Until Dawn is great. Usually I prefer more interactivity but their approach goes well with the whole B-movie thing. Can't say I remember the plot that well but I do remember enjoying it. Moderately looking forward to this.
The differences between regions are funny. NHL is by far the leading sports game franchise in Finland and I don't think I've ever met anyone who plays Madden.
It was my first AC game and while I moderately enjoyed it, it is pretty boring compared to, say, Black Flag. Still a decent and atmospheric game though.
@Bonbonetti My thoughts exactly. Not sci-fi enough to me.
I've always thought that the only way to get me to play a "souls-like" game (if that's what we call them now) is to make it hardcore science fiction. I'm kinda glad this isn't it
Slowly going through the undead masses in the enhanced edition of Dying Light. Pretty solid game I must say. Had zero expectations and was pleasantly surprised. After that I'll finally start Doom. I also have downloaded Observer from the current sale and I'm having a hard time telling myself not to start it before finishing the aforementioned.
No seriously, screenshots many times tend to look somehow better than the actual thing. This looks amazing though and I'm afraid it will indeed be a PS5 title. Maybe a delay first and an "announcement" later. You know, the "unfortunately current tech isn't enough" announcement.
Well... Animations should obviously be smoother but otherwise looks ok. Not sure if video footage is justified or needed at this time though. Could work still. We'll see.
Well surely YouTube is not a single entity or a sentient being. I'm not sure how the censorship works with massive services like YouTube but obviously there are people behind this. Either reporting the stream or actually pulling the plug.
I'll always cherish the memory of ME trilogy as one of the best things to ever happen to gaming, but I've sadly lost interest in Bioware. Andromeda had its moments but it was average at best and Dragon Age is not for me. Tried to enjoy Inquisiton but quit after some hours in. Oh well.
Tried it and I was kind of confused at first since many resources have changed. Then I got into this system authority loop when reinforcements just kept on coming. Well, I used that little inconvenience to get the 80 ships destroyed Milestone and trophy.
Today I played it again and got into a battle which I've seen many times. First I thought I won't interfere since I got enough battle the day before but did it anyway. I got an S class freighter. For free! So that happens now after 1.5. Just so you know
Death threats?! Sheesh, fellow gamers! At the end of the day it's only a video game we're talking about here. No matter what was promised and how the game eventually was, this kind of stuff makes me want to separate myself from the rest of the game-loving audience and is totally unacceptable. I honestly think they always wanted to make a good game and that's what NMS is nowadays. If all they wanted were to mislead people while making a couple of dollars they would have made a whole different game. Everything about NMS is love for what they do.
Good. But maybe their strategy was to make you buy more. I often buy a couple of cheap games because they'll charge the 5 euros anyways. I don't think I've purchased any masterpieces for 2-3 euros though. I bought Goat Simulator, kinda like my personal inside joke, but it was sincerely even worse than I expected and I did expect a broken and awful game.
If only there was a game that combined the easy-going and colorful world of NMS with the awesome hardcore stuff from Elite dangerous with great visuals. Eventually No man's sky is too little and Elite a bit too much for me.
The last of us may pass as a horror game but it's not great at that or a good game in general if you ask me. Otherwise a great list. Alien Isolation, RE7, Layers of fear and SOMA (more creepy sci-fi than horror) being my favorites. Yeah, and The Evil Within 2 should be included. Maybe even in top 10.
I'm glad I finally gave this game a chance this spring. I enjoy the almost Metroid Prime type of solitude. Hanging out in my awesome base (I can see 3 or 4 planets and moons really close from my glass dome and it's also an extreme planet) and doing random stuff without any particular need of real progress is just something I need sometimes. Looking forward to this really. Hopefully some new trophies as well.
Beat both 1 and 2. Not a fan to be honest and I doubt I will give the series another chance. I try to be open-minded and I am, but it is a road paved with disappointments unfortunately.
Well, there could be missions that actually let you use all the good stuff. Just Cause 3 was entertaining to say the least but the storyline was just boring. All the main and side missions were kind of dull and the base and village destroying stuff was the interesting part. Until it wasn't anymore. Sure you can fly a plane through a massive satellite dish and enjoy watching the explosion but that is just not enough when there is no substance to it. Still, good luck, make it work
Most of the time I don't even acknowledge the fact the mode is there. Platinum from HZD and this is the first time I hear there was a photo mode. That said, I try to take some shots to be used as a background image every now and then. Not an important thing to me but something that is nice to have. Like others already mentioned, I found Mad max's' camera pretty good.
Looks good. I'm not anticipating it like the second coming or anything like that but I guess it'll turn out pretty good. All the online/multiplayer stuff is still a pain in the butt but it's not up to me how people in general like their games. Some day proper single player campaigns will probably be extinct but right now there are still games where I don't have to listen to some awkward teenager calling my wife a prostitute.
Still not sure if these games have anything for me but that video was kind of cute. I sincerely hope they get the game together and it's well-received, whether I'm interested or not.
Oh, I didn't know it's going to be first person. I kind of prefer 3rd person in role-playing so you can see your hard-earned armor and whatnot. On the other hand I don't dislike first person at all.
This is slowly becoming my most anticipated game of "near" future. Right up my alley for sure.
edit. oh, and the news at hand only makes it better. Focus on SP ftw.
First I was like "meh" but then I was like "okay!". Installed it this morning and I was kind of into it again. Checked my last save from my android phone and it's been just over a year since I last played it. If I could continue my save I would score every trophy in an instant but I don't mind doing it all again. It's a nice little piece of software (not calling it a game just yet). Hopefully they bring something new to the table pretty soon.
Some prices were disappointing but Shadow of colossus was tempting so I bought it. A physical copy from an online store I mean. Also downloaded Just Cause 3 because I don't know. 6 euros :/
I always thought they would build something on that since it all seemed a little out of place in the main game. Almost like a test but the tool itself is kind of good. Just not in FO4.
I've played this over the years. Always quit once I got my shelter working almost perfectly and then it gets kinda dull. Haven't checked if they updated some new stuff though. Would appreciate if I could somehow transfer my progress and get whatever trophies I would be eligible for. Don't know if that's even remotely a possibility when it's all attached to my Google account I think.
None of these games interest me that much to be honest. Death Standing is supposedly a horror game so that's a plus. I just don't know anything about it yet (well duh!). So is TLOU2 but I was kinda disappointed with the first one so...
As a Fallout fan I'm just gonna pretend the game never existed and continue my life as usual. Multiplayer is still something I won't touch. Other people invading my precious hobby, no thanks!
Beautiful space scenery seems to be the only reason for me to buy this so I think I'll pass. I've yet to find the perfect space game where everything is satisfctory.
Whatever and whenever happens I'm not buying a new console yet. Even if I did it would probably be Switch. Perfectly happy with my standard PS4. 2020 makes sense and I'll wait till the price drops so it'll be a couple of years.
I'm actually playing it right now and kind of looking forward to the update. Not interested in multiplayer at all so I hope NEXT will be about something else. It's the biggest little game I've played and I really like it. Definitely has its flaws but also memorable unique moments. Not for everyone I'd assume but if you're into this isolated kind of exploring you might want to check the game out
Slightly interested in the adventures of Chad Strengthface but I need some reviews and analysis first. Still having the zombie hangover but this could be good.
I remember buying a second hand Xbox and I think Rage was the first game I played on it. I'm pretty sure it was dull and mostly painful in a bad way. Post-apocalyptic setting is always a plus and sometimes sequels work, so why not or whatever.
RDR was really disappointing to me and I'm pretty sure I'll never play the sequel. Right now I can't recall a truly great Rockstar game aside from Bully which was great, quirky and atmospheric. That said, I STILL haven't played GTAV
The first time I hear about Tacoma but since Gone home was a story-telling masterpiece I'm definitely interested. Also Genesis collection. Would prefer a real Mega Drive but don't have the space or money so I guess this is the best option for now. Detroit demo waits on my hard drive but right now I'm not in the mood.

Re: Spider-Man Has Some Fantastic Accessibility Options on PS4
QTEs and button mashing are probably two of my most hated "features" in gaming. Seriously, 2018 and these things are still things. Sheesh.

@NintendoFan4Lyf Yes, Perception.

If I ever get to play with this it'll probably be a 5-minute thing but this IS creative and cool. A treat for those who like taking screenshots.
Re: Marvel's Spider-Man PS4 Reviews Will Run on 4th September
@Boy_Number_Eight Yeah, that seems about right. It'll probably be a good game but still just another open world game with Spidey in it.
