Once upon a time, both Microsoft and Sony had half a dozen solid studios that made good exclusive content. Life was balanced, and life was good.

The 3rd party developers were aplenty, and developed games for ALL platforms. All was fair, and games were abundant.

But then one day, some of Microsoft's studios started making some pretty ***** content, and some even lost control. Some couldn't even focus enough to release their games anymore.

With a blind eye, Microsoft continued making consoles with the same old controller, and developed games in the same old franchises, but couldn't figure out why their console (the Xbox One) wasn't selling.

But then came Phil, with his one idea that has been rightfully frowned upon since 1862.... "Let's just buy people!" said Phil.

So, Microsoft started buying a bunch of good 3rd party developers to keep for themselves, to prevent Sony and Nintendo from sharing the goods.....But it apparently wasn't enough to the power-hungry Phil....

"Let's buy MORE people!" he exclaimed......And that brings our tale to the present, where some people can see what's really going on, while others rebuttal with "But....but....Sony has a few timed exclusives!!".

Keep up the good work guys...This is looking slick...Just one thing, "font for the damage numbers and the 'sigil slaughter" really needs to be changed.
It looks way too comic book-esque and really clashes with the aesthetic of the game...But yeah apart from that, everything else looks Awesome..

Its typical turn base rpg with a twist of action , that's the new trend now days just like Xenoblade series , tales of arise , so on.. Encourage frequent character switches during combat and less button mashing ..?

@Vix They gave up their emulator obsession, which caused significant development problems for a lot of games, so they're not going to have ridiculous delays anymore. The game is most likely to release in three to four years.

Looks solid, though the combat seems to lack some depth beyond shooting stuff from your wand one enemy at a time, not to mention looking animation locked. I know it's just the nature of magic in the Hogwarts world but it does seem rather uninspired. Everything else looks ambitious.

For a minute there I got Condemned: Criminal Origins vibe, but in Third Person...I wouldn't mind another condemned game..

Hope it's a long, but meaningful game, with great puzzles etc etc...Fingers crossed, eh..
