A 6. (I am 15 hours in must be said )It is so boring.
Combat is not bad but absolutely nothing special.
The story is a bit bland with absolutely no surprises (in fact i will wager loads of money that someone who appears to have bitten the dust is very much alive).
And above all if this was called forspoken or something else i would not have batted an eyelid.
It doesnt feel like a ff game to me.
And yes i know i am in the minority.

Loads of children play fifa as well. Where were you then sony?

You know, turn based rpgs from japan are my favourite genre ever.
But for some reason the persona series just never did it for me.
I started persona 5 and after 30 or 40 hours it just lost me.
Dunno why.
Oh well.

I couldnt care less. But just enough to post that i couldnt care less.

I think i get why you do mini reviews, but almost always they tend to be to short for me.
After reading this i do not have enough to have a clear picture what this is about. (As do all mini reviews for me)

If you like fire emblem give this a go.
Do mind that the fire emblem mindset doesnt get you far.
No powerhouse individuals here (especially early game) you get 5 characters and you really need to treat them as a unit.

I am playing this at the moment and i dont get the difficulty complaints. I havent wiped yet and i am almost done with the platinum and campaign.
For me its a solid 7.5
The story is a bit meh but the gameplay is nice, just take your time on each map.
Recommended for everyone who likes strategy rpgs.
Free update for ps5 sounds nice, hope for a seperate trophy list

@DrGonzo weird, for some reason it doesnt appear on the Dutch store. It is available on the Belgium store (and uk) but not the Dutch store. Shame.

@DrGonzo where is that on the store? Redemption reapers i mean. I dont see it anywhere. Only the message that it will release feb 22.

She didnt look extraordinary small to me as almost everyone looks like that to me

Play and platted 0,kiwami,kiwami 2 judgment and fist of the North Star (i count it)
Almost platted 3 but 3 is by far my least favourite, the enemies block so much it sucks.
0 is best for me

The game looked generic as hell.
This and the battle pass (just for cosmetics but still a battle pass) tipped it into never play territory for me.
But i am sure there will be people who will enjoy this.

People hype these things up to much.
And when it doesnt deliver they say it sucks.
Is that on sony or themselves?
I never expect anything from these things and thus never disappointed.

Just finished midnight Suns platinum.
Now i Started one from the backlog, immortals Fenix rising and all dlc.
Fun game.

i really dont have time for six hour gameathons anymore so battery life doesnt concern me personally.

I am a jrpg fanatic but the persona games do nothing for me.
Persona 5 has such high praise but i find it such a slog to get through.

Elden ring. The Billy eilish of gaming. Win a lot of prizes but the product sucks.
Yes it is the hottest of takes.

In years time people will look back at elden ring and say: 'we rated THIS so highly? Assets are reused all over the place (wait this crypt again? Didnt i finish this ten times already?) , the camera kills you more than enemies do, the story while playing is non existent, the end bosses are balanced laughily bad (good luck with a melee build and the last boss decides to teleport constantly). We must have been high'.

Eyuden chronicle and suikoden remasters are missing.

Glad it didnt take top spot.

I will not ever understand the lovefest for elden ring.
Kudos to everyone who enjoys it and loves it.
For me it was one of the worst experiences i have ever had in gaming.
(i did plat it, just through sheer force of will).
I hate it with a passion that is almost holy.
But i understand that is a minority viewpoint.
