@naruball It's not exactly selective. We've been vocal any time a company has required an additional account in order to play their game (heck, Ubisoft and EA games require an additional launcher on top of the account).

The outrage is just louder at the moment with Sony, because they're the latest company that's requiring it after a couple releases where it was optional.

I also believe that on console you don't need an account if you buy the game physically, so console gamers get a choice while PC gamers don't have that luxury as majority of games nowadays are digital-only releases.

If the review is accurate, the beta that I played was a completely different game compared to the final product.

I'm gonna wait for the inevitable 2nd "definitive" version of the game as I don't really want to double-dip.

Like everyone else, I'll wait for the super duper ultra special awesome edition down the line.

I'm still undecided if I'll continue with my Premium sub or not. For me it's just a matter of convenience of turning on the console and being able to stream PS3 games.

I guess it depends on the black friday sale.

Ragnarök just didn't click with me like the rest of the series did. I expected improvements to the combat, but sadly it was the same as in the prequel - enemies' strikes following you as you dodge is my main issue.

I think that Ragnarök is a good game, but it's definitely overhyped and overrated by its fans.

How about instead of them taking ideas from other older games they instead take them from decades worth of comics or better yet, come up with their own?

I've already played or tried most of them already, but nonetheless a really good month if true.

Hopefully there's gonna be a dedicated Boruto game at some point as I'd much prefer to play that and experience something new than to replay the Naruto's story for the umpth time.

Does Boruto have so little story and content that they're unable to make a dedicated Boruto game?

I have a feeling that like every Gamefreak game, it'll be a cool concept, but ultimately half baked.

How's the performance? I remember Chapter One dropping frames on PS5 all the time and I don't want to buy into a similar experience.

Currently in the process of catching up to the point where the game supposedly takes place so that I don't get spoiled for the arcs and characters it contains.

I honestly don't understand why GOW:R is regarded as this pinnacle of gaming this year when it's at best a mediocre sequel.

I really hope there's not going to be any DLC as I didn't enjoy the game enough to be excited to jump in again just to experience the continuation of the story.

Personally I give it a 5 - completely mediocre and a rather disappointing sequel. Combat hasn't been improved and still has the same issues that it had in the previous game, making it a chore to play.
The story was a major disappointment to me as well. There are no doubt some incredible scenes in it, but IMO they don't make up for the bad decisions made by Kratos and Atreus throughout the game.
In my eyes, it's definitely the worst in the series.

I wouldn't mind the chatter if it wasn't as frequent. Sometimes I just wanna look around thoroughly before proceeding with the puzzle and it's infuriating to have to hear the same dialogue over and over again which tends to spoil how the puzzle is solved as well.

Wish there'd be an option to turn it off or at least increase the time before the characters effectively solve the puzzle for you.

I just hope that this remake wont struggle to run like Chapter One does

I can't justify spending pretty much the same amount of cash on an accessory that I spent on the console itself.

I think I'll just pick up PSVR instead.

Great game that made me fall in love with the series all over again.

I already own Lego Harry Potter and I have no interest in the other two games, but it's a definitely a decent lineup nonetheless.

I want 60fps in new releases and I'll skip any game that doesn't have an option for it.

I was very exited to play it until they confirmed that it runs at 30fps - went and cancelled my pre-order due to that. Given how it apparently has inconsistent framerates, I think I dodged a bullet.

I'll pick it up if it ever gets a performance option down the line.

@CassiopeiaGames I own the physical PS4 game (Uncharted 4: A Thief's End).

I first tried it on PS5, but it seemed to default to the Legacy edition (maybe because I redeemed the standalone DLC on PS+ Extra), at least visually (background and logo).

Due to that not working I went to my base PS4 and tried the game here...It didn't default to the Legacy edition, but it still didn't count towards the achievement thing when ran and left running for about half an hour.

240€ is ludicrous for a controller. For the same price I can get 3 DualSense controllers and still have some money left over.

I get the fact that they're trying to push it as a luxury item with this price, but a controller costing more than 1/3 of the console it's meant for is pure insanity.

The Uncharted one simply doesn't want to work for me. I tried running it several times on PS5 as well as on PS4. Sucks that I can't get a collectible due to their shoddy system.

I completely understand if a game is unable to run at 4K/60fps on a console (never expected it to begin with), but I refuse to believe that it's not possible to provide an option to run it at 60fps at lower resolutions.

How about they start announcing games at an appropriate time instead of 10 years before they've even started working on it so that they can actually hit the marks they set for themselves?

Why offer an upgrade path and lower your profits if fanboys will gladly pay the full price the third time and thank you for it.

@Milktastrophe The main draw of premium for many people (including myself) is the access to retro games. Retro game offerings are SEVERELY lacking, so yes, it is trash.

We're paying for the premium service right now, so the offerings should be good right now not months down the line. Stop trying to spin the service as good when we all know it's trash at this moment.
