Big fan of vr and have had the psvr since launch and the quest 2 since Xmas so I'm hopeful for psvr2. The wired approach is a little offputting as several of the big games such as superhot really shine untethered. But still I just want vr to become essential rather than a bit of a novelty which is great when I can be arsed but really I just wanna chill on the sofa and play on the TV...

I get that people don't like 'loot boxes' etc but I've enjoyed the vast majority of fifas since the mega drive days and have never spent a penny more than the game cost. Just because there's a part of it people dislike doesn't mean their isn't a whole lot more to it and for footy fans the authenticity more than makes up for any failings..

@beebs720 me too, seen a post from tech land suggesting that if your using an external hdd to reinstall it directly onto the ps5 hard drive. I'll give that a go later..

Anyone having issues getting the free dlc on ps5?

@Atreus97 I know right? You can actually get it for £949 if you get them to recycle your old tv although I wanted to keep mine. But what a tv, the price you paid is still far too cheap 😁

Great timing as I picked up a 55" lg c1 just yesterday for the ridiculous price of £1049 (from currys for any interested uk gamers) and it really is a game changer. This tv is the true next gen 😁

For anyone interested the c1 55" is only £1049 at currys right now, collecting mine tomorrow - can't wait 😀

Don't get the vr shouts, there already loads of shooters available but would love a new light gun. A Sony/ sinden partnership would be ideal

@hypnotoad understand the debate on whether its a sport or not but interested to know when you were watching it. Mid 80s and right through the 90s it was great but the quality dropped massively when they moved into the family friendly era in the 2000s. I think your age would be important too as watching it for the first time in, say in your 40s, is never going to have the same impact as growing up with it as kid
