I played it for a bit on Tuesday. Aiming is awful. Just felt off to play.

It could be a big hit like hell divers 2 and I'd not be interested as it's an online multiplayer game.

No logic or reason to remove a Sony IP. It's they're own game so why remove it? It's not a good look

I don't want to see more of the games launching soon like outlaws, astro bot, pluky squire and epic Mikey.

I want to see something new or games we know are coming but not seen much of yet

@Axelay71 really underrated game that. Id love a 60fps remaster or full dead space style remake but can't see it happening.

I have a soft spot for lords of shadow as well for another god of war clone (not 2 they messed that up)

@Axelay71 I was gutted 1313 was cancelled and surprised no-one has pitched starting it all again. It was announced during tail end of PS3/360 generation but heavily implied it was being built for PS4/XB1 if I remember correctly. Looked amazing and the setting and theme just looked ideal. RIP 1313

Haven't played timesplitters 2 in over 20 years. Looking forward to giving that a blast. Especially that Goldeneye inspired first mission

@KilloWertz I got it Christmas 2022 I think. I loved it. Pure fun. Like a late PS2 or early PS3 throwback. May revisit it on plus

@Daleaf it's superb. The story and acting is top notch. Never gets old for me. I actually love part 2 as well but it's not as well paced, bit bloated.

Is this the new trend with games on PC and console? To do previews on superior PC builds? Same thing was done with Star wars outlaws and the new Warhammer space marine game

If WB execs have an ounce of intelligence they will look at recent success of Hogwarts legacy and past success in the Arkham games and see these games sell and they all lacked live service elements.

Suicide squad sold less and dropped off big time quickly so it's telling that gamers don't want big IP's turned into soulless live service grind fests.

Bet hogwarts legacy follow up is either live service or partially live service though

@Luigia I'm assuming you js have never played the master system versions of sonic 1 and 2? They arent poets they. Are completely different games. Sonic one on master system follows same levels as mega drive versions but each one has different lay outs and all play differently

Sonic 2 doesn't even follow same level structure as the mega drive. These were definitely not ports

Times have changed. In 2008 they're weren't many indie games in comparison to 2024. So a re-release of an old game is going to have to do something special to stand out.

Personally I never got into it. I don't like the art style and found it a tad dull

As someone not into them it's frustrating seeing so many.

You see a trailer for an interesting game then find it's a souls like, I miss good old fashioned action adventure games like Enslaved, Lords of shadow etc.

In the Xbox 360 Vs PS3 days you couldn't move for seeing ads for Xbox 360 games and the console. it seemed every multiplatform game ended with that iconic 360 logo and sound bite.

They dropped the ball with Xbox one and still advertised that heavily early on, then the tide turned to be all PS4 ads and them getting the logo on multiplatform ads and now you never see Xbox ads.

It's not a lack of money...they just gave up

@CutchuSlow the naming choices at Microsoft went tits up in 2013, how can you name the 3rd Xbox the Xbox one and not expect some confusion from the less informed consumer.

Then the similarity between Xbox one x and series X etc is definitely an issue that's caused real confusion. I consider myself in the know about the console market but once nearly went to buy a 2nd hand Xbox series S in Facebook before realising the seller had mislabeled his Xbox one s
