Wow 40 bucks, didn't think it would be this much.

Should have included a none option for the premium games, this selection is horrible.

Looks like cod will no longer be the number one selling game anymore, this pretty much kills the sales for Xbox and hurts the sales on PC for those willing to subscribe to gamepass . Very big gamble, curious to see how much it increases subscriber to game pass and if they announce a price increase as well.

Really think concord is going to track high as well.

@Flaming_Kaiser and your point is? Never said other companies don't do it nor did I say I like it with other franchises. I said too much horizon, it would be too much for any franchise to have this many products in the works.

@RBMango actually you might be right, I think that leak said it was open world and multiplayer which is common for Lego games

For anyone who hasn't played cat quest, I highly recommend them. Very poor month, don't think I'm renewing for premium.

Really enjoyed the fatalities of the first one, but hopefully they have an actual tournament this time. Maybe kill off the main character too.

I think the first party/second party line up in the first 3-4 years have been better than the PS4 first 3-4 years. We've gotten a new god of war, horizon, ratchet, 2 Spiderman, gran Turismo 7, and new IP like returnal and stellar blade. Not to mention the amazing helldivers 2.

@Zenos I'm hoping the rumored Sony handheld (portable version of 5 or 6 ) is true, don't want a dedicated handheld but one that can pay your current library would be nice.

@Zenos yeah it's time for the sequel to be announced, we should be hearing about the film as well.

Gotta love new innovative games.

Really hope we get the new astrobot game this year. The rumored showcase really needs to show what a lot of these studios are working on. Hope they learned from last year's showcase.

It's going to keep selling strong the rest of the year. I expect a sales bump when they announce the next enemy faction.

Surprised they haven't added a trial for gran Turismo 7 yet

Nintendo and PC makes sense, but don't think they can expects many sales from Xbox unless they get a check for game pass which might not happen anymore

@Bunchesopuppies yeah game was definitely disappointing, was hoping the game was more like the first level

I use the service as a supplement, I don't buy many new games so then plus games fill in gaps for the year.

We'll get the added plus games this Wednesday so hopefully it's a good selection.

Sounds like they're making a cod competitor. Probably started because the original 10 year deal with Microsoft, although now I don't think when the deal ends that cod won't be on PlayStation anymore since Microsoft is pretty much 3rd party now.

As long as Sony keeps making triple A single player games I could care less.

Pretty obvious, surprised gt7 hasn't been ported yet. Also not an insider, but I expect a PS5 native version of 2018 to line up with the series on Amazon.

@Grumblevolcano very true, I do think they might hold a separate pro reveal in the fall which might be a perfect time to show it. Really think Sony is going to push the pro as the best place to play gta6

I would say maybe a trailer at the rumored PlayStation showcase, but GTA 6 is way too big and would overshadow everything else.

Hopefully they get the hunt and not just focus on live service titles and understand strong single player games sell.

Let's be honest, he's wrong the sole purpose of a corporation is to be profitable. They have to answer to their shareholders. Sucks to see people lose their jobs though.

First party definitely needs to start showing what they're working on if a showcase does happen this month we need to see a lot of stuff

Kept telling Xbox fans that acquiring these big publishers are not sustainable especially when they're all in on game pass. Won't be surprised if we hear layoffs from Activision next. Guess they really have game up on Japan with them closing their only Japan studio. Also hifi rush was one of their most critically acclaimed title in years

@RudeAnimat0r I think every live service will require a PSN moving forward, really no different than what other companies require.

@3Above yeah, but there was a lot of whining, so I think they just got tired do hearing it. Curious to see if their other liver service titles will or won't require a PSN
