I think it's gonna end up being as average and generic as the Spiderman games. Nothing wrong if you like that with shiny graphics but I'm hoping I'm proved wrong.
Even though a lot of information about Yasuke is still a topic of debate (which is why he's a good choice) some historians say he was a mercenary before his arrival in Japan so he had combat experience. There's also some experts who say he was indeed present in a few japanese battles, so he was definitely not a pet or jester (don't know where people got that from). He also acted as a bodyguard, so his combat experience is not in question. My only complain is the use of shuriken as a weapon.

Re: The First Descendant (PS5) - A Mindless and Repetitive Grind
Still better than Kill the Justice League.
Let's see the score for that one... OH...
I'll go buy that one I guess.
Re: Nudity Confirmed for Dragon Age: The Veilguard: 'This is a Mature RPG'
That's cool I guess. Won't change my decision to get it Day 1.
Re: You Simply Have to Play This Stone Cold PSP Tactics Classic on PS5, PS4
Still have it on my PSP/Vita so no thanks.
Re: 13 New Games Land on PS Plus Extra, Premium Next Week
I already have most of those. And the PSP games I can play in my Vita. So nothing of value for me.
Re: Ubisoft Apologises for Using Re-Enactment Group's Flag in Assassin's Creed Shadows Art
And about the kanji thing. It's pretty silly no one checked, yeah.
But Red Dead Redemption 1 had the worst Spanish I've ever heard from a videogame and no one complained. Worst as in 'literally makes no sense'.
Re: A 3D Double Dragon Revival Is in Development at Arc System Works
I really really liked Gaiden even if the chibi style wasn't my cup of tea.
Re: Ubisoft Apologises for Using Re-Enactment Group's Flag in Assassin's Creed Shadows Art
I think it will still sell millions and millions like Odyssey and Valhalla.
And we had Ezio, an italian MC in a game taking place in Constantinople. No one complained.
Re: Indie Hit El Paso, Elsewhere Revealed for PS5, Out This Year
@Yousef-
Wasn't expecting anyone to recognize Zhuge Liang.
A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.
Re: Indie Hit El Paso, Elsewhere Revealed for PS5, Out This Year
@Yousef-
But a welcome one?
Re: Indie Hit El Paso, Elsewhere Revealed for PS5, Out This Year
"Have you been waiting for a PS5 port of El Paso, Elsewhere?"
No, I was waiting for a PS5 port of El Paso right here.
Re: Next Like a Dragon Title a Surprise for Fans, RGG Studio Teases
One of the few games I gave a 10/10 was Infinite Wealth, still the best game of the year.
Hopefully they keep the Ichiban games going.
Re: Talking Point: What's Your PS5 Game of the Year for 2024 So Far?
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. There's no competition.
Re: Dragon Age: The Veilguard's In-Depth Difficulty Settings Even Have a No Death Option
I think that's perfect. Don't like it? Don't use it. Simple and effective.
Re: Poll: Are You Happy with Your PS Plus Essential Games for July 2024?
It's been PS Minus for a while now.
Re: The Obligatory Helldivers 2 Isn't As Popular As It Was Headlines Have Started to Emerge
That'll happen with online games. It's still good though.
Re: Assassin's Creed Remakes Are on the Way, Ubisoft Confirms
Wouldn't pay to play the Ezio games or Black Flag.
The other ones don't need a remake.
Maybe the first one?
Re: Legendary Zombie Game Dead Rising Gets a Second Remaster, Out in 2024
The generation of remakes and remasters.
Re: PS Plus Essential Games for July 2024 Announced
Glad I let my suscription expire. Laughable month.
Re: Dragon Age: The Veilguard Character Creation Covers Appearance, Classes, and Factions
It is indeed one of my most anticipated games. Maybe even Day 1.
Re: Poll: Are You Playing Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree?
Not even for free.
Re: Dragon Age: The Veilguard Assures Its RPG Roots with Massive Skill Trees for Each Class
More hyped every day.
Re: Yet More Leaked Wolverine PS5 Gameplay Has Appeared Online
I think it's gonna end up being as average and generic as the Spiderman games. Nothing wrong if you like that with shiny graphics but I'm hoping I'm proved wrong.
Re: Poll: So, What Are Your Thoughts on Dragon Age: The Veilguard?
It might be a day 1 purchase for me. Loved both Dragon Age 2 and Inquisition (got the Platinum on both), so I'm really hyped about this one.
Re: Talking Point: What PS5 Game Had the Best Showing Across All the Summer Gaming Events?
Assassin's Creed Shadows and Star Wars Outlaws. Also Dynasty Warriors but that's just because I'm a big fan.
Re: Beyond Good & Evil 20th Anniversary Edition Release Seems Imminent on PS5
Never played it back in the day. Bought it for Xbox thanks to retrocompatibility for like 2 dollars and still haven't played.
Re: 14 PS Plus Extra, Premium Games Announced for June 2024
Another terrible month. Glad my suscription expired.
Re: Phantom Blade Zero PS5 Not Another Soulslike, Offers Multiple Difficulty Options
Kudos to the developers. It seems they have no need to hide average combat by forcing a difficulty level.
Re: Scathing Star Wars Outlaws PS5 Previews Unfavourably Compare Gameplay to PS Vita's Uncharted: Golden Abyss
I never could force myself to finish Golden Abyss, but I think Outlaws looked fantastic! Will be playing 3 days early, that's for sure.
Re: Forget About the Cheesy Reveal Trailer with 20 Mins of Dragon Age: The Veilguard Gameplay
I liked both the trailer and this, but this looks epic. Man, they made us wait.
Re: Preview: Assassin's Creed Shadows' Two Characters Will Satisfy Both Old and New Fans on PS5
Just that gameplay alone showed more promise than Ghost of Midshima. I'm hypeeed.
Re: Hold Your Horses, Dragon Age: The Veilguard Actually Looks Sick in Gameplay Teaser
One-time companion?
Re: Assassin's Creed Shadows Emerges with 13 Minutes of Stabby, Smashy Gameplay
Playing three days early. Hell yeah.
Re: Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Demands Always Online Internet Connection, Campaign Included
Casual players aren't going to care one bit.
Re: Dragon Age: The Veilguard Shifts to 'Real-Time Action Combat'
And that's for the better. It'll be another GOTY like Inquisition.
Re: Here's Your First Real Look at Assassin's Creed Shadows Gameplay
Looks amazing. I have high expectations. Might even be better than Odyssey and Valhalla which were almost perfect.
Re: Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue 531
I wish I could play Hit & Run but I only have a Playstation.
Re: Ubisoft Confirms Time, Date, and Featured Games for Upcoming Forward Showcase
No other game hypes me as much as Shadows.
Here's hoping we see The Sands of Time too.
Re: Dynasty Warriors Origins Could Be the Comeback Fans Have Been Waiting For on PS5
@NinjaNicky
I think it's going to be kinda like the Samurai Warriors Chronicles subseries. Created protagonist but you can use other characters too.
Re: Hogwarts Legacy Summer Update Revealed with Photo Mode and More
@DennisReynolds
And it was the best selling game of 2023. Clearly not a priority.
Re: PS Plus Essential Games for June 2024 Announced
Laughable stuff. 😂
Re: Japan Sales Charts: Stellar Blade Is on Top Again, Sells 10,000+ Copies
It sold more than a few old games. Shocker.
Re: UK Sales Charts: Gap in New Releases Means Business as Usual for Regular Bestsellers
I like how Hogwarts Legacy is already considered "regular bestseller".
Kudos to WB for that one.
Re: Boss Rush Mode, Better Fast Travel in New Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown Update
@Voltan
I think they're referring to the fast travel "portals" that are statues instead of a material/item.

This one is an amazing game! Don't sleep on it, people.
Re: Assassin's Creed Shadows Reveal Trailer Is Already the Most Disliked in Series History
Gotta go give it my like. I forgot.
Re: Assassin's Creed Shadows Pre-Orders Already 'Looking Very Strong'
Here's hoping it surpasses Valhalla as the most profitable AC game ever.
Re: A Lot of PS4 Owners Have Yet to Upgrade to PS5
I mean for most people there isn't a reason. Namely, a console seller. It will probably change with GTA6.
Re: Assassin's Creed Shadows Can Be Played Entirely Offline, Once You've Installed It
@tangyzesty
I 100% both games and both left me wanting more.
Re: Physical Version of Assassin's Creed Shadows Needs Online Connection for Installation
Just for installing? No big deal.
Re: Assassin's Creed Shadows Dated for 15th November in First Trailer
@Korgon
Are you saying the italian assassin didn't actually drive a rennaissance tank made of wood?
Re: Assassin's Creed Shadows Dated for 15th November in First Trailer
