Even Steam isn't as reliable, I've known of people just buying a game to review it badly and then refund it. But at least the effort that takes means most of these people don't do it.

The real, valid complaints I've found are: past decisions don't matter except for a few. That's a bummer.

The combat is too action-oriented. Fair enough but I actually like that. I never played Dragon Age for the combat.

I'm glad the game is good but "best Bioware game since ME3" doesn't mean anything. 😂

I 100% agree. In my case, I even found the story kinda generic. But yeah, my favorite character was the dog too, haha. I liker Leliana a bit, but I prefer her on Inquisition.
And yeah, gameplay was pretty bad even back in the day. But I forced myself to finish it to play 2 and later Inquisition and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Must have finished those two games at least 5-6 times each. Amazing games.

At least they know it was repetitive. They need to fix a lot more stuff thought.
There's this video in YouTube of a guy fighting every enemy with the same stance using only one button and the enemies can't do sh#t. That's pretty bad.
The AI was laughable too. Even if the enemy was right in front of you and already chasing you, as long as you hid under a house you were safe. They would just stay there a few seconds and then leave the area and the search. Kinda funny stuff.

Sounds like "it has to look like we are doing something".

I think one's gonna have to forget the games to enjoy this one.
