@nessisonett How though we hate games being censored that hasn't changed. We hate when Sony censor games, we hate when Japan censor them and we would hate if Xi Jinping received god powers and censored everything everywhere 🤷

So if you buy this and have 2K23 installed then more than half of your SSD storage is pretty much gone with just two games!

I wish I was playing it right now! I'll take those 2.5 hours of pure quality over 20 hours in a grindy repetitive game with crappy story, there's lots of games that fall into that latter category nowadays 🤷

Love or hate part 2 ND needs to make something else already, we really going to go two generations without a new ip from them?

They released Part I remaster this year and we will probably get Part II PS5 remaster soon, they also are making the multiplayer game and now maybe Part 3?

Is that as far as their talents can take them, making tlou games till the end of time? They said they are working on a new ip but I've heard that since TLOU remastered debuted on the PS4, let's see hopefully they do show off something that isn't tlou soon. 🤞

The game does looks good to me but not $70 good. I do love all the Arkham games excluding Origins because I haven't played it (where's the remaster at WB?).

When is on sale and it's been all patched up I will absolutely platinum it!

Nope just a bunch of really shiny PS4 games! We've had some great games but nothing that has put the PS5 in overdrive (Demon Souls probably got the closest to making the PS5 sweat).

I'm always looking for an excuse to support one of the best consumer friendly gaming companies currently (while they were one of the worst on 7th gen!). This is an automatic day one and I do hope Veronica follows right after.

@JB_Whiting I have never seen them go so hard on a game and deservingly so. Those waiting for a 60fps patch will wait for the rest of their lives, they can't even get it to smoothly run at 30.

No one loves wasting money on useless time exclusives more than Sony. If you're going to spend millions on say a car make sure those millions are so you can keep the car and not rent it for 12 months.

When I bought my second Dualsense controller I felt used and abused for paying that much for a freaking controller! This is just absurd and I'll will just continue playing my games and pretending the DualSense Edge doesn't exist.

I had a blast with the first one and I will have a blast with this one but at a later day, I will wait till is all patched up. I would even accept a sacrifice of a few thousand of those 300,000 rats on screen if they can get it to 60fps.

@RainbowGazelle So at the beginning of the PS3 era I assume you were saying "why has 30 fps randomly been decided as the standard?"

We have new machines that allow devs (apparently only talented devs) to set a new standard of 60fps which we did have prior to the introduction of HD. For PS6 ray-tracing and 120 fps will probably be the standards, WB Montreal is moving backwards.

Why are you saying it like it has 4 player couch coop which we all agree is incredibly taxing when that's not the case? Gotham Knights just has regular online coop. Borderlands 3 supported 4 player couch coop and online at the same time!

To not mince words the problem is that WB Montreal is just not that talented compared to other studios. I'm sure everyone there has a love and passion for making games but if they were purchased no one is exactly going to pay millions to keep the talent there like Sony did with Bungie.

There were already people like me thinking (from what they have shown) that Arkham Knight has better graphics, more detail, better gameplay and it can only match Arkham Knight's FPS despite that coming out at the beginning of the PS4 and this having all of the power of PS5 available?

It blows my mind that they didn't prioritize 60fps on a game that's entirely fast paced, a Persona 5 at 30fps and Gotham Knights at 30fps are two entirely different things despite both having the same framerate.

@Balosi If you have an Xbox is fair to assume you will probably already have GP (if not then you are playing the game of life wrong!) therefore those people that are currently chilling with their subscriptions will have the Persona games fall into their laps without them needing to do anything.

Yup for our loyalty to Atlus we will be paying full price for a third time and for Xbox fans (apparently) loyalty to the Persona series they get the games free, makes sense if you don't think about it 🙂

@UltimateOtaku91 You haven't seen the comparisons between all versions so there could be no difference or there could be something more noticeable, DF will probably cover them in detail.

At the end of the day were getting lesser versions (even if is just a few pixels less) of these Persona games than Xbox and will pay more for them. There must have been some kind of fallout between Sega and Sony or Microsoft made it rain at Sega HQ.

I'm not paying the same for an inferior product even if is just that the Series X/S versions load 3 seconds faster than PS4, I'll get them as soon as the PS5 versions are available.

Also is not too far fetched that Microsoft may be eyeing Sega as they are interested owning more Japanese companies and they also have had a relationship with Sega since they co-developed the Dreamcast.

If anything you should be championing for Microsoft to actually do better in the console race if you care about making PlayStation better.

If Microsoft wasn't there would we be paying $80 for PS5 games or $600 for the PS5? I don't know but Jim has shown us if he feels comfortable enough he will raise the price of everything he can get away with.

I personally prefer PlayStation when they are on their toes and have to try their hardest to win us over.

That's like Disney Plus offering you a $1 subscription for two years and you going "yeah but after those two years how much will they charge me?" Does it really matter? sell your Xbox and blacklist them if they start to overcharge.

PS Plus Premium is awful and Sony would make everyone's life easier if they got rid of it and added those old console games to Extra which is the real highlight tier.

They can also remove the expectation of them needing to add to that old library every month and just add games when they feel like it (like they are currently doing except people are waiting).

You really think Naughty Dog wanted to charge $70 for their remaster? You get Neil alone in a room and he would probably tell you that new games should have still cost $60.

If is 100% free then I certainly wouldn't be complaining, I would actually give them some credit. A $10 upgrade fee is really pushing it and I guess I could consider the argument that devs put some hours making it so we should pay something.

If super greedy money hungry, money starving Take-Two can just charge $10 to upgrade your GTAV copy to PS5 there's no reason Sony can't do the same or better.

Definitely one of my favorite game studios, have loved every single game they have made without exceptions! Is so bizarre to me that the games that do need remasters don't get them like Infamous 1, 2 and Festival of Blood.

You would have to be a borderline lunatic worthy of being in an Asylym to currently own a gaming PC and with what we know now purchase a PS5, in so many words Sony just told you don't come here were bringing the party to you!

Does the label on the plastic game box need to say PS5 for it to reach a new audience? They can play HZD right now on their favorite PS5 in Dynamic 4K 60fps, does Alloy need a few extra pixels for her to truly reach new heights?

My jaw would break through my floor and hit my neighbor if it doesn't cost $70, also when can we expect the remaster/remake of next year's Spider-man 2 🤔

If Injustice 2 was the complete edition it would have been a 1/3 for me, it continues the trend of we'll give you the vanilla edition so you can hopefully be tempted to buy all the dlc.

Streaming games is absolutely trash to me and you couldn't pay me to play a game like that so not surprised by this. Is also why I campaign for Sony to actually make a PS3 emulator on PS5 instead of the streaming nonsense they have.

Would it really hurt them to take at least a one game break from NFS? After this game if they made a new Burnout or remake a old one and then made the next NFS would that really destroy morale in the studio and force EA into bankruptcy?

Most definitely but then they saw how much budget that would require as opposed to a asymmetrical multiplayer which only needs a miniscule budget.

Is still embarrassing that 1-2 people in their basement, pooping in a bucket in the corner can get PS3 games running at 4K 60fps (on most likely weaker hardware than PS5) while a multi billion dollar corporation with thousands of developers can't figure it out.

Just discovered a "studio" named The Voices Games that has a bunch of filthy garbage in the store, for example something called Lady in a Leotard With a Gun.

If is that easy getting on the store maybe I should buy a couple of random Unity assets, put them in a blender and present that to the PS store and see if they put my game up 🙂

Didn't expect you of all people to admit this but yeah Jim and Phil are pretty similar as they are both slimmy corporate heads interested in making as much money as possible.

But like you implied, Phil is good at least in having a friendly public face and giving the illusion of being on your side. Jim is terrible at this and his corporate and public face look exactly the same, well at least he gets points for showing his true self 🤷

@WallyWest He's probably too young to face any prison time but he will be sued into oblivion, will be spending the rest of his life paying off the millions (or more!) in damages.

I loved the heck out of Ethan as a character, it felt like a nice break from seeing the usual 2-4 faces in every game. I'm going to get so many quality hours of gaming from just those $20 that the dlc cost.

The leak had the opposite effect on me In that I wasn't really looking forward to it before but that footage has me fully excited to see the full game with years of polished!

@Jtheripper the people responsible for RDR2 aren't going to go ahead and release a game that's considered inferior or is sub par in comparison. I think even this obvious early footage looks promising, when it does comes out it will have had years of polish and development.

After seeing some of the footage there's no way this is fake, it's too incredibly polished (all things considered) down to the voice acting. If it was fake then the people that made it need to put everything down and open their own AAA studio.
