I didn't finish this but enjoyed it. I vividly remember a side quest getting a blind man his missing eye only for him to see who you were are and condemn you
I'm concerned about this as been hearing about it for so long id have expected it be announced soon for 2025 but doesn't seem like it will be any time before 2027 at this rate.
Hopefully Judas will live up to expectations and satisfy the bioshock itch
@BecauseBecause yeah I check my wishlist. See one or 2 on sale but not big enough discount but then want to see if the rest is up in case something went under my radar is on sale but takes way too long to show all items. may have to wishlist everything I have even passing interest in lol
Looking at that list there are about 14 maybe 15 games I'd be interested in and a few I'd have to Google as not heard of.
The ones I really want are Astro bot, Star Wars outlaws, silent hill 2, the plucky squire, life is strange, epic Mikey are ones that really interest me. I won't believe wolf among us2 until it's actually out
Ones £3.50 new. Ones always on sale and already on extra. The other is a sports title that is niche outside of America and Canada and would have been bought already by anyone who wanted it
@Pusher2021 I had to turn it off due to not wanting to see too much of it. Want it to be as new and surprising as possible when I play it in early September
@SteveJaye he doesn't live in the countries where the age of consent is under 18. He lives in a country where it is 18 so his actions cannot be defended.
It's like defending a bigamist in the UK by saying if he lived in a country that allowed multiple wives it wouldn't be an issue.
@BecauseBecause I agree with the most points you make. But you imply remasters are done for games that are proven sellers as it's less risk but in case of this it's not true
I bought this as soon as I saw it £18 is a decent price.
They don't make them like this anymore. It's just what I've been wanting for ages.
I'll finally finish it this time, didn't on GameCube and barely played it on PS3 but now in a bit of a lull period for me it's come out at the right time
Also 'git gud' maybe the worst and most obnoxiously annoying things I've ever heard/read. I just think 'sad (literal) mother fu**er when someone cretin utters it about someone finding a hard game difficult
I don't get difficulty as a gameplay feature. Difficulty used to be something used to artificially increase the length of a game now it's a selling point.
If a game doesn't have difficulty options it's not for me.
Not interested in the grind. I don't see it as a badge of honour. My free time is already limited as it is without repeating the same stuff over n over
@Mirror_D_80s it may depend on licensing as Leslie Phillips did voice for the 2nd in UK and he's sadly passed away. Could cause issues if his estate refuses
Never played Gex 1 but played Gex 2 on PS1 and N64 and 3 on PS1. They were mid tier 3D platformers. Above Bubsy, croc, Tonic trouble, Jersey devil but way below mario, Banjo, Rayman 2 and spyro.
Nostalgia will play a big part in me resisting these
Before I got an N64 I was desperate for a 3d platformer on the PS1 after having tested Mario 64 at a game shop.
I was fooled into thinking Bubsy 3D may be worth it....how wrong I was. It had no redeeming features at all. It's painful to look at, listen to and play and I bet it fu*king stinks too to assault all the senses

Re: FC 25 Reveal Is This Week, Jude Bellingham's on the Cover
@ThatSneakman better team won mate. 7 wins out of 7. They played better without Rodri too. Hats off to them
Re: FC 25 Reveal Is This Week, Jude Bellingham's on the Cover
Jude Bellingham? Wonder if the game will go for realism and have him spend most the game on the ground and the rest moaning?
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 537
@KingPev I loved the first Hell Blade. Hoping it's one of Microsofts exclusives that makes it's way to PS5 at some point
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 537
Just finished the excellent Still Wakes the Deep. Now not 100% sure what to play
Re: Forgotten PS2 Launch RPG Summoner Resurrected for PS5, PS4
@sanderson72 dark alliance was superb. The water effects were amazing when it came out. I have it on PS5. May have to give it another go
Re: Forgotten PS2 Launch RPG Summoner Resurrected for PS5, PS4
@rusty82 unless you just meant you bought dark alliance on its release day?
Re: Forgotten PS2 Launch RPG Summoner Resurrected for PS5, PS4
@sanderson72 dark alliance was definitely not a PS2 launch title

@Kienda no but think it's me you and those people under that rock over there
Re: PS Stars Is Back Online in Europe, Asia, Australia So Far
Seem to have got all my point's. 3 points away from getting a £5 voucher again

Re: Random: You've Been Pronouncing Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree's 'Scadutree' Wrong
I haven't cause I've never heard it or spoken that word. Never assume! 😂
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 536
@Bunchesopuppies may have to check that out. Cheers
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 536
@Bunchesopuppies how's stray blade? Not into dark souls etc. is it more accessible? More forgiving?
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 536
Won't get much gaming time but when I do it'll be a mix of Still wakes the deep and penny's big breakaway
Re: Poll: Are You Playing Zenless Zone Zero?
Never heard of it to be fair. From what I've now seen and read it's 100% not for me
Re: Talking Point: What's Your PS5 Game of the Year for 2024 So Far?
Stellar blade for me. Loved it.
TLOU 2 is so good that even as 4 year old game it was close.
From the small amount of play time I've had still wakes the deep is really good and would be in consideration.
Also had a blast on Dave the diver and hi-fi rush

@nomither6 I'll Google it. Never heard of it
Re: Collectible PlayStation Figurines Out This August, Featuring Aloy, Kratos, and Jin
My 6 year old is desperate for an astro bot figure
Re: Almost 2,000 Awesome PS5, PS4 Games Discounted on PS Store
It takes forever to show the new sale on the mobile app or my PS5. Does it only show as live at a certain point? Happens every time
Re: Feature: Push Square Readers' 20 Most Anticipated PS5 Games for the Second Half of 2024
Glad it's getting so much love. Now all buy it and fingers crossed we'll get more more more
Re: Talking Point: What's Your Most Anticipated PS5 Game for the Second Half of 2024?
@LazyLombax I can't see Wolf among us in 2024 unless it's fine episodic and episode one comes out in mid to late December

Re: DON'T NOD Delays the Promising Lost Records on PS5 to Avoid New Life Is Strange
I knew nothing about this but after seeing a teaser trailer I'll be keeping it on my radar.
Feel moving it away from the new life is strange is the right thing to do though
Re: Poll: Are You Happy with Your PS Plus Essential Games for July 2024?
Ones £3.50 new. Ones always on sale and already on extra. The other is a sports title that is niche outside of America and Canada and would have been bought already by anyone who wanted it
Re: Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition (PS5) - Cult Classic's Remaster Nearly Picture Perfect
@sketchturner from what I've heard it's 60fps on consoles all except switch which is 30fps
Re: Astro Bot's PS5 File Size Is About Six Times Bigger Than Astro's Playroom

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 535
Beyond good and evil and Jedi Survivor.
Beyond good and evil feels dated in parts but enjoying it for the most part
Re: Talking Point: What's Your Most Anticipated PS5 Game for the Second Half of 2024?
No Gex trilogy?
Glad to see how much love there is for Astro Bot
Re: Dr Disrespect Admits Messages to Minor 'Leaned Too Much in the Direction' of Impropriety
@Andee in same way as Dr Fox and there was allegations about him too lol

@DarianStarfrog are we reading the same comment?
Re: Epic Mickey PS5, PS4 Remaster Gets a 24th September Release Date
I wanted to like the original but the motion controls and camera were stumbling blocks.
This will likely be a wait for a sale job for me with Astro bot and Star wars outlaws out within such close proximity
Re: Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition (PS5) - Cult Classic's Remaster Nearly Picture Perfect
@BecauseBecause beyond good and evil was a notorious financial flop so it's definitely not proven to sell well

Re: Astro Bot PS5 Took 60 Developers Around Three Years to Make
I genuinely can't wait for it. Loved Astros playroom. Always wanted to try rescue mission but never got VR as it never went cheap enough for me.
I think this will blow fans away
Re: UK Sales Charts: Still Wakes the Deep and Elden Ring Share a Top 10
@Rmg0731 it's a shame as I think it looks awesome. Really hope it comes to PS5

They've denied it but I think it'll happen before it transitions into an online only store selling codes at face value before going under full stop
Re: Poll: One Year Later, What Are Your Thoughts on Final Fantasy 16?
I loved it but got burned out. May have to try going back to it. It was my first and to this point only FF game
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 534
Re-playing Jedi survivor. Performance mode is so much better now. Just wish Beyond Good and Evil was available now instead of Tuesday

Re: TimeSplitters PS5, PS4 Rated for Release, PS2 Classic Likely Slated for PS Plus Premium
I'll hold on for timesplitters 2. 1st one didn't have a good campaign. Fun as hell in battle mode with mates though
Re: Embracer Group Reportedly Closes Alone in the Dark Developer Pieces Interactive
It was an ok game. It had lots of tech issues but it had a good atmosphere for the most part and that story kept me interested
