I can wait for normal release day since all I play is casual multiplayer with friends anyway

You play Sony games first on Playstation but there is a high chance they end up on PC after a few years which I don't mind as long as Playstation is the priority

I play the career mode and pro clubs and some couch multiplayer when the lads are over.

Ultimate Team is a pay 2 win mode and basically gambling.

I wonder how many copies of Horizon Forbidden West have been sold as a result of the bundling.

It has to be one of the top selling games of the year surely.

I bought it for $4 with some leftover change and it ended up being one of my favourite games.

Incredibly sad that there was no sequel made.

The game will sell well but sets a horrible precedent which will be felt for many years to come.

Don't be surprised if more franchises do "Remakes" of games less than 10 years old instead of making New IPs for us to enjoy.

The lack of creativity in Hollywood is seeping its way into gaming.

Hard to guage whether people actually want Forbidden West or are being forced to get it with the bundle

What a month!

Downloading all 3 and super excited to play them all.

Valhalla is one of the first games I have just abandoned due to the sheer size of it with seemingly no end in sight.

In the time it would take me to 100% it, i could complete 6-10 games.

I have several games thanks to PS Plus Extra but lack time

If anyone actually thinks this is a bad selection, may as well cancel your subscription because this is as good a selection one could hope for.

Must have been an absolute trainwreck. Nothing close to playable with wonky mechanics

I forsee a lot of piracy regarding the PC Launch especially if the price is high like the PS5 version.

The graphical upgrade wasn't the issue.

The lack of updated gameplay mechanics and removal of the online mode (very underrated and enjoyable) is causing the uproar.

When you say "Rebuilt from the ground up on PS5" for a 9 year old game that already has a remaster, expectations will be raised.

This confirms it. They remastered a remaster of a PS3 game less than 10 years old that still holds up today AND removed the multiplayer (very underrated) and are charging $70

You can do what you want with your money, but trying to justify this as a Remake sets a very dangerous precedent.

These games rarely change much from year to year and I'm saying this as a huge football fan.

Fifa is going to regret seperating from EA. It will be called EA Sports FC but i'm sure most people will still just call it Fifa 24 next year etc.

I'll wait for it to go on Ps Plus Extra to replay it.

This is a remake of a game that isnt 10 years old and still plays fine on PS3 and even better on the PS4 remaster.

Paying £70 for updated visuals and according to this article, the same gameplay doesn't make sense

Huge Saints Row 1 and 2 fan so I really hope its fun like those 2 were. 3 was okay for me and 4 went next level silly

Legitimate concerns is very different to whining and complaining.

The 1st GTA Game without the majority of people who helped create the ones we love is a legitimate concern. Only time will tell if i'm right or wrong.

If I'm wrong, great for me as I enjoy the franchise. However I highly doubt you would admit you were wrong judging on the approach you took with me and the other posters before me. Not that I care, just an observation.

Platinumed on PS3,4 and would do so again on PS5 after having 100% it on Ps2

I'll never forget that Bahamut + Ifrit battle 🤣 I spent at least 3 hours trying to beat that fight and the way I screamed at my TV when it finally happened, scared my dog 🐶

In the original game, i barely ever used Tifa

In the remake, i almost exclusively used her and especially in the combat simulator

Beating Elden Ring may prove a bridge too far. Hence why I had to say PS Exclusive

This is a possibility. Sony giving the trial is basically to increase the accounts subscribed to Extra/Premium so I think its easier to miss something if you have tried it before, rather than something you have never tried so you don't know what you're missing

Lol no I don't. I've just noticed my friends who have PS Plus Essential not be bothered with upgrading since they mostly just play COD and Fifa.

They may try a few games on Extra/Premium that they normally would never have bought and realise they like it and decide to sub for a year.

God of War is undoubtedly the number 1 selling game of November regardless of the date it released on.

It will easily be the best PS Exclusive game of the year too.

If I were Sony, I'd have automatically put everyone on Ps Plus Premium for the 1st week and then revert them to whatever tier they are on.

That way if you are on Essential, you will know what you're missing out on rather never having experienced Premium so you don't know what you're missing out on.

Its a great 1st world problem to have! PS Plus Extra seems to be the best bang for your buck tier as it stands.

I was automatically upgraded to premium thanks to being a PS Now subscriber but I'm sure i'll just continue with Extra from here on out

I would gladly pay $100+ for this. Thats close 5-10 games with updated graphics / 4K/60FPS etc.

Idk why they haven't jumped on it. If I was in charge at Konami, this is a low risk, insanely high reward endeavour

Release a "Complete Edition" that has every MGS game ever released remastered for modern consoles and Konami would make silly amounts of money.
