MS lost me as a customer when they alienated their hardcore audience they originally catered for and went all in with Kinect.

Their disasterous xbone launch solidified that and I’ve never looked back.

I’m more interested in this than the edge or portal but I’m concerned about price. That’s the only thing that may stop me upgrading.

Will pick it up if/when capcom improve the performance…

I’m quite excited to not need to worry about choosing a performance or graphics mode and having both enabled!

With Sonys PS5 output being slow of late I find it interesting they thought they had the capacity to support another system too.

They either needed more studios to support or not to release it in the first place. It’s unfair for adopters having an expensive device with no support.

Reminds me of the vita in its later years.

@Player_1_Ready yeah I feel MS will try to catch Sony off guard by releasing the next Xbox early against a PS5 pro in relatively quick succession, leaving Sony caught off guard.

I’m glad ratchet has seen some love in recent years but it’s definitely time we got some new Jak and Sly.

I’m not really interested in any of the first 4 MS games coming to PS but I hope they sell well enough anyway for them to consider Forza, Fable and Flight Sim!

Great to see this have such success and for Sony to finally score with a live service game but it just goes to show you never know what game will resonate and do well. It’s such a risky business model imo and likely one of the reasons so many companies are losing money and making redundancies etc.

My sackboy copy arrived a few weeks ago so will look forward to these whenever I get round to it!

Gaming in general just seems to be turning to **** in so many ways. I’m more than concerned for the future of my favourite pastime.

Cool now just have to hurry up finishing remake!

This is where I respect Nintendo for their success in low(er) budget titles on weaker hardware still selling in massive quantities.

Maybe Sony should consider some smaller budget titles? Yes budgets are going up in general but it’s not imperative to spend $300m to make a successful game.

I’m up for a PS5 Pro as long as it’s about the same price as the base PS5 is now and the base is discounted.

Hopefully PS5 Pro will be 60fps and 4k!

I hope Sony don’t forget what a large portion of their fanbase buy PS for in single player experiences with the success of their live service games.

I know nothing about pentiment and grounded but will likely check hifi rush out.

That’s 4 odd games to test the waters with. I mean I’m sure they’re great but they wouldn’t be comparable to the likes of halo or forza.

A sly cooper remake or similar would be relatively cheap, appease many fans and would have filled the first party schedule. Herman is doing a decent job but needs to consider what you said. I’m sure these types of jobs could be easily outsourced too just like the recent tomb raiders were.

I haven’t had an Xbox since the good old days of the 360 but I do miss forza so would catch up on those.

There’s a few other things like Indy and Elder scrolls I’d be interested in but always found Halo to be overrated so doubt I’d buy many other Xbox games. Ori on switch was awesome though…

I prefer and have got enough PlayStation and Nintendo games to be keep me occupied as it is!

I can imagine MS’s thought process with this. They buy $60B worth of studios and IP that mostly sold on PS and are thinking they don’t want to forfeit that revenue so continue to release titles like CoD etc on PS.

Then they’re thinking well if we’re releasing half of our portfolio, why not the other half?

Doesn’t make sense for MS to only release the games that used to be on PS from their acquisition. What’s the difference between those games and MS’s existing IP now… nothing, they’re all under the same umbrella.

@get2sammyb totally agree. If this isn’t true it’s doing a lot of damage and MS need to squash it. If it is true why wait to tell us any longer?

Also forza is the one game I do want from Xbox!

Forza, Indy and hi-fi rush are the only games that come to mind. I bored of halo after halo 2 but forza was superb.
