I had zero expectations for the state of play but I am actually in shock as to how bad it was. I honestly thought we would at least get one of the anticipated 3rd party releases such as ff16, hogwarts legacy etc. I knew it would be bad, but not this bad lol. Oh and I guess among us type games are gonna be the new battle Royale sigh

I still think there is gonna come a day when I give up on gaming due to all the live service, loot box, crappy patent, advertising nonsense. Honestly, I look at most games and just say "pass

Whatever, at the end of the day its just a video game I don't really care. Release the same day as PC? Who cares, I don't have the time to complain about meaningless arguments.

Honestly, for me the main thing that will have me buying it is the soundtracks and music rights.

I like the must buy, buy if you are a fan of the genre, wait for sale, and avoid categories for scoring games.

They took away classes, team quick chat communications, and the decent pinging system. All the things that made BF what it is. I love the series and was excited for this launch, but I am definitely going to wait a few months and see if things get better. No way they delay this, not before the holiday season. Execs want their cash from parents and such.

@davesmith01 Greedfall is different to godfall. Be careful you don't get them confused.

@TheArt i always say the same thing. Not only that but they always put the digital deluxe version or something on sale to justify an extra $10 bump in price even though it's on sale. I just want the standard version to go on sale, but they are smart. Also, these sales are not great and a lot of these games have been cheaper before. I honestly just wait until they are dirt cheap in retail stores now. Hope physical never goes away.

I would add that Returnal probably has the best use of the dualsense after Astros Playroom. I am playing ratchet and clank, and feel a little let down with the haptics after playing returnal.

I think it would have been a lot better if we hadn't seen so much of Deathloop already. I feel like I've played a couple of hours of the game already lol

I can't help that Sony are giving us a free to play game for PS Plus lol. I will try it out but I'm not expecting much.

Watch the skillup review on this before buying! It is a buggy buggy buggy mess with some of the worst AI in years.

Game really shines at 60fps. It also somehow feels slightly better and quicker besides the fps increase. Less sluggish. I can't explain it.

E3 was a waste of time. I personally only watched recaps of each day which probably took me like 5 -10min to get through, if that.

Looks interesting. I will probably wait for a sale, because even though I enjoy the series, $60 is a little steep for a Life is Strange game.

This gen is the first time I am considering getting an Xbox. Not anytime soon as their exclusives are still a ways off, but perhaps xmas 2022 or early 2023.

It was an okay game. Lol at all the peeps who are salty for not being able to get a ps5 yet. Don't worry, you will get one eventually.

@KippDynamite Yeah I am a little concerned too about them not doing a game before. The graphics and story look awesome but I hope they were able to sort out gameplay.

@Gatatog hang in there man. It took me around 2 weeks to complete that biome. Grind the previous biome before you go in, trust me.

@Solidocelot have you played Returnal? There is no way it could of been done on the ps4. The instant travel and particle effects as well as the smooth fps with all the action, not possible.

All you folks on ps4 saying that the games won't be held back are hilarious. Play a true next gen game and you will realize why us ps5 owners are disappointed. There was so much they could do with GoW being a ps5 exclusive. Also, all this talk about the machines not coming out quick enough. That doesn't make sense when ps5s are outselling ps4

I am kind of burned out on Far Cry games especially after the lackluster 5. This needs to be amazing for me to purchase this.

It looks awesome but I really hope they worked on the dialog and story. The first game really lacked in that department and is the one thing holding it back from being a top notch ip

Let's hope they used the extra time to actually add some unique new content, better the story and innovate a little bit. Far Cry 4 and 5 were basically just prettier versions of 3 with lesser villains.

I was a bit skeptical about this game before release but it is highly addictive with that "just one more run" feel. My one mate was over the other day and he couldn't put it down and he is not into rogue lites. Totally worth full price (what constitutes full price us another story lol)

Trying to get somewhere in returnal lol. Almost got this first boss, he was so low but all I had was a pistol so couldn't kill him quick enough. I think I have him next time

This is truly the first next gen game for me. Demon souls was awesome but it was a remake and I still some suspicions of Returnal, but this looks absolutely glorious

I doubt it will happen but if square Enix is bought by MS that would ultimately be the nail in the coffin for me and I would switch consoles.

I don't care what the studios do as long as it isn't a 3rd person adventure game. I'm starting to get a little burned out on those.

Yeah its kind of weird that days gone is not getting a sequel since it built up a bit of a following over the years. I mean uncharted 1 was not that great of a game but uncharted 2 was pretty awesome.
