I would like to give this a go if it's a decent remaster effort. Liked it in 2003 on GameCube but didn't finish it.

I've had a blast on Sly and I think it looks great. Plays superb as well. I'll try Tomb Raider Legend at some point too

I won't rule out Lego horizon as need to see more but I've long since got bored of the Lego game formula so would need to see if it deviates enough from it.

Astro bot is day one though (100% play through of play room was done again in Saturday. Pure joy that game)

Looking forward to playing this. Loved it on PS3 collection. Wasn't as keen on the others but loved the linear structure of the 1st one

Now they have started and as it seems sea of thieves sold well on playstation at least it would make sense to port older games over to give them a second wind.

I don't see any new Xbox games coming to ps5 day in date apart from Doom. It would make sense of a minimum 3 to 6month gap between series x release to ps5 for games such as Indiana Jones

@QualityGeezer it seems like it could come true to me. Can't move for ones that have launched in last 18 months and ones due soon

I see souls like/lite and it puts me off. Way too many. There are other game genres to make but this seems to be the one that's over saturated over last few years. Shows no signs of stopping either

Think Microsoft have realised that putting all first party games on gamepass isn't profitable or sustainable so the need to put them on rival consoles is best way of making the money back.

Probably too embarrassing to backtrack on day one releases on gamepass now too

I found the levels too big and barren in the original. Can't see this being fixed for it so may have to pass

Id love a new Bio-Shock to be announced and coming very soon. It's more likely to be announced sometime soon but be a late 2025 game.

Streets of Rage 4 is superb and SpongeBob is a decent little 3D platformer that is worth playing. I'm not a fan of the cartoon but the game was solid on PS4

I had this pre-ordered on PS4 before it's first delay. My pre-order was cancelled by simply games. Think they should just give up now

Finished Stellar Blade last week. Great game. Need a big meaty game like that to get absorbed in.

A few smaller scale/length games will do for now. Just started Planet of Lana this morning. 20 to 30 mins in and it's impressing me. Art style is beautiful.

Astro Bot by far. So happy it's only 3 months away. Day one purchase for me

All I wanted was Astro Bot and was expecting that in November so to get it 2 months earlier is brilliant news

@Decoy_Snake it would seem so. That's also not even taken into account that Sony doesn't have to put it's first party IP on plus day one like Xbox do for gamepass.

So Sony will make loads on plus and then sell more of their own games outright too. Can't imagine Xbox sells as many copies of starfield , hellblade etc now due to people getting them on gamepass

@Kienda the only games on premium that are streaming only are PS3 games. So basically the portal can't play PS3 games from plus but every other game on plus is playable on it because apart from PS3 games all other games can be downloaded

@OptimusPrime1 A very underrated and under apprereciated gem. It's very creative and loads of fun. Mixes things up and the level's that open up after finishing the game are a real challenge

Finished Stellar Blade mid week. For a game that wasn't on my radar until the demo hit it was amazing. It helped me through a very difficult few weeks.

Bought several games lately on back of demo's or trials including Dredge and outcast 2 and those are my games this weekend.

Please please please be accurate. Astro bots playroom is still in my top 5 ps5 games. If Nintendo made it, it would have got more praise and/or attention. It was a masterpiece. If the full fat version can be half as good as that semi skimmed version F**k me were in for a treat

I think they could test the waters when it comes to interest in Resistance by doing a ps5 remaster trilogy. If it sells well it will show a lot of people would be likely to buy a resistance 4.

It just won't be done by insomniac I don't think.

In mean time if we get more Ghost of Tsushima, ratchet, Spiderman, god of war, horizon etc I'll be happy. Only issue is games take so long to make now

I think the strategy as it is at the moment is good.

It gives it's a IP a 2nd chance to find more players after it's maybe tapped out it's potential to sell more on console.

I wouldn't mind them maybe adding the same game to plus when it comes to PC in future if the idea is it's sold enough on PS4 and 5

About time that the gem that is ratchet and clank got a copy cat. If they can get it even 75% close to the feel of the ratchet and clank we're in for a treat
