I bought Alone in the dark on PSN and bought Princess peach physically.
Suprised alone in the dark is in the top 10 to be fair. I liked it but after the reviews and the fact the series had been dormant since 2008 (can't count illumination) made me think it would bomb
Alone in the dark for me. Had some tech issues but I'm liking it. It's got a good atmosphere and story is interesting. It's not perfect and isn't scary but it's got me hooked so I'm not regretting the purchase. I'd probably recommend anyone who wasn't dying to play it to wait for it to be on a decent sale and have a few patches though
@GhostInAJar if only we could all steal characters from Rick and Morty and snipe at people to make themselves feel better. Actually think I've just described at least 50 of the internet saddos.
Photography raptor would have been a better choice by the way
@GhostInAJar it always amazes me when somebody comments on something they don't agree with just to say something that doesn't need saying. Guess we're both amazed then
I've had to restart my game. Was really enjoying it. Was about 2 hours in and sound dropped out and reload kept the issue. Tried to move to on hoping may kick back in but instead it had this awful sound blaring so decided to start again and hope for the best
It doesn't appeal to me, didn't get into the 1st one. If were to get it would be on sale and hopefully by then they would put a 30fps cap option like killzone shadowfall and infamous 2nd son had on PS4
Played 40 mins. Enjoying it but been ill and not sleeping so had to turn it off as it was burning my eyes (any game would to be fair as not slept since Sunday lol)
My premium subscription ends on Friday. Unless I get a good deal on it at some point or they add some brilliant games on it I won't be re-subscribing anytime soon.
It's been good in points and loads of games on it but nothing that makes me want to re-subcribe at the moment
I'd like a demo as got no rhythm and need to see if can actually play it properly 😂. It looks good though. The only 1 of the 4 that are locked into come to playstation that I'm actually interested in
I will wait till this is about £15 on sale then buy it. It looks really good but with the bugs and so many games to play I think £15 is the sweet spot for me
I played this on the Wii. It was let down by an awful camera. If they allow right stick camera control it may make it better.
I also found that the original didn't give you much incentive to collect the collectables bor do side missions but being linked to trophies may fix this
This is a genuine question for anyone who has played hi-fi rush. I have no rythym (could never do patapon). Would that be a big stumping block for hi-fi rush?
@matekomlosi cheers mate. I think I may check it out at some point. May have to wait until after Alone in the dark. Depends on how much an itch I get yo play it lol
@Fuzzymonkeyfunk I'm loving playing TLOU2 again. Slowly getting through it.
I've finished both ghost wire and Requiem. Requiem is the better game but I'd recommend playing ghost wire next just to vary the style. TLOU2 and Requiem are both dark journeys across a country stealthing past different factions.
Ghost wire would be a different take and I think it's an underrated experience. Just my recommendation if you were unsure which one to go to next
The last of us part 2. Forgot how brilliant it is.
Maybe also a bit of Prince of Persia but find it's very buggy. Loads of times it's just stopped me moving after accepting side quests and one time locked in a boss arena after beating them. Very frustrating
If I get a chance to play anything it will be The Last of Us Part 2 remastered. Only just started it really. Absolutely love it. It's been nearly 4 years since last played it. Holds up amazingly
I was big into fighting games in the 90s and loved Tekken especially Tekken 2. That blew me away. Loved unlocking all the new characters. May download that on PSN for nostalgic kicks (and punches)
@BookhouseBoy if in they're opinion it's the best they have played who are you to disagree. The people saying that may feel it is the best even if you don't.
I personally don't think it is but it's the best of its kind I've played in a while

@Nepp67 they often hide these things until later so I won't be holding my breath just in case
Re: Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra the Official Name of Amy Hennig's Marvel Game, Out in 2025
Got my attention. Just hope doesn't turn out to be live service bull crap or something

Ahhh well. Pre-ordered it on PSN so I'm locked in. Fingers crossed I enjoy it 😂
Re: Jak & Daxter: The Lost Frontier Unearths Another Retro Platinum Trophy for PS5, PS4
I tried this before but it feels like a slide show when panning the camera
Re: Poll: Are You Happy with Your PS Plus Extra, Premium Games for March 2024?
@Clogalis it's first party isn't it? If it is I'd guess it would as that seems to be how they are doing trophies on PS1 and PSP classics

@PcTV yeah the irony isn't lost on me. Lol
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 520
@LN78 I liked that game. The best of Sega's marvel efforts by far
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 520
Little Nightmares 2, maybe bit of Ion Fury while I wait for Alone in the dark. The kids will want to play mouse trap too
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 519
@Gremio108 my situation is similar. Waiting on Alone in the dark on 20th so Spiderman 2 new game plus is getting played in meantime
Re: Everyone's Talking About Eve's Outfits in PS5 Exclusive Stellar Blade
Not everyone cause I'm definitely not 😂
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 518
@mac_da_man damn near perfect is accurate. Think they are as close to perfect as any game has got in my own personal opinion
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 518
Not sure. I got bored of Banishers. I may try Avatar. Also got Brothers: A tale of two sons remake as loved the original
Re: Remedy Regains Control of Control IP from Publisher 505 Games
@trev666 the first game I played when I had an Xbox one briefly. It was the best of the games I got to play on it. Looked amazing too

I'm off to buy Banishers: ghost's of new Eden so hopefully get time on that

Re: PS Plus Extra, Premium Lose Another Seven Games Soon
@get2sammyb I found it very disappointing personally. Think it would have worked better as a tighter and linear style game with the powers you get.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 516
@Darude84 loved Ghost Wire. Maybe have to get it going again and finish some of the side missions
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 516

Still on my slow play through of the excellent TLOU2.
And bought The Cub for a change of pace. Loving it so far. Looks amazing
Re: Poll: Are You Playing Skull and Bones?
It's just not for me. It's going to bomb isn't it
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 515
@Sakai I'm curious about trying it but bit put off my prospect of all the walking lol
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 515
@playstation1995 I absolutely love Ratchet and clank 2016. Still looks absolutely stunning too
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 515
The Last of us part 2 and Sonic Superstars after enjoying the 1 hour playstation plus trial. May try some hidden gems on plus too
Re: Rumour: Even More Xbox Exclusives Coming to PS5 Than Already Reported
@Deityjester hate fanboys. I have no interest in starfield but if we got ps5 versions of halo infinite and Forza horizon 4 etc I'd be all in
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 514
@trymer89 it disappointed me a bit when I played it. Preferred fallen order. Still a great game though

Re: Poll: What Review Score Would You Give The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered?
I put 9/10 just as it's the same 10/10 out of 10 game again and loses a point just as it's something I've played before and as such loses that impact
Re: Suicide Squad's Live-Service Content Isn't Designed to Take Over Your Life
