@brewersteve It’s supposed to be used outside of your house, I assume? So on 5G or wifi? If you use it indoors I don’t see a reason to not simply use your PS5 that’s connected to a much bigger screen.

I read the whole article and still don’t understand how this is different than a handheld. It IS a handheld, right? But one you can only play the games with that are active on your PS5 at that moment?

@Deemo37 I really like Game Pass though (I also have a Series X). Perhaps because this is my first Xbox and I hadn’t played any of those games.

Good to know I can skip downloading all three Essential games once again, like almost every month. Extra makes up 95% of PS Plus nowadays. Luckily Extra is great.

Okay, Essential officially sucks. 10 out of 12 months are just terrible. Luckily Extra is amazing so I still get my money’s worth.

I'd rather have a complete game at once instead of fragments every now and then that make you revisit the game over and over. When will GT7 finally be complete?

BloodBorne still holds a solid 5th position. I’ve also read it’s hard to play because of the low framerate. Should I wait for an update for the PS5 or just go for this version?

None, I think we’ve had plenty of remakes lately. Let them focus on something completely new instead.

Do we already know if it’s possible to buy the DLC after playing the PS Plus version of the main game? I (think I) finished it on disc last year and sold it afterwards. I’m planning on doing a new run on Plus since I already replayed ZD last month.

Really nice month once again! One small irritation; why does Sony mails you a receipt for every game you “purchase”? I just add them to my library, I don’t need a confirmation.

These lists are often quite confusing. How can a game that was reviewed 5/10 on this very site be the 6th best horror game for PS5?

What about the Extra/Premium games for March? So far we've only heard part of the lineup without a release date, if I'm right?

By the way, I wouldn’t automatically assume it’ll be delayed. Don’t forget Horizon is the big seller to push VR2. You don’t want the DLC to compete with its sister game.

I’m mainly interested in the way they release it. Since FW is on Plus now, will the DLC be available for a small amount on top of that copy, or won’t the Plus version and DLC be connectable like FF7 Remake in the past?

No updates I would ever use. My only wish is a rather simple one; let us personalize the home screen with colors/themes. Just like the PS4 and Xbox have.

@Batesy125s So true. I played the game for over 250 hours and almost every time it would calm me down after a day of work. The music, gameplay and cinematography all just clicked on another level.

Nothing for me here, but that’s totally fine. Previous months including Extra plus Game Pass have provided me with a backlog I’ll never be able to clear.

RE4 on PS5 and Wo Long on Series X/Game Pass.

Wow, Scarlet Nexus and Ghostwire are the two games I didn’t buy because I hoped they’d end up on Plus! Uncharted 4 might be a nice revisit as well.

Well deserved! It opened up a new world of gaming for me. After many years Returnal and ER made me see challenging games can actually be a lot of fun.

@icecube No one knows. I have the feeling PlayStation exclusives won't be deleted since they're not/less dependent of contracts with third parties, but I'm not sure if this is true.

@themightyant You’re right. I’ll just add it to my library and will see if I feel like playing it. It’s nothing more than a luxury problem having so many games available with my Premium and Game Pass subscriptions.

Still in doubt whether I should play this. How fun will this be if you haven’t played the original so won’t have nostalgic feelings? Will it be playable when used to modern games?

Yes! Was already anticipating SN would end up on Plus eventually so I didn’t buy it.

@Grimwood Not true, Elle Fanning really is that one of a kind actress. If you would have replaced her in The Neon Demon the whole atmosphere of the movie would have changed. I’m sure the same goes for DS2.

It goes too far to call it a crap selection month after month; it's (PS Plus as a whole, including Extra and Premium) just not the service I hoped it would be. I had high hopes when the three tiers launched with titles such as Demon's Souls and Returnal but after that I've been disappointed every month. I just don't feel like playing all these old games when there's so much around to play.

For this selection I might check out Mafia if it really is that good. The other three aren't interesting for me personally for different reasons (haven't played the base game of Destiny 2 and I'm not interested in arcade games and multiplayers). Evil Dead might have been my kind of game if it had a single player campaign.

I was a bit underwhelmed by the 7/10 score since I've been looking forward to this one a long time. (This time) fortunately though the score doesn't seem to reflect the review.

I guess it also has to do with the star rating system where you can't give a 7,5/10 for example, but it's not the first time the scores and reviews don't really seem to match. If you compare the negative tone of the Forspoken review and the positive tone of this one, you wouldn't think there's only 1 star between them.

Doesn't really matter though. The review gives a good impression and I'm still looking forward to it. Just like LIMA I'm interested in the duasense features so I can decide between playing it on PS5 or Series X.

@Cikajovazmaj Okay, I'm no expert in this field so it could very well not be overpriced. I'm just talking from a consumer's point of view that has little to none feeling with virtual reality yet. For me it would also be too big a gamble for this price. What if you pay 600 and get motion sickness after 5 minutes?

@get2sammyb Could be from a technical point of view (value for money). From a gamer’s perspective I just find it way too expensive for something that’s in my eyes a gimmick before I’ve been proven otherwise. For € 200 I might have taken the risk.

I’m sure that’s not realistic at all, but I think a lot of people think this way.

Good signal by the consumers. You can’t just keep asking these ridiculous prices. It’s still an expansion for your PS5 but it’s more expensive than the console itself.

I’m not sure what’s best, buying it now or waiting till it’s on Game Pass (the EA section). I’ve no idea if it will be added this year already.
