Re: Hogwarts Legacy (PS5) - A Harry Potter Dream Come True

BlaBlaBla

I have been thinking about this for a few days now.

I'm just very disapointed in Push Square that they open the review with a statement, and it is their way or the highway.

Like someone mentioned above, this entire thing has been blown up.

I was not a very frequent replier, but I visited multiple times a day.
Yes Past Tense, as I have decided to leave this website as it just bugs me with the stance they have taken on this issue.

This post will prob get deleted, but just knowing they have read it, is enough for me.
I hate political crap in my games, movies, comics etc etc.
I came here for the Playstation news/reviews, not what Push's stance is on something that has NOTHING to do with the game.

Goodbye, it's been fun.

Re: Poll: Did You Buy a DualSense Edge?

BlaBlaBla

No interest in this at all. I don't play FPS on my PS5, mostly RPGs and story driven games like Horizon. No need for a pro controller for that.

I have 3 normal Dual Sense controllers; 2 for my PS5 (so I always have one charged when one is empty) and I use one for PC.

Re: Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key Delayed into March

BlaBlaBla

Been wanting to try this series out for the longest time, and finally bought the first Ryza at 50% off on the store.

Love it. It's just so relkaxing to play, no pressure, no have to grind to level etc, very laid back, relaxing game. Bought part 2 as well while the sale was still going, by the time I am done with that hopefully part 3 is on sale too lol.

Re: Bungie Is Concerned PS5 Players are Unwittingly Playing the PS4 Version of Destiny 2

BlaBlaBla

@AverageGamer The other way around.
The people who payed for it, played it...but it's worthless old content, no reason to go back (other then replay with a new char)...hence why there was so little fuss.

I dropped Destiny a few years ago, tried to get back into it when it went FTP, but it was a mess to even know where to start, very confusing, half the content was gone so that didn't help....dropped it again and not going back anymore, done with Destiny.

Re: Reaction: WTF Is Going on with The Last of Us PS5?

BlaBlaBla

Eh, skipping this either way. I am one of the very few that did not like the original. Only thing that made the game 'good' imho was the start, and the ending, and then purelky storywise...the rest of the game and gameplay just did not click with me AT ALL.

Re: Best PS Vita Games

BlaBlaBla

@Odium 100% agreed.
I never really got into Killzone on the 'Big Consoles" but the Vita version was friggin awesome, and it ran so damn smooth.
played some online matches with some buddies and this game proved to me Sony were onto something good with the Vita here!

Sadly Sony just could not help themselves digging the grave early for this piece of hardware ahead of it's time.
The pricing of the memory cards just killed it doa.

Re: PS Vita's PS Store Says Content Is No Longer for Sale

BlaBlaBla

I loved my Vita (have 2 OLED models, one in reserve just in case) but I dont play on it much these days.

Sony killed the Vita DoA with the insane highly priced memory cards. Just....wtf were they thinking. And never backing down from that either, just....crazy.

Re: Push Rewind: Did Destiny Deliver in the End?

BlaBlaBla

Has Destiny delivered?
No.
No it did not.
Yes, I played it for many (many) hours, all thanks to the fun group I had to play it with.
And it has the best gameplay in a game, they really got that part absolutely right.

But the content, the story (what story), lore, the way they expanded the content with DLC that just felt poor for what you payed.....no.

Some say they got their money's worth just by looking at the hours played.
But add all payed DLC packs, and subtract that with the time you were hanging in orbit waiting, or at the Tower getting bounties, and that playtime goes down quite a bit.

I was heavily disappointed in the story. I really could not believe the same studio who made Halo (one of my fave series untill H4 and the reason I got an Xbox way back) made this idiotic, shamefull amateuristic campaign story....

Re: Review: Elite Dangerous (PS4)

BlaBlaBla

@AlexStinton Is there online co-op? If I could play this with a few buddies this could be a must have.

Really interested in the game, but the steep learning curve is making me hold back a purchase..........

Re: Reaction: Remembering PS3 - The Console That Wouldn't Quit

BlaBlaBla

Still got my fat PS3, got it free buying a Sony TV at the time.
(came with Uncharted and Ratchet & Clank)

Wouldn't have gotten one if not for that deal for quite some time, was having a blast on X360. But the PS3 exclusives kept me away quite often after that.

It also did make me realize at the end when the next generation was coming up, which I should go for.
Many more PS3 games that I loved compared to the X360.

Re: Talking Point: Was Mass Effect: Andromeda Unfairly Torn Apart by the Internet?

BlaBlaBla

Is it a bad game? No.
Is it the worst ME game? Yes.

This game's biggest mistake was being an open world game.
As soon as you get into the non-open world stuff (last planet, some other parts I won't name because spoilers) the game directly feels more ME-y.

Oh, and the combat is a step down. Yes, you yourself had more freedom, but the cost was just way too big imo.
I absolutely LOVE the combat system of ME 2 and ME3, where I get to control what my squadmates do and when they do it...it adds some strategy, and I really missed that here.

Despite it's many flaws, I still enjoyed my time playing through it.
It had some good mysteries (which now won't be solved I guess....a VERY big f-u to all who did buy the game and enjoyed it enough to play through it) and the crew really started to shine the further you got in the game.

I sometimes feel people forget how the first ME was; nobody liked most of the cast then either; it was ME2 and ME3 that made you love them. Andromeda really feels a lot like the Original ME for me (without the briljant end song though ).

Re: PS5 Could Launch As Early As Next Year, Reckons Analyst

BlaBlaBla

PS4 will be 5 years old at the end of 2018, so yeah, I could see a PS5 release happening then.

Yes, PS4 is on a roll now, so why slow down?
The tech inside the PS4 is pretty outdated, it was at launch because of the bad economie worldwide we had to wait so darn long.

I really don't see a problem, if only for Sony to keep MS at a disadvantage. It has paid off pretty damn well for the PS4.

PS4 Pro being just a few years ago then, doesn't really matter as it's just a minor upgrade.
Scorpio is a bigger threat, IF MS wise up and let the thing get exclusives so they can actually use the full power of the thing.
Announcing a PS5 at E3 will nip that threat in the bud and keep the Playstation brand hot.

Re: Finally Some Direct-Feed Footage of Gran Turismo Sport's PS4 Beta

BlaBlaBla

Still the cardboard people though....it's 2017.
If they can't put some life in it, just leave it out.
Yes, you won't notice it when driving, but then as well...leave it out.

I do hope they fix the boring racing itself. Forza has written a next chapter in that book years ago, and it's time GT went with it.

Oh, and please for the love of God no more endless clicking in menu's for customization or to start a race!
