Feh, I was hoping this would be a turn-based roguelike.

Is this an SRPG? I've never even heard of this series. Definetly looking forward to this after glancing at some gameplay footage.

Sure were getting this but how about that Onimusha HD remaster?

I might give this a try though considering I've never touched the series.

Not really playing anything particular at the moment, my friend was visiting me in the weekend and I've been mainly playing Monster Hunter 4 and Smash Bros with him. Prior to that I was playing I am Setsuna, but honestly I dunno if I want to return to that, as I was fearing, the piano only soundtrack makes it pretty goshdarn dull to play.

Well this is at least on my "considering" list whereas I'm pretty much set on not getting FF15, it doesn't look or play remotely anything like earlier Final Fantasies.

Well that's a questionable choice for DLC if I ever saw one. I generally prefer english VAs on my RPGs, but I'm sure this is something that would quite annoy some people.

Yeah a demo would be nice, I hear its a minecraft clone but I barely know what minecraft is even supposed to be like. Is it really just building around blocky structures and nothing else?

I quickly tried the demo but I just couldn't get a feel to it, nothing seemed to combo into anything, whereas with KoF 13 I atleast managed to pull of basic Weak to strong to special move combos. Maybe its just my lack of experience with fighting games or maybe Nelson is just a different kind of character (since he is the only one I had the time to try). I guess it might just be harsher on the timing compared to KoFXIII as well, I hear they are trying to increase the level of depth with this one.

But I really only played for like half an hour, so the above text really doesn't mean much at all. KoF XIII was my favorite fighting game on the PS3 and I'm willing to believe this will end just the same.

I guess I might as well. I was kind of disappointed by Guilty Gear Xrd personally, I thought it lacked some of the charm that made the earlier games so great.

All this game still needs is Lei.

Yeah.. 3D fighters rarely turn out that good it seems. Shame they decided to go this way, especially when the PS3 JoJo game was actually pretty good.

Well that's cool, I've considered getting this but just haven't gotten around it yet. This works out quite nicely.

Is this worth considering if I already got Nobunaga's Ambition on the PS4? Is it basically just a same game with different setting, or are there some actual differences?

I have this on the Wii, it was pretty great, though all of the control options sucked there sadly, since it was early on the Wii's lifespan and they were obligated to put crappy motion controls where they definetly weren't needed.

I wonder if the PS2 version ran smoothly? I know for a fact that at least the PSP version had much lower framerate compared to the Wii version.

Getting I am Setsuna and KoF 14 for sure.

Whether or not I get either of the Final Fantasy games is highly dependent on the reception they get and, especially for XV, whether or not it has ANY real customization options.

The game looked great from what I saw from the E3 presentation, but I'm still not sold on the soundtrack having nothing but Piano.

Doesn't this have a retail release? I'll definetly be going for that.

I think it looks fine, I'll take it over a standard "just plaster in all the main characters in the game" cover anyday.

It had complete lack in any of the genres I really like, so yeah, it was very disappointing.

This whole E3 thing lacked any new JRPGs, Strategy games and Fighting games. All of my favorite genres. I don't like being negative, but I found it a waste of time.

Meh none of those really interest me, maybe Persona, but even that I feel kind indifferent towards.

I hope there will be some sort of surprise in the E3.

I miss clear plastic personally. Extra points if it's a clear handheld.

Oh yeas! I hear the international version had a speed up feature of some sort which I think would massively help my enjoyment of the game. Extra customisation features are a huge plus as well obviously.

I had to give Xrd -Sign- a miss because Revelator was already announced by the time I got my PS4. Pretty hyped for this.

Now if only I managed to convince my friends to try it out.

I'm very much looking forward to this. My PS4 has been practically crying for a fighting game and this and Guilty Gear Revelator will hopefully be able to fill that spot.

I'm conflicted. I would to see something done with Chrono Trigger considering it is my favorite game of all time, but on the other hand I fear they would turn into a crappy cinematic action game kinda like they're doing with Final Fantasy 7.

My hope is that the customisation and item creation stuff is better than SO4's was.

SO2's was so great with that and it was what made me fall in love with the series.

I really like Continuum Shift Extend but I played a bit too much of it with my friend and he just grew sick of it. Which sadly made me unable to really get into Chrono Phantasma, and I doubt this is any different.

Oh yeah, I should be pre-ordering this right now.

This game looks amazing. But I still find solely using the Piano for the music a dreadfully boring choice, at least amp it up a bit for the battle themes.

Huh, I'm honestly not sure which look I prefer. The remaster seems to lack detail in places and lightning seems to have taken a hit in parts. But In some weird way it makes the game easier for my brain to process (if that makes any sense even) and I do prefer the sharper colors the remaster has.

Eh. I didn't really care enough for the Arkham games to bother getting them again though.

I suck at fast paced action games like Fallout, but honestly this sounds like the only way to go if I ever feel like returning to the game.

Perhaps I can do something with a VATS heavy build, but regular FPS gameplay? Nope, can't do it, even easy gave me problems with that.

Really wanted to like this, but nope. I really can't seem to get into strategy games that don't use a standard overhead view.

What a completely meh list, my taste in games certainly differs from the general opinion it would appear.

That's kinda cool, platformers don't do much for me anymore (Thanks new super mario bros spam), but it's always cool to see a beloved classic brought back.

I really like the idea behind survival mode, but I absolutely blow at any sort of action games, particularly shooting games. So I doubt I can even get past the molerats you fight at the very beginning of the game. Maybe I will give this a shot with an extremely VATS reliant build at some point when the time is right.

Has this one been specifically made for the PS4? I think Zestria was both a PS3 and PS4 game, in japan at least, which probably held it back somewhat at least.

Namco has really gotten crazy about this series, it seems like there is one every year now. Kinda wish they tried to put some more time and effort into them.

Monthly subscription format just doesn't work for me, I play online very scarcely. There should be an option where you could buy like say 20 hours of online game time, and it only ticks down whenever you actually play online.

Suikoden 3 over 2, Whaaaat?

I can see few key masterpieces like SMT: Nocturne, Final Fantasy 7 & Tactics and Tekken 3 but mostly there seems to be a focus on western games which aren't really my thing for the most part.

I dunno, I used to love FF9 as a kid, but honestly the godawful load times, overall slow gameplay, time wasting steal mechanics & minigames make it a chore to play today.

In my opinion its one of the worst aged FF games out there.

The weird neon-color artstyle puts me to sleep, I have nothing against indies (Axiom Verge was my GOTY 2015), I like the bullethell element it seems to have, but combining that with hack&slash type combat? Honestly this doesn't look very appealing to me at all.

Swiching to japanese is always a last ditch effort for me (unless it's a fighting game in which I always go for japanese). I looked at the above video and so far there didn't seem to be anything too unbearable.

Really like that mug, too bad hot drinks don't do it for me at all.

I played Demon's souls and Dark Souls, honestly I find the series a bit too slow paced for my liking. I can kinda see where the appeal does come from though.

I like Dynasty Warriors and I absolutely love turn-based strategy so hopefully this one will deliver, I was very disappointed by Koei's latest offering, that is, Samurai Warriors 4 Empires.

Cool beans, after SMT4:Final this is probably the game I'm most hyped about for this year.
