It's really good. I think I might prefer the first game at the moment, but I also just prefer top-down shooters overall, but this is the kind of leap in quality I expected from the series. The action is tight and the satire is on point. I'm feeling a strong 8 to a light 9 on this one. Tran-

I think gaming may be hitting its saturation point. For as big an industry as it is, nothing gets bigger forever. It'll be very interesting to see how well the generation of consoles actually perform.

Fine by me. The only problem I have with this game so far is that I can't look up anything about it without my YouTube feed getting flooded by brain dead reactionaries waging an imaginary war with the media.

Sign me up. I can't wait for the grand adventure of Adol and his caked up partner.

Still haven't played a Persona game. I don't know if I'm going to start with this one, but it's great to see it getting some love.

Strong 8/10. It's pretty much exactly the game I expected it to be for the last eight years. It has a good story setup, the characters all have good depth to them, and it's well suited for short and long play sessions. I do wish there was an easier way to switch characters in-game and it takes a while to get going, but overall, I'm very happy with it.

If Microsoft wants to save me from buying one of their consoles, who am I to stop them? Frankly it feels like the move they were always destined to make given how much money they've blown on acquisitions.

Rebirth is going to let us do what speedrunners have been trying to do for years: skip the Kalm flashback.

I'm definitely going to be playing the demo tonight. Probably not the updated version, but that's still a pretty cool thing to do.

Aerith has shades, Barret has his sailor suit, and Red XIII has that swagger in the Shinra uniform.

I really shouldn't because I already pre-ordered the game both physically and digitally, but I know I can't stop myself because I'm too much of an FF7 simp to miss it.

That's pretty cool. Hopefully the same happens with Laya's Horizon so I can play that game with a real controller.

If this is true, the meltdown form the Xbox fans will be big enough for a new season of Chernobyl.

If this turns out to be true, it'll end being pretty humiliating, Especially for Phil, who turned stolen exclusives into his big d*ck power move.

I don't wish that humiliation on him, but he does deserve it.

This looks fantastic. Really unfortunate that it's coming out the same day as Dragon's Dogma 2. Still didn't stop me from pre-ordering though.

Not one of the biggest announcements to be sure, but as someone who unironically loves the Shadow the Hedgehog game, thus has me pretty excited.

It was pretty great. Glad to see Stellar Blade coming in April, Death Stranding 2 looks immaculate, and showcasing Judas is a huge get for Sony.

Called that. Late April feels like a perfect time to release this after the Q1 rush. And it's an easy day one buy fro me.

Obviously I can't speak fir Foamstars, and Rollerdrome shoud have been free at launch, but this looks like a pretty solid month. I'll vouch for Steelrising as a perfect entry level Souls-like.

So to all the Granblue Fantasy fans out there; which character are you most excited to play? And why is it Narmaya?

There's this bit in FF7 Remake where you're asked to describe Tifa. You can say she's in great shape, and if you do you'll unlock a match in the arena where you fight two bombs called 'Dynamite Bod'.

That might be the funniest thing in any Final Fantasy game.

Not yet. These next two months are just too packed. I'll definitely pick it up down the road though.

8 sounds about right. The game feels amazing to play and the story is pretty interesting, but the progression curve is so painfully slow. I've been at it for 15 hours and it still doesn't feel like I've gotten that much stronger. I know this game is pretty long, but it's getting harder to stay invested when I always feel like I'm waiting for a decent upgrade.

Did you know 'palindrome' is a palindrome?

That's pretty exciting. Definitely going to dilly-dally over to the theater for that.

The only thing I don't like about this game is that it isn't out yet.

Neat, another game. Maybe this time they'll actually finish it.

Really looking forward to this one. Between games like this, Cookie Cutter and Afterimage, it's been really nice to see the return of console-caliber Metroidvanias.
