To me if you loved the first game, you'll love this. If you didn't "get" DD1, you won't "get" this. Despite the frustrations at times, I am having a blast

Just fought a Cyclops, then a Minotaur then a chimera on the way to the sphinx, then leaving her domain I immediately fight another minotaur.

Next step medusa then some drakes.

I am thoroughly enjoying this.

It's more Dragons Dogma Dark Arisen and I love for that. Small details like getting thrown off a flying griffin and your pawn catching you are great.

I'll go in day one without playing the demo. This often works out for me. I remember getting mass effect just by the box art back when it came out.

I felt that the quest for the house didn't come too late on. By the point it arrived I had the gold to purchase the house. Any sooner, I would've been short.

Installing now. Just gotta wait till after tea (dinner if you're not from up north) to play.

Loadouts is a must. I have a Final Fantasy mode ability list I'd like to be able to save and easily come back to, so I can try other stuff. Now I can!

I hope Dreams managed to inspire some talented devs to pursue a career in game development, or got them a job as part of their portfolio.

Azur Lane is the only gacha I play, so this interests me.

Their character design is the best amongst all the gachas too.

Not scary is a flag for me. As much as Fatal Frame Maiden of Blackwater is repetitive at times, it's at least scary most of the time.

Finishing off the Steelrising platinum. It's no Dark Souls or Nioh, however for a small french , it's an admirable attempt.

Waiting for Digital Foundry's tech review where they don't talk about the graphics and tech, and focus on the "out dated" character models instead.

Furyru games should always be gone into with mid expectations. Crymachina was conceptually great and mid in delivery.
Crystar was conceptually great and mid in in delivery.

I wish more games had 40FPS (in 120hz containers) like Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart had. This game would look great and play great in that mode, probably.

(If this is what balanced mode does, I'm all for it. )

@NieR_Dark I hope in a scarlet nexus 2 that the stories run side by side rather than having to do Ng+ for the second story (and trophies)

Since I have a VRR display, along as the frame rate stays above the lowest value VRR needs on ps5, 38 FPS iirc, I don't mind.
