@PegasusActual93 completely agree, it's clear that graphics haven't really advanced as much as we think and resolution has been the real difference. Playing retro games at 2, 3, 4 times the resolution is a real eye opener
@MFTWrecks GoT Legends a still the multiplayer mode from the main game so me calling it part of a game is true. GTA doesn't really count as I believe its only available for a couple of months.. but great if your happy with them chum π
@gingerfrog it's billed as more immersive cinema and it was good for this type of movie. Your seat moves (quite a bit during the action scenes) and there's wind and rain etc. In movies like frozen 2 there's snow falling in the cinema too. Its definitely worth a go if you have one close although we were going out for dinner afterwards so glad there was only a little water near the end, it comes out of the seat in front of you in a mist and you can turn it off if you really want
Odd question for anyone that's seen the movie but is there much water in the movie (like rain or waves)? I've booked the 4dx showing for Saturday and want to know if I need a coat or not.. π
I'm not really aligned to any console but the ps5 definitely gets the most use, however censorship, more than anything else that's been happening lately, is much more irritating to me and Sony seems to be the main culprit these days. Not good
Disappointed with the switch, I always buy nintendo for the mario games but most are ones I already have for the wii u. Odyssey was brilliant though. Not a huge indie fan and don't play handheld so clearly not aimed at me in fairness
@riceNpea @Jaz007 all fair points and I agree with them but for me wireless really is the gamechanger. I'm rebuying some of the same games for the quest that I already own on the psvr, saints and sinners for example, just because the gameplay is so much better. The mini golf game is fantastic but I end up moving all around the living room which just isn't fun with a wire hanging of your head
Sounds good although not sure why the cable is listed as a positive. Still think they could have gone the quest route and had the cable for graphically intense games but a wireless option for physical and room scale games
@NeonPizza I agree completely with what you said but I will say the the quest 2 really brought me back in to vr. Having had the psvr since day 1 and was really enthusiastic about it at the start it quickly gathered dust in the corner. The missus got me the quest for Xmas and it really is something else. I hate Facebook and only opened an account because you have to...bit dodgy, but the experience is fantastic.
@Integrity I was perhaps a little aggressive sounding (I'm N.Irish so it comes naturally) but I really didn't mean to offend. I just don't understand why we, as gamers, need to get involved in the politics. I'm probably in the older crowd on here (45) but change has happened over the years with major shifts in power not uncommon, even Sony were looked upon sceptically after the debacle with ninendo but the ps1 was amazing. My point is, we don't really need to know much more than whens the next game coming out that we want to play.
@KayOL77 but really why care?? We're just gamers and unless your a kid or have a fanboy mentality I'm guessing you just buy the games you like on whatever system they're on.
