wow how are they even allowed to do this its like a carbon copy. they must be banking on people confusing this for fall guys and downloading it by accident
@gamer1889 I noticed this too, I think it is an error with the listing and is supposed to be included with the subscription. I just signed up to play the game so I'm hoping they fix it soon
yeah Sand Land! I imagine Stellar Blade is going to siphon most of the attention from this one but it does not really appeal to me. I will definitely be getting this at some point it looks so good and seems like a lot of fun. No questions from me but thanks Robert for the thorough review!
@breakneck I think it captures the scale they're going for with the game very well. it doesn't always have to be simple if you're trying to embody something massive
@ApostateMage lmao! it drove me crazy the praise some of the characters in this game got they are as deep as a puddle. their defining qualities are just "loyal" and that is all there is to it. wild to me that anyone could see it differently
Never going back to this game after the platinum, I liked it for what it was but there is not enough there to go back. The combat was deep but all of the nuance felt really unnecessary given how easy the game is. Characters were pretty uninteresting and there is just no incentive to return for any expansion imo
Rebirth takes it easily for me although I've only really played Granblue and am in the early game of P3 reload. Have to show some love for PlateUp though super underrated excellent couch co op fun
@VanguardKaiser I thought the gameplay felt decent enough in the demo but you're right there was nothing going on and i deleted it after like 15 minutes. hopefully the full game has a lot more to offer
@DennisReynolds keep fighting the good fight brother. the same ones that whine and cry about this stuff either buy the game like normal or were never going to in the first place. if they knew anything about capcom they’d know this was coming and that it’s easily ignored/does not even slightly affect the core product
People acting like an 8 is disappointing is pretty wild to me, some of the best games are rated 8/10, the score just indicates the game might have some shortcomings which most do. No reason to not dive in or lose the hype you had initially
haha this is taking the "too many soulslikes" argument to the next level. could be a good way to get kids into the genre though I suppose? idk but looks harmless and could be decent fun
@Th3solution it’s a great game, I’m not even a huge jrpg person but the combat and story are awesome. There’s a lot of dialog and it’s long but it’s fun and the world is gorgeous
@Kidfunkadelic83 I just added them to the ignore list too, looked at their game ratings and saw they gave persona 3 reload a 5/10 and infinite wealth a 1/10, pretty impressive to have completed both of those 80+ hour games that came out almost the same day two weeks ago already! Hope some people keep this in mind when reading those “well thought out” opinions
@KundaliniRising333 I think you are really blowing this out of proportion I have seen you saying it on so many articles. I noticed some texture issues but it wasn't all that detrimental to the experience. The game will be great, don't play it if you don't want to but can we move on from this tired narrative
I'm thinking around a 7 right now but have to finish it. The story is really simple and the combat is like a stripped down, less complex Tales of Arise. Definitely pales in comparison to that game in every way and it’s hard not to compare given the similarities. Still having a lot of fun with it though and a nice palette cleanser before Rebirth
Edit: played a good bit more, almost done and I’m moving this down to a 6. Lots of reskinned bosses and not much challenge to be found. Very repetitive and just feels really uninspired in a lot of ways
That art style is gorgeous. Super tempted on this it looks so simple and fun. Just so torn with Rebirth right around the corner and the trifecta that is this, P3 and IW. Still not even close to deciding but I will get there
@StonyKL two great but very different games. Personally I think Ragnarok is a better game but it all depends what kind of experience you're looking for
