My GOTY 2024 choice is definitely different one.
It is BARBIE : PROJECT FRIENDSHIP PS5.

Great.
Some heavy discount to 60% for certain The Sims 4 Expansion Packs, from $40 to $16.

XBOX is a dead brand in Indonesia and very irrelevant. Microsoft better turn into 3rd party like SEGA and completely discontinued all their XBOX machines.
PlayStation vs Nintendo is the real competition.

The Sims 4 PS4 on my PS5 for me.

I will check The Sims 4 DLC price.

PS2 is one of my Top 3 PlayStation machines with games like Dance Dance Revolution games, K-1 games, Monster Rancher 4, FF X/X-2, FF XII, The Sims Bustin' Out, etc.

In other words, just admit if Microsoft will going 3rd party like SEGA.
No longer interested in care their XBOX machine but still want to advertise XBOX games can be played on non XBOX machines?
Just going to 3rd party developer!
No need to make excuse statement of not admitting their horrible XBOX sales.
Also, that means I will never buy their next XBOX product because they don't have passion in gaming.
Their money oriented blinded Microsoft by advertising false way to play video games.

Bluey video game was actually quite good, but too short.
Perhaps if Outright Games can ask the same developer of Bluey to make another Bluey game with more meaty contents and longer gameplay.

I already have Bluey PS5 from the Top 40 UK sales that I keep watching weekly. 😊

I haven't played Sonic Superstars but it looked cute and easy enough for newbie player.

Well, I'm different here.
I don't play games like every users here.
I only play kids games even on PS5, with very very few rated Teen games like The Sims 4, FF X/X-2, FF XII TZA, Street Fighter games, etc.

Me : For me, BARBIE : PROJECT FRIENDSHIP on PS5 and other consoles was my biggest surprise.
The first Barbie game on PS5 by Outright Games, I was so happy because the fact there was a publisher which still want to release girlie franchise for kids like Barbie on powerful console PS5, it was really something special for me and also for other Barbie fans.

Barbie 2023 movie was terrible and I felt regret after watched it.
Also, I don't have any interest with VR games.

PS1 was my teenhood back in June 1998.
I grew up by games like Dance Dance Revolution games, Magical Drop 3, Punky Skunk, Pepsiman, Bishi Bashi, FF 8, FF 9, Monster Rancher 2, Disney Magic Tetris, etc.
And now I have PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, PS5 and PSP games.
Still of course... Kids games rules!

Mine is default animated PlayStation button in 3D and some simple blue background.

I still prefer PS2 games library than Switch in term of 3rd party games such as Dance Dance Revolution games, K-1 games, Monster Rancher 4, Para Para Paradise, 3D cartoonish platformer games, etc.

I enjoy my PS5 Fat machine with 3rd party kids games.

Wait, no Barbie: Project Friendship and Bluey ?
I thought it has potential to upscale those kids games until 8K 120 fps. 😆

I wonder if the improvement can make PS4 games that doesn't have 60 fps boost even being played on PS5 such as LEGO CITY UNDERCOVER, Spyro games, Crash Bandicoot Trilogy, CTR, etc suddenly can reach 60 fps on PS5 PRO. 🤔

I still at the beginning part of the game.
So far so good, I can see beautiful resort with smooth 60 fps on PS5. 😊
Barbie on PS5 is a big surprise for me.
I would like to see another Barbie games by Outright Games.

PS5 Fat has better machine design than Slim and Pro model in my opinion.
It looks beautiful with White and Black color.
But PS5 looks weird being placed on horizontal position and I put all my PlayStation machines (PS2, PS3, PS4, PS5) on horizontal position, well to make it easier to insert the disc.

I'm glad I have purchased PS5 Fat in June 2024 and it has disc drive inside. ☺

So PS5 Pro is basically PS 5.5
It's very FIVE of PS FIVE. 😉
But I'm already content with my PS5 Fat machine.
It has more cooler substance inside than the newest machines.

I bought PS5 Fat model in 1 June 2024 and I love to play a lot of cute 3rd party PS4 / PS5 kids games on my PS5 machine. ☺
