Re: TV Show Review: Cyberpunk: Edgerunners (Netflix) - Hyperviolent Anime Is a Perfect 2077 Companion

I think it starts really strong with a nice story and characters but it totally ***** the bed on the last 2 episodes by going waaaaay over the top, but that's Studio Trigger for you, they're basically the studio that churns shows that look like the parodies you see about anime.
Should've gone with studios that are more used to mature stories like Production I.G. or Madhouse.

Re: Talking Point: Is a PlayStation Showcase Really Happening This Year?

Don't know why people still think there will be a showcase.
If you look at the 1st party studios you can take guesses at where they are with their projects based on industry knowledge alone and most of them have nothing to show unless you would like just CG trailers galore.
As for 3rd party, those games have been shown on other game shows already,

Re: You'll Need to Play a Lot of Overwatch 2 to Unlock New Hero Kiriko

So by doing the challenges alone you need 61 days to reach level 55, which is the duration of the battlepass (2 months).
So basically if you miss a day, you get the hero locked, I wonder how do you unlock it afterwards, do the old BPs stay available like avengers, or do they rotate out and you need to fork over 20€ or something to unlock the heroes.

Re: More Resident Evil Updates Coming in October Showcase

Athrum

Why do devs keep doing this. Just show it at TGS.
Now people will tune in and they'll show the same things for a 3rd time (the other news were done earlier this year already) with a new RE4 trailer that shows 2 new minutes of footage. It's tiresome, to be honest.

Re: Square Enix Sends Babylon's Fall to the Grave in February 2023

Well, it's not like they had lack of feedback. But everyone and their mother is going after that Destiny-like cash cow, when they don't even realize that people hate how Destiny is monetized to hell and back, the only reason it doesn't sink now is that people are way too invested/addicted already.

Re: Bungie No Longer Removing Destiny 2 Expansions People Paid For

@Flaming_Kaiser Easy there sailor, I'm posting in a Playstation centric site, who said I was hating?
This is most likely the side-effect of being aquired by Sony. Bungie now has monetary security to have bigger and better servers, this will help them with keep larger game worlds/maps etc. It could've also helped with the change to the engine (which I don't believe it was the reason or else we would've gotten smaller game files on the game already).
