How about not installing the disc version of the PS4 game when you already got the PS5 upgrade for free and downloaded and you just need the PS4 disc to start ?? Is that fixed also ? Can't download the update, the ship's firewall blocks Sony.playstation

FIFA would be interestinf if they would update it for PSVR, like a VAR mode to SEE all the action and a stadium view, so you would have the chance to visit all your favorite teams (dreaming of Old Trafford) 😇

@tinCAT-zero if it was leaking, heat disipation would be reduced and you would hear the fan running up for no reason. If a proper application of liquid metal is made and the heatsink is tight, there will be no any dripping. It's not water. In time also it will start to react with copper.

PC users have been using Liquid Metal on builds for a while now. No drip trays installed. Last I checked CPUs are installed vertically on the MB 🙄🙄🙄. As long as the heatsink is tight on the CPU, the liquid metal will not move.

I have my Launch PS5 with me on a ship. Currently is in vertical position cause it's much more stable, low center of gravity. Vessel is always rolling, pitching, no issues. Even one time, it was flying through the cabin because of bad weather. No issues. PS5 is built to last.

@themightyant slimmer chance, but hoping to see a comeback of Star Killer (Sam Whittaker) if Jedi survivor will have Cal Kestis join the rebel alliance. Star Killer is already part of the Star Wars canon.

@themightyant the games is happening 15 years after the clone wars. So can be an older version of him. Doesn’t have to look same like the series. Can’t watch the trailer on board, just saw the screenshot, but there are similarities.

@Jaz007 AC2 was a sandbox. I would like it to go back to that. The games got to big, nothing to do between. Travel travel and travel.

Here’s hoping that AC goes back to its basics and scrap the hole Open World thing. The sandbox exp of the first games was still better.

@Michael2008ish Glen didn’t leave. Visceral Studio was closed by EA after the fiasco with Dante’s Inferno & Dead Space 3. I actually enjoyed DS3, not as good as DS2 but still good. Only BS was with the payed unlocks for better weapons.

@themightyant it's unreal engine 4 it's nothing special . They didn't use Respawn engine for this game. Hopefully next game will be based on UE5 and see some improvements.

Common Santa Monica make a sequel to "The Order 1886" I know it was developed by Ready at Dawn but I know Santa Monica Studio was involved also.

Currently on board, with the ship in Nigeria. Here's hopping a new crew member can bring me a copy on 15th on Nov, if not I'll buy a copy in Singapore end of December. Can't wait. Started playing first GoW again in the meantime

O M G !!! You imagine since the game went gold to this moment the people from Santa Monica were doing only BugFix-ing. Highest praises for showing such commitment for their game and for their fans. Take note ... Pretty much everybody else, 🤐🤐🤐 cough Ubisoft, EA.

Ubisoft have really lost their way with all these BIG Open world games. Luckily AC is still selling good and bringing the company profit. Such a desapoinment from what Ubisoft once was ( Splinter Cell, Rayman , Prince of Persia, Driver, Beyond Good & Evil ) My last AC was Origins, and not in a hurry to play a new one. Even Far Cry I would rather play something like the first title then what are they releasing now.

This is a game that demands respect. Was such an amazing experience during my teen years. If Ubisoft was serious for this project from the begging they wouldn't have given this project to a new studio. Still have high hopes for this game, would benefit much more if this game would be a PS5 exclusive. Here's hoping for some particle effects like Infamous Second Son, Ray tracing 🥰🥰 ... Goose bumps.

@Flaming_Kaiser you can’t compare Pc development with consoles. Most PC games don’t take advantage of SSD, that is part of new DirectX 12 API, and you don’t see too many of those, most people still rocking DirectX 11 cards. PS5 SDK is similar with PS4 but to take full advantage of all PS5 features, you can’t make a game cross-gen. Example Ratchet Rift Apart, where new worlds are streamed in instantaneously due to the decompression unit inside PS5. It’s not always about graphics ☺️

@jordan1992 Dude !! If it was made for PS5 from the ground up, PS4 couldn't play it. That means that the game would take full advantage of the PS5 SSD , compression engine. Was no need for corridors and other level design magic to cover transitions. Don't need to remaster a game to put a PS5 badge on it. It is what it is. You have better frame rates better resolution scaleing on PS5, better audio maybe. Ideea is, nobody cares, it's still better looking then most PS5 games out there.

Really hyped for this one. But I'm waiting for HL Alyx, I think that is the system seller that everyone is waiting for. I have PSVR1 with AIM controller at home, awesome peripheral that was underutilized. Just gonna sell that first and put the money away for PSVR2

People are still complaining about the price in Europe compared to US but they don't get one thing. US prices have NO SALES TAX included, cause it differs from state to state, but if you add a tax of 9% you end up at the same price , as of now even higher due to the parity between USD and EUR. As most said it the price is right, having everything included, you don't need to pay extra for controllers or camera.

I don't see this game working if it's not a VR game. It's Iron Man so he should fly, so the game has to be a sandbox. Hmm kinda reminds you of anything else ?? Spider-Man maybe ?? For this game to be successful should do something different, should leverage the power of PSVR2. Motive already has experience with VR, SW Squadrons had a really good adaption in VR. Imagine your headset buzzing when you're flying through the air, or the VR controllers when you use your repulsers to fight enemies. That's a game I want to play. Thoughts ??

If Sony wants for PSVR2 to be successful they need to have more fully fledged games, as always HL Alyx comes to mind, that should be the standard for all VR games. Most VR games are "experiences" and I think Sony with PSVR OG tried to copy the concept of the Wii. Most Wii games where in fact "experiences" but the only difference was that you could enjoy those games with other people, that made those experiences in something fun. PSVR has to be about immersion. Imagine playing something like Cyberpunk style game, being a netrunner and jacking in all kind of stuff in VR that would be awesome.

@riceNpea well you have to take in account that consoles are still hardware with limited resources. Even with RTX capable consoles now CPU is still utilized for calculations. So it's up to the developers how they will manage the hardware resources at their disposal. And x86 unlike ARM SOC still don't have AI acceleration built in to them. Sony could have made a costume unit same as they did for streaming compressed data and sound but this would have made the console much more expensive. Here's hoping for PS6

Don't get me wrong, I'm very excited for this game, and I know that dead space was Glen Scofield's baby. But this look like a Gameloft clone you know ? From every screenshot I see, from the UI, the mechanics. I hope for all the best for this game to be good and not to be compared in every Review with Dead Space, if it wants to be successful should be on it's own.

Can’t wait for more details on this one. I enjoyed fallen order a lot. Didn't have so many issues with the maps like others in the comments section, but the game was such a breath of fresh air for SW games for such a long time. So bad that Bobba Fett & force unleashed 3 got cancelled after Disney bought LucasArts. Here's hoping for a Star Killer cameo in the sequel.

@REALAIS that’s only retail. Digital games have no tax. I have a US account for good sales like this. Just buy online some PS cash for the US store front. But for that you will pay tax … so ups and downs ⚖️⚖️ Still cheaper than UK or Europe. In the Romanian store the prices are even higher. Normally all prices in europe are already with tax. But i don’t know what is the conversion rate that Sony is using but games are still to expensive. If 1€ = 5RON games should be 350RON but actually the price is 380.

Very good game. Finished it on PS4 Pro, don’t know how, cause the aiming and the 30fps cap was dreadful. But the story and gameplay was really good. Got that bioshock vibe when I played it. Was hoping for a PS5 patch for this one to give it another go !

AC origins was the last Ubisoft game I played and lost interest in them after that. Their push in live service and open world is so not the Ubisoft I fell in love as a child. I miss the games that made them great: splinter cell, prince of persia, beyond good & evil, Rayman. Such a disappointment when all you care about is money and pump out as many games as possible.

@JJ2 the issue with TSMC are the phone manufacturers, they are the biggest clients (Apple, Qualcomm) they have the highest priority because they have the highest orders, what falls between the cracks, it’s up for grabs between AMD, Nvidia or even intel. Car manufacturers problem is that they don’t care about the latest and greatest lithography (5nm+ or what’s latest), and TSMC is prioritising their fabs for that.

@JJ2 intel already has it’s own production, they just can’t get passed the 14++++ fab. They outsource only a small percentage of their chips to TSMC (server and mobile chips). But intel’s market was always OEM (HP DeLL) all of which saw a increase of sails during the pandemic, hence intel’s shortage of chips. On the other side of things AMD fabs went to be independent “Global Foundry” and manufacturing moved to TSMC.

@nicugoalkeper Romania had already one of the fastest internet speeds in the world that's not a issue. The problem was there was no Sony PS Now servers around.

Feels like I'm in highschool again and Force unleashed was announced for x360. That game was the sole reason for buying a x360. After replaying GoW on PS5, GoW2 is the only reason I'm excited that I managed to buy a PS5.

I don't know about you guys but I'm hoping for a NFS Shift game. Give Sony and Microsoft a run for their money.

Better buy a raspberry pi board and get your psp/ps1 fix. Or just turn your old PC in a emulation station with batocera or recalbox. Still a better offer than what sony is asking.

Apple has Rosetta2, Steam has proton, PC has PS1 to PS3 emulators running and Sony still streaming PS3 games. The price seems a little steep just for select library of games. When they could have just made a proper emulator and ask people for paying for that.
