When people say "PS5 lacks reasons to buy one" then they mean there aren't many exclusive games. If I'm not mistaken the only current PS5 exclusive game is FF16. And even that one has a PC port in development
But there is ofc the upcoming Spider-Man 2 and FF7Rebirth

I'm turning it off as well. Jumping off high places without consequences is just to much fun

I wish they would just drop the update already. Curious to see what has changed since release almost 3 years ago (I hope a lot)

The Witcher 3: 182 h
FF XV: 141 h

All of which I played on PS4. My highest rated PS5 would be Cyberpunk with 86h (and even that one actually was the PS4 verion played on PS5)

I guess most of my playtime goes to Nintendo games

I really didn't expect DLC for this games, especially 2 years after release

Looking forward to it, ToA was one of my favorite games of 2021

@dustinprewitt I too would want to play the third part of this trilogy on PS4 when it releases in lets say 2028, 15 years after the PS4s release /s

Tbh I'm actually looking more forward to games like FF7R2 or Stellar Blade than any possible first party games

I mean the Rog Ally drains the battery in 1-2h in newer games depending on the mode and I assume that the iPhone has an even smaller battery than the Rog Ally

That's pretty ironic considering FFXVs DLC all were story bits that were cut from the main story and sold as DLC. Like "You want to know why Ignis suddenly became blind? Buy the DLC!"

@CutchuSlow Ok, I did indeed mean mpbs but for mbit/s and not for the MB/s. So they were indeed talking about 450mbps aka 56.5MB/s

@CutchuSlow I tried it on my mobile phone and on the Steam Deck via Chiaki. I can assure, it is not good for streaming

edit: And no, they were talking about 50MB/s since that person had about 450Mbit/s and other people claimed "That's just about 56MB/s, it's not that great"

@General_Disarray Just recently the Series S has been sold for 180€ during Prime Days. I guess for that price people should expect some compromises compared to the Series X

I wanted to give GoWR another try a few days ago but as soon as Mimir said "We won't find him (Atreus) there" as soon as I went towars a lootable, optional chest I was out again

Aren't those voice lines supposed to help people? So why are they trying to get me away from optional stuff the developers placed there?

Even if I wanted (which I don't) I couldn't because my internet just isn't good enough to stream games.
To give you an idea, just recently I've seen some people online arguing that a download speed of 54MB/s is "relatively slow". I have a download speed of 3MB/s

Makes sense, I assume a lot of people want the (re)play the base game before the DLC drops. Especially since it's been almost 3 years since that game released

@Mikey856 That's why I played in graphics mode from the very beginning. Usually I prefer performance mode but after I've heard that the framerate is constantly somewhere between 35-60fps I just decided to stick with an (almost) locked 30fps

I've been watching a thread on Twitter that included ever game shown and I'm really glad I didn't waste my time watching this. I mean there were a few things that interested my but for a 2h show they definitely didn't show much

I always have wondered what a combination of Tears of the Kingdom, The Witcher 3 and Assassin's Creed would look like

One thing those developers don't seem to understand is that people won't keep playing a game (or even start to play that game to begin with) if there is not much to it at launch.
You just can't expect people to keep playing something when there is barely anything to play

@djape Yeah but if someone has slow internet it can take ages to download that, installing it from a disc is way faster

For example the other day I downloaded RDR2 on PC which is 117GB and it took me about 11h to download it

It's the only game I've really played on PS5 this year so far

Just finished it, there are some smaller complains but that doesn't take aware from the fact that this is an amazing game. Easily a 9/10

Also I once again want to mention that imo the side quests (especially the ones later into the game) are really good and shouldn't be missed out just because some of the earlier ones aren't that special
