks awesome. The attacks looked hefty, the sound effects gave a good sense of impact, and the enemies seemed to react appropriately. Definitely one to play with headphones, me thinks 😎
