@talocaca did you check your settings? In power settings auto rear mode is automatically enabled

@Porco I’m expecting it to be awful on the base consoles. Wouldn’t be surprised if it drops to 720p or 900p, especially on Xbox One base

@nessisonett I’ve played all my multi platforms on PS54 Pro and have never had a blurry game.

Maybe I want to enjoy the story and not be hit over the head with sexual stuff all the time? This actually has me back on board to play it because I do find the story really interesting. I just don’t want to be constantly dealing with the pornographic aspects.

People do realize some adults aren’t into that right? Or is just seen as people who don’t want to subject themselves to that as lame and prudes? We all have our own moral sensibilities

My console is silent unless I’m playing a game and even then it’s just the soft click/whir of the fan and I literally need to put my ear about 2-4 inches from the console to hear it.

That seems normal I think?

The light is a bit all over the place for me and a lot of England has this haze to it where things look washed out at times and others super vibrant. Game is beautiful though. Most of this is just minor nitpicks from me.

After a week I am now experience the Rest Mode crash which results in a green screen flash and database rebuild. The green screen is worrisome since that is usually a sign of a hardware failure not software. May have to send mine in if it continues

This is legit the only game I’ve played since launch for a week. Not sure why I’m so addicted to it but I’ve logged close to 55 hours into it now.

The only sound I have is the soft whir/click of the fan and that can only be heard during games and if I’m legit like 2 inches from the console. Otherwise I can’t hear it. I assume the fan makes some sound

I hope the first season is successful because they did say TLOU2 could be adapted if this does well.

I have the Digital Edition and couldn’t be happier.

Yeah, I’m going to pass. Just not my type of “RPG”. Looks like it’s trying to be overly sexual and over the top gross and dark just to be “shocking.” I like Mature rated games but this just seems a bit too nasty for me.

@get2sammyb don’t you realize that Japan is no longer the primary market? Sony really doesn’t care. The PS5 will be a worldwide success

I love that I haven’t had a single issue with my PS5 and I install this damn update and now my games are hard crashing. Turning of automatic updates. I’m furious. Went from no issues to now experiencing problems.

The more I see of this game the less I really want to play it. It seems like it’s just overly sexual and gross to be “shocking and edgy.”

I mean I have 8 games installed right now and don’t see a reason why I would install more. Will play these and if I need to delete one to free up space cool.

70GB before the massive day one patch they’ve been developing. Also, please let’s not call this an RPG. Even the back of the game box calls it a science fiction action game. Nothing about this game comes off as an RPG in the slightest

@Futureshark I’ve used rest mode since launch without a single problem. And my system automatically downloaded and selected the PS5 version of game so not sure why people are having so many problems

@themightyant people are acting like all of these issues are widespread and everyone with a PS5 is experiencing them which is not the case at all

I don’t want to update mine. I’ve had ZERO issues since launch. With my luck this update will actually cause issues.

Honestly I am fine doing without either of those titles if that happens. I’m just happy the future of Final Fantasy is on PlayStation.

I was able to stop the downloads when they first started and just installed the PS5 versions of AC Valhalla and Miles Morales

Prefer my digital edition. I’ve also had zero issues since launch that most people with disc versions have been complaining about. Also, interested to know how warranty works since you technically don’t have the right console version

This confused the hell out of me until I saw where to check the PS5 version on AC Valhalla but the game info still says PS4. Makes you second guess if you’re really playing the PS5 version

I already screwed my Miles Morales and AC Valhalla downloads up where I am now stuck with just the PS4 versions. Apparently it queues to install both....and I thought that was a mistake so stopped the downloads....now it will only install the PS4 versions not the PS5

I preordered in-store on the first day at my local GameStop hoping to avoid problems. Sadly, none of the GameStops in my region received their Digital Edition preorders and have absolutely no idea where they are or when they are coming.

Really irritated for paying it off too. I would try to get it elsewhere. Now I am trapped at the mercy of when it could come or not come. I wish if Sony had chosen not to send them they just cancelled them outright rather than leave me in limbo.

@graysoncharles no my store had 5 digital preorders. I got one in first day. What I’m saying is none of the stores received them.

I was super excited until today. None of the GameStop’s in my area have received any of their PS5 Digital Edition preorders but received all of their disc versions. Super strange since there were less Digitals available than disc. Manager said they have no record of them on the way and have no idea if they will even receive them this week.

Really frustrating since I paid it off already. Don’t even know when I’ll get it.

I wasn't planning on this, but exploring the stunning Norse landscape is just calling to me. I guess I will do AC Valhalla on my Series X, then planning Demon's Souls and Godfall for PS5

That can't be true for those of us who have officially pre-ordered in-store at Gamestop physically. I would assume it means they won't be sending extras? Makes no sense they would cancel the physical preorders
