@ThorsHammer I.played Metroid Prime on the Game cube back in 2003. Was and still is one of the greatest games ever made. Enjoy

Like most, I've been playing Hogwarts Legacy since Tuesday and it's very good. Fantastic attention to detail but I'm just hoping more gameplay elements are introduced..I'm sometimes thinking "Can I have a go?"...
Also will start the utterly brilliant Metroid Prime Remastered on Switch. One of the best games ever made. Ever. It's my dream come true that Nintendo released this yesterday. Any Switch owners on here, I urge you to buy it and play it if you haven't already done so. Gaming as an art form

Finished Gotham Knights on PS5 and enjoyed it immensely..a lot of open world filler but the campaign is great with some superb boss fights. Not as bad as the non played haters would have you believe.
Now playing The Callisto Protocol and gotta say it's a disappointment so far. Stunning to look at but weak gameplay - rubbish combat, too much squeezing through cracks in walls, wwwaaayyy too linear and fighting the same goons all the time. Not great
Also will be playing Football Manager 2023 on GamePass...currently have Grimsby Town top of League 2 woohoo !

Finishing the fun but flawed Gotham Knights on PS5 enjoyed this a lot but very repetitive and overlong boss fights
Bought myself an Xbox Series X ( sorry guys 🤣 ) so will be blitzing Halo Infinite again and Forza Horizon 5 and playing around with GamePass ...

Marvels Midnight Suns one of the best games of '22, utterly superb- if you're on the fence about this, you should treat yourself - the combat is fantastic and the relationship building really shines
Gotham Knights ...really enjoying this game no its not as good as the Arkham games but it's great fun and has a lot of great lore tied into it. Plus it's a looker !
WRC Generations sublime rallying as usual but man, its hhaaarrrdddd

Blitzing through Christmas games and loving two super hero themed games - Gotham Knights which I'm loving. Bit rough around the edges but a blast to play and Marvel Midnight Suns which is fantastic! A real surprise with its crunchy combat its one of my games of the year.
Also making progress on GOW Ragnarok which is utterly brilliant. Just brilliant

My Mrs has bought me FIFA 23 MODERN WARFARE 2 and God Of War Ragnarok and I've also sneakily bought myself Marvel Midnight Sons and Crisis Core and Gotham Knights so will dabble with a few of them! Or add them to my backlog more likely

MGS 4 Guns Of The Patriots on PS3 - its dated and clunky but brilliant. How have I taken so long to play this ??
Overwatch 2 I'm going to finally make a start into this and aim to be an online master!
A 4th and final run on Cyberpunk 2077 and try and get the plat but think I will have to admit defeat on that one

@Titntin ..🙂 sorry I didn't mean to come across as a bit of a tool - it's just that I've read a lot of the reviews today as I'm quite keen on buying it. The reviews say the same - it's a great surprise, combat is great, the card system works brilliantly as does the relationship building. Polygon and Gamesradar even say its it's a Game Of The Year contender. So I'm as shocked as you are ! Lol.. let's hope it performs well on console !

Still on MGS 4 Guns of The Patriots on PS3 and loving it. Its defiantly old school in its gameplay and frustrating and clunky and its brilliant. Been in my backlog for years!
Also playing Skyrim on my SteamDeck and it's a great experience playing it on Ultra settings on a handheld

Relic are the RTS masters so CoH 3 should be great

CoH 1 and 2 are among the best RTS's ever made so have got high hopes for this. Its great that games like these and Crusader Kings 3 are on PS5. Relic make brilliant RTS games - Dawn Of War series, Homeworld etc

@KaijuKaiser ....then you're totally missing out. The game is not crappy or broken and visually now on PS5 its a stunner. It's one of the best open world RPGs out there. Surely you must know we live in an age where games are continuously updated and patched ? Heck, the original PC version of Diablo 2 STILL gets patches to this day !
Why not wait for the PS7 version ? Or PS8 ? Or avoid playing any games altogether until they've been out for 10 years ?

So I'm NOT playing GOW as my Mrs. has bought me it for Christmas ( and MW2 and I wanna play them all NOW dammit !!) so I've finally gotten around to starting MGS4 Guns Of The Patriots which has been in my backlog since release ( I know right ?)
I'm aiming for the plat so will take 8 playthroughs but I'm determined !
Also replaying Deathloop which I adore and Halo Infinite which is up there with the best

Played half it, then uninstalled it. The game is crap. Walk around, kill spirits, collect stuff- once you've done that for 20 minutes you've pretty much seen the entire game

@Snake_V5 they'll want all those PS5 sales, regardless of GamePass.
Vanguard was the biggest selling game on PlayStation last year, Modern Warfare II will likely sell more. Microsoft won't want to lose those numbers
