Fantastic game. Finished it last night and I couldn't recommend it more.

I really don't download any of the Vita/ PS3 games, except for the occasional good game. While I love my Vita and PS3, it's time for Sony to pull out and redirect those resources.

@sub12 Japan does have a similar PS+ system has we do in NA and EU. Though they do get to watch episodes of anime for free as well monthly with PS+ which is pretty cool.

Jesus, I can't imagine some ending that kind of money on a game. I suppose do whatever makes you happy though.

Being able to gift digital games would be nice, a la Steam. Putting music on the system or being able to wirelessly connect it to a PC is also very much needed. There's no excuse why these shouldn't be on the system already.

Yes, God forbid people bring unique concepts to the system. We want more lifeless, brown, self important cover shooters like Order on the system.

Christ, this article/video was beyond cringe. It felt like a bunch of nerds (push square) who are really self conscious trying to distance themselves from other nerds who don't really care what the wider public think of them.

@adf86 Indeed, it already supports Oculus so it seems strange not to do it in PSVR. Though I suppose the PS4 could simply not be cut out to do this on PSVR if it's already locked to 30.

I was thinking the other night is hold off on picking this up until after PSVR came out.

Seeing how shallow the game is, I wouldn't be surprised if people started to get tired of it. Not to mention that it needs a lot of work to actually make it functional for longer periods of time and the myriad of other problems it has. I was interested in it, but I quickly realized it was beyond shallow. It, at the very least, got me to go back and play some more Alpha Sapphire, so I suppose that's a good thing.

I'm sure the fanboys over at NL love this though.

Garbage game to go along with a garbage movie.

I remember having one of the transparent N64 controllers and thought they were gorgeous. I'd be tempted to pick this up if I didn't already have the 20th anniversary controller.

This is obviously let's player and YouTube bait, so its no wonder that it ended up garbage.

I do really like the premise though,

I'm looking quite forward to this game. If the SP missions are as long as BF4 then we should be set on campaign length.

NISA is garbage, so I'm more than happy to see Atlus breaking it off with them.

I'd like to see some PS1 or PS2 classics up, but I don't think that'd ever happen unless they got super desperate.

The stocks and pound will rebound. The EU is a sinking ship and I honestly can't understand how others don't see it as such. The UK could liberate all of Europe from the bloated, dying mass of the EU. Not to mention being able to propose the laws that affect your country is priceless, as far as I'm concerned.

Though see as how the Lisbon treaty worked out I can't see this decision sticking for long, but hopefully it does.

I picked up the PS4 version and really enjoy it this far. Though it's obvious that the Vita version held it back. I was quite surprised to see such a low score when I, and many others, think it's pretty great.

@bbq_boy Does Battlefront run at 60? I never picked that up so I wasn't aware. If so, then that definitely makes a difference. Makes me wonder why other devs have such trouble with it.

@bbq_boy I play BF4 every other day on PS4. It certainly does look good, and I very much appreciate it running at 60fps. But I don't think they'll be able to get something that looks like this running at 60 on PS4/XboxOne, though I suppose they might one the Neo/Scorpio.

The ending was a bit of a low note, and not seeing a new Crash game was a bit disappointing. But overall I really liked it, all games and very little filler.

I wouldn't say calling a game a walking simulator is disingenuous at all. If the main mechanic of walking around then walking simulator is a perfect word. Until we come up with a better name I don't see a problem with calling them that. The name doesn't have to be a bad thing.

I've always thought having collector's editions for new IPs, that aren't even guaranteed being worth collecting, is a bit of aggrandizement.

Ehh, nothing for me this week. That's probably a good thing though. I bought a PS3 a few weeks a go and have been going pretty crazy on picking through the system's library.

I don't see any value in IGN's, Polygon's, and Destructoid's reviews on games, or anything on their sites really. So I'll be waiting on y'all's review and wprod of mouth.

That video kind of reminds me of the Doom gameplay video that Polygon put up of Arthur Gies being absolutely garbage at the game.

I think I'll wait until I get my hands on the full product before judging it.

That sucks, after the hell this game's development seems to have been I was really hoping it would turn out to be good.

The day console gaming begins revolving around streaming is the day I start gaming mainly on PC with a bit of console gaming on the side instead of the other way around.

When I first saw this article I thought it was going to be about how the Chinese Room called CDPR sexist for one of their images for their cyberpunk game that's in the works.

But yes, I couldn't agree with him more. People scream and whine about how games should be accepted as art and then turn around and try to dictate what kind of art is acceptable, especially when it comes to women and sex these days. Nintendo would do well to take a lesson from these guys.

I'd certainly be down for a new Crash game. It'd also be great to see the older games on the store. I played the oodles out of Crash1-3 and racing on the PSOne along with Spyro 1-3.

I'll be pushing back against streaming games being the only option as hard as I possibly can.

Great, I can't wait for more games to launch at $60 with only a tenth of the content and the rest being promised to release months later.

I'm pretty excited for this, which is saying something as I'm not a big FPS player. Though I did enjoy BF4 when I wasn't rubber banding due to the broken servers. I'm most excited to see a big budget game in WWI as I'm a huge history buff.

Not sure why this game is controversial, there are worse things in the world than girls in swimsuits(if you even consider that to be a bad thing in the first place.)

Regardless, I bought this off the JP PSN store when it came out and have really liked it. I would've liked it to have kept jet skis though.

I think I'll just import, seeing as this likely won't be coming west till 2017

@get2sammyb Oh yeah. I'm really looking forward to watching almost a decade's worth of evolution over the course of a few weeks.

It's really annoying that it's only available for a limited time. I don't understand why it can't act as a proper demo. Heck, I was able to play the Hitman beta as much as I wanted. I'm really digging this game and like what I've played this far. But I've been play a lot of Bloodborne lately as I download the Old Hunters recently so I haven't had time to play Nioh. I'd like to have it for afterward, but oh well. I'm certainly leaning to picking this up on release day though.

I picked up the Nathan Drake Collection a while ago and am only about halfway through the first game. I really need to get through the first three games because I'm very much interested in playing this one.

@BAMozzy The car engine analogy was an awful one. A better analogy would me taking a computer tower from 1999 and slowly replacing parts until the year 2016 and then trying to call it a new rig. That would be stupid. And sure, the game make look nice, but Call of Duty as a game will never evolve until they use a more modern engine. But as long as people continue to by each new game that will never happen. If that's what you want, that's fine. But you should simple be honest in saying that you're fine with a fresh coat of paint every year and couldn't care less if the engine is almost two decades old.

How much to you want to bet that this will still be on the Quake 3 engine?

Can't wait to play this with PSVR. I'll be perfectly content playing it in theater mode, though a proper port or built in compatibility would be fantastic.
