@HonestHick lot of hypocrisy in the comments for sure, I recall many people here calling starfield "starfailed" and claiming games like sea of thieves and state of decay were mediocre trash but now look all this speculation and excitement.

Shows a lot of people here only own a playstation and couldn't stand their platform being excluded. Can't wait to see "starfailed" come to playstation and have it be the #1 best seller, people gonna be paying that money to "con man" phil aa they love to call him.

@Kraven ain't no way they'll ever port those two, that is like Nintendo putting smash bros outside of their systems, unless sony is willing to put the likes if uncharted and killzone on other platforms which they won't then i don't see how Xbox would out their major stuff on PS, Sony won't even put killzone or uncharted 1-3 on pc.

@Gamer83 steam version in a couple years won't be censored that's for sure, Sony has a history of forcing devs to censor games just look at senran kagura, the consumer should choose in their system settings the content they want to see and consume not have it dictated by some corporate prude, this is how it's handled on steam complete user choice.

@The_Wailing_Doom Only meddling to be seen on that front has been from Sony with ghostwire, deathloop and that attempted deal to get starfield exclusivity before Microsoft decided to purchase Bethesda. Ghostwire and deathloop shouldn't have even came to Xbox because they both stink.

@UltimateOtaku91 uh the series is already dead since 4 because fallout 4 sucks and so does this tv show, both made for normies so there is nothing for Microsoft to "kill".

You can't even fix fallout 4 with mods because you still got a trash goober main quest, corny immersion breaking voice acting meaning you can't play as your own character and the modding community is non existent, add to all this Bethesda broke all the mods.

Game still sucks even if it looked like cyberpunk because you can't make your own character you're playing as Emil's character either daddy duties married guy or married woman with a kid.

Helldivers 2 and i wish i didn't buy it at this point because the playerbase is braindead, multiple games people just straight up ignore bunkers so you get robbed of potential super credits, you can ping spam, tell them in chat and even respawn them directly in front of the bunkers and these mouthbreathers straight up refuse to press a button.

Push square you've fully overrated the game, game about working together to secure planets and yet nobody works together and your own teammates are who'll cause your demise not the enemy ai.

@LikelySatan I don't care about the game being always online i care about my pc, gameguard doesn't uninstall when you uninstall the game (something a dev claimed otherwise) and it runs on start-up of windows something EAC doesn't do.

If you look at the games that use gameguard most are Chinese or korean games that nobody outside of those countries knows about with exception of phantasy star online and it causes performance loss, there was no reason for arrowhead to use this garbage over EAC which is tried and true/runs only when playing a game with it.

Game just looks real boring even if it didn't have the many other issues, overwatch 2 escort payload missions and shooting what i assume are just clayface style clones brainiac uses?

This game is what you'd get if you purchased an agents of mayhem key from a grey market site, i would play AoM numerous more times before i ever touched this, wouldn't play this if it was free.

@Rmg0731 What franchise they have many, if talking about borderlands i fail to see how i mean borderlands 2 does everything better than 1 and 3 does gunplay/movement better than 2

@Darknexus you literally have to pay to create a new character and you have to pay to get the right to customise your character mid game like it's an mmo.

If Bethesda did this they'd get railed harder than they usually do but i guess dragons dogma is the new thing the masses want to latch onto and defend because it'd been hyped up hard by streamers just like elden ring when dark souls and DD1 were niche games.

Still won't touch this game until they get rid of the malware known as gameguard and use EAC as the anticheat instead.

@jt887 Yep, played for 25 minutes and realised how unplayable battlefront 2 is with aim acceleration you can't turn off, Microsoft gave me a refund in under 5 minutes, such a disappointment and a disservice to pandemic.

EA having motive remaster the games would have been more successful, we've seen how they handled dead space last year.

@Shinnok789 Can you even see a visual difference in 1080/1440 vs 4k because i can't and i know many would rather play the likes of starfield in 1080p 60fps than 4k 30fps.

@Player_1_Ready console gaming sounds like a waste of time to me, this generation has been a joke and doesn't feel like it's even really started yet because the majority of games have been terrible cashgrabs like immortals of aveum, atlas fallen and forspoken which all seem like the exact same game with their stupid glove/hand magic , terrible characters and stories.

I can't think of a single game that i have played or liked that was only on current gen besides dead island 2.

@HonestHick Yes when the games are only on Xbox and pc it's bad but when they come to playstation they automatically become good, same thing happened with ps plus tiers when people thought it would be like game pass they were creaming themselves but as soon as the nature of tiers was revealed it was back to hating on gamepass purely because of not being able to have it.

@TheCollector316 Playstation isn't countering nothing, Xbox did the countering because playstation were literally trying to get starfield as an exclusive after having massive game like street fighter v exclusive eventhough the best competition for street fighter iv was on the 360.

@BacklogBrad The games would be sold on epic since Sony has contracts with them and they couldn't ever get away with a subscription to play online on pc it wouldn't end well for them

@MrGawain every fps is now made for casuals though look at the big two, call of duty and battlefield both are made for casuals and they suck because of it

I recall people here excited for ps plus tiers believing it would be a game pass competitor, if game pass went away I'm sure you guys would complain about pc playing sony games like helldivers online no subscription required like someone already has 🙄

"the studio is now moving onto fixing issues with the game itself" does this mean they'll remove the nprotect gameguard which shouldn't be in any game and mandatory psn account which shouldn't be a thing for a game purchased on steam.

Won't play unless they replace gameguard with EAC.
