@Floki GT7 has been a fantastic game from the beginning. There are issues with the Microtransactions and the situation heated up further because of the server issues for far more than 24… all true, all legit to criticise it.
Halo infinite was and is an average shooter game with weak story and standard open world. Announced as a high potential exclusive for Xbox (and Pc) and ended up as a huge disappointment, gameplay wise and technically.
@Floki I absolutely like Ninja Theory (Enslaved!!) but tell only one Blockbuster Game from them from the past years?
All big announcements from MS so far we’re disappointing. Halo infinite? Funny.
Flight sim was cool, but is there really a majority of Xbox gamers still playing this game so heavily?
@Floki so far we know nearly nothing about these games. Hellblade 2 looks treating this first teaser but we don’t know anything about this game. Fable… is there even a release date?
It always sounds nice on paper with the Xbox and all of their plans but so far it’s just disappoint since the Xbox One. There wasn’t one really great exclusive game by the MS studios since years.
I can notice some visual fixes. It might not be perfect but everyone calling the game „unplayable“ because of the shimmering might only be trolling and have never played the game.
I’m also fine with paying full price for high quality games.
Sure the idea to have all the exclusives day 1 with a subscription service like game pass but as you see MS simply can not compete in terms of the quality of the games itself.
Just look at Netflix. Why they can not compete with high class movies that are made for the cinema? Simply because there is a trade off with such subscription services.
Paying 50-70€ for games like Horizon 2 or GT7 is fine for me.
PS simply love GT7 <3
@SoulChimera look how many years this take on the PS4 or the switch Folders are a groundbreaking feature. Not easy to implement. This takes a lot of effort.
And as all beta versions before suggested… still no VRR.
At least it’s mentioned in their blog post for this update again with an release „during the upcoming months“.
Games need an additional Update to support it otherwise there is an option to activate it even if a game does not officially support VRR.
@ApostateMage animations are not good enough for a 3rd person I guess. Still sad because character design especially in the photo mode is nice. You can really invest a lot of time in building a beautiful character.
@PenguinL @PenguinL ok far more than I’ve played. It was the same on the old release version. Amount of crashes increased heavily after some hours.
Nevertheless it’s nice to see that they still patching the game and after the huge disappointment during release it’s a pretty good game now. Not the groundbreaking never seen before RPG but a very solid one.
Atmosphere, story and visuals are very fine.
@PenguinL so far I was really impressed. Around 12 hrs playing version 1.5 on my ps5 and haven’t had a crash or other noticeable bugs so far. Only some minor animation stuff and one time a wrecked car that spawned within a road. Nothing major.
Some of the critic on the game are totally appropriate but the game is simply too good for this low score. Metacritic is like Twitter these days, only a plattform where internet people leave all their bs, but it has nothing to do with reality.
@savarunl it depends on the structure of the game itself and how the update file is packed. This was blazing fast until some point on the ps4. The update process was then changed what probably made the update files itself smaller but copy/install process took way longer since then. Not a major issue in my opinion.
@Just2Milky the work that they had invested here are most likely limited and furthermore it’s not as easy as you might thought. It’s an old engine that might have bottlenecks and further limitations on newer hardware.
@KilloWertz we will see. The Adressen it partially in this patch while mentioning again on twitter that they continue to fix this. I think it will become better step by step but never will be perfect (whatever perfect means in this case).
@PenguinL im really impressed with CP2077 so far. It’s a lot of fun. After the huge disappointment during release it’s so nice to finally have the game in a good shape. Even the visuals are pretty good in most areas. Nice atmosphere and characters.
Looking ok-Good. But for me it’s still a game that I finished 2013 on the Xbox 360. with so many new titles out, there no need and no time to play this again.
@Texan_Survivor in general you’re right but it’s not as simple as that. Maybe the old engine is the limiting factor. This is no game or engine that was developed with new consoles in mind.
@tameshiyaku just see the Mesa they did with this GTA collection. Highly outdated graphics but even there different graphic modes, all with their own problems. Simply a no buy for these old games. Simple as that. I played GTA5 on the Xbox 360 in 2013… There are so many good open world games out there. No reason to buy this for the full price. People who missed GTA5 so far, they can buy this new version, but they shall please weit for a discount.

Re: Real-Life vs Horizon Forbidden West Is a PS5, PS4 Comparison for the Ages
Good quality in the Reality Graphics Mode. Nice RTX effects. Is this running with a dynamic resolution?
Re: PlayStation Boss Promises More Acquisitions Are Planned
A lot of April fools going on currently.
But o could imagine that they at least buy one more studio (square Enix, Capcom or From Software).
Re: GTA 5 PS5 Will Lift a Physical Release This Month
Every shop digital or locally needs GTA 5 - this can not stop.

@Floki different story. We know the most recent games by Insomniac and how they deliver.
A lot of reasons to be excited.

Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 418
GT7, Horizon 2 and CP2077
Weather is pretty good soo I won’t spend too much time with gaming.
Re: Gran Turismo 7 PS5, PS4 Has Been Offline All Day
It hurts. The game itself is simply fantastic.
Please don’t push it down with all these stupid micro transactions and those online only problems.
Re: Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.07 Available Now, Here Are All the Patch Notes

@ApostateMage but still this is always shown when you have the HUD settings overall to Dynamic. I think this icon should be part of this setting.
