When I cry about Japan Studio's death the other studio that always comes to mind is Mm and how they probably haven't made Sony a dime in years. Is an incredible achievement in itself that they are still standing

The good ol' release game now and fix it later when no one cares, for some reason it looks good on Konami it matches the company as a whole

Not exactly the devastating earth shattering news we were expecting, that said I would like everyone involved in the live service and PC push to maybe not have a job at PlayStation anymore

Looks like the score is for the games themselves and not the collection which looks like a hot mess. I'm pretty patient I'll just wait for another collection down the line that has more love and passion put into it

The only thing this does is reaffirm my stance that this new and "improved" Atlus doesn't deserve full price money. Knowing them they would probably later have the Xbox version of the protagonist be able to equip every weapon in the franchise just cause 🤷

It's been over a year since TLOU part 1 released I think is due for another remaster! why not is not like Naughty Dog has anything better to do, they are now just that tlou studio

Have superhero fatigue at the moment plus I haven't seen anything yet that screams I must drop everything I'm doing and preorder. I do hope it does incredibly well for Insomniac who are a game making machine

I hope that they at least use a new engine or something, I played Xenoverse 2 recently and it felt and looked like a early PS3 game at best

@Lyedecker First impressions are everything and the impressions for FairGame$ (man that name 🤢) have been overwhelmingly negative, is already a laughing stock. Soapstars has a better chance at success and that too will ultimately fail

Not surprising is pretty obvious there's not much effort and love going into these, they are being put together with bubble gum and spit from the execs for a quick influx of cash

You say that but right now Xbox has the definitive 4K/120fps versions of JRPGS Persona 3 & 4 with no PS5 versions in sight. I could definitely see SE bending the knee (aka bending the wallet) to Microsoft

@Kanji-Tatsumi There's only one that is charging an embarrassing $80 for the privilege to access your internet, Nintendo asking for a meager $20 is the most reasonable if we can't have free online play again

Besides Tencent (just cause) and maybe Microsoft so they can say they are the home of the fps genre I don't see who would else be interested.

They haven't been looked at in high regard since Borderlands 2 and it seems that's all they're able to make. Hope they do eventually find a home before the studio is closed for good

I'm not it doesn't even slightly look like him, why didn't they put the same amount of detail they put for Arnold and Stallone? Those looked exactly like them down to the pimples and scars

So when a game is announced and you're interested in it you have to hold off on excitement till the voice actors are revealed? Is your choice of course but you're denying your self from lots of great games

@Sil_Am Insomniac makes great fun and polished games but you're right they aren't goty material which is fine. Spider-man 2 metacritic will probably be between 84-88 which would make it an excellent game

I cancelled mine immediately as I was disgusted with the thought of paying £59.99/$79.99 just to have access to Internet I already pay for, since I like going for Platinums I will now try my best to avoid games with online trophies 🤷

Of course investors are jumping for joy this price increase is for their benefit, they can now go home happy with even more money. It won't be from my wallet though as I think is basically armed robbery paying $80 for the privilege and honor of accessing online

I haven't played the new one yet but regardless I think they should have just stuck with Johnny Gat and his crew. They just came from the failure that was Agents of Mayhem so they shouldn't have taken a chance with a new crew

Man £59.99 / $79.99 just for the privilege of playing online is pure insanity, that's the only reason I pay for the service I don't care one way or the other for the free games. Looks like after my subscription finishes I will be a strictly offline player 🤷

PlayStation has never been more profitable in their entire history then they are right now, they are absolutely swimming in profits. But it's never enough for these companies, they don't just want some of the money they want all of it

@TrickyDicky99 And Sony has yet to even announce the next big first party game for the system, did they say "screw it" after the Horizon game? (which wasn't even a full blown game!).

@Soulless666 Some of us are just tired of all these famous horror ips with lots of potential turning into asymmetrical multiplayer games.

We all know we'll eventually get asymmetrical MP Nightmare on Elm Street and asymmetrical MP Scream, is apparently one of the laws in nature we must follow 🤷

Waste of plastic in my opinion, we all already have devices that do this and more at no extra cost. If they made a portable that doesn't need the PS5 to work but can connect to it I would open my entire wallet! I would fully support Sony just straight up copying the Switch

So after seeing the incredible success of the Switch they look at each other and say "I know what we must do! we need to make a PlayStation Wii U!" 😑

This makes the Red Dead port look like the Quake 2 remaster 🙂 I will also not subject my eyes to 720p stretched out to infinity for my TV, it's going to be a great bargain bin pick up though 👍

I don't see how such a package filled to the brim with content (new & old!) and with actual effort and love put into the remastering gets such a low score.

I eagerly wait for the Red Dead "remaster" review which is filled with spite and disgust for us! If possible I would also like Mr Graham to do that review🙂

I would prefer it had all those things but the game actually looked fun and not seem like it's in slow motion

@4kgk2 I disagree I wish Microsoft was even more competitive then it is now, when the 360 was on Sony's neck that's when Sony pulled no punches by the end of the PS3 & the PS4 era.

I hope Microsoft turns it around and puts pressure on Sony so that we get a repeat of the 7 gen where both companies where basically on their hands and knees trying to please us

If it was me I would be taking full 4k or 8k photos of the console from every angle with the lastest smartphone camera, I wouldn't take just one pic that only shows half the console with a phone from 1999 😐

A remake of Resistance does sound good though along with a collection of the trilogy, Is time for Sony to bring out at least one of their fps ips!

@Cashews They are? 🤔 I thought people were just getting tired of superhero movies which is understandable with like 30 of them releasing every 5 minutes (may have exaggerated a bit)

You should see everything Tencent has acquired in the last few years, sometimes by force! While Microsoft screams from the rooftops every time they acquire someone Tencent does it sneakily in the cover of night.

The games like Dreams that should be ported to PC aren't and the ones that shouldn't are

They can charge whatever they want I'm going to wait for a massive discount! I don't really see Atlus in a positive light as I use to so I don't feel like rewarding them with a full price purchase

@Max_the_German If Nintendo's next system is at least slightly close to the PS5 in power I don't think even Sony's millions to SE will prevent them from jumping ship to Nintendo.

After the recent Twitter update that limits the amount of post you can view a day the platform has become worthless to me. Hoping Elon gets bored one day and just sells it to someone more competent.

I also think switching to this new platform from Zuck would be like leaving the mouth of a Lion to instead go in the mouth of a Tiger.

I watch anime with dubs all the time but here it just doesn't sound right, he's too young to voice the character and I also would have prefer they've gotten a Japanese American like the Ghost of Tsushima voice actor.
